ABSTRAKModul merupakan paket belajar mandiri yang meliputi serangkaian pengalaman belajar yang direncanakan dan dirancang secara sistematis untuk membantu peserta didik mencapai tujuan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan modul dan respon siswa terhadap modul pembelajaran Kompetensi Dasar Mengidentifikasi Jenis-jenis Surat atau Dokumen yang telah dikembangkan di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R & D) menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D models Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebaran) namun penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai pada tahap develop (Pengembangan). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa kelas XI APK 3 Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran.Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan modul oleh validator diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 89,5% dengan kriteria interpretasi penilaian sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil respon siswa menunjukkan rata-rata persentase sebesar 85,8% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar di SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Modul, Mengidentifikasi Jenis-jenis surat atau Dokumen ABSTRACTModule is a self-learning materials which includes a series of learning experiences planned and systematically designed to help students achieve the objective learning. The aims of this study to determine the feasibility and response the student class XI Skill Competence of Office Administration to the module which has been developed in SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. The kind of this research is Research and Development (R & D) using 4-D model of the development. The models were about define, design, develop, and disseminate but this research has been done until the develop. Subjects in this study are 20 students of class XI APK 3 Skill Competence of Administration. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis module validator get an average percentage about 89.5% with the interpretation of the assessment criteria was very feasible. While the results of student responses showed an average percentage of 85.8% with the criteria very well. It can be concluded that the basic competence identifying types of letter or document module that has been developed was very suitable to be used as teaching materials in SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. The 2013 curriculum-based teaching materials making training is a means to improve the ability of teachers in making teaching materials that are relevant to the 2013 curriculum. So the teacher does not have a reference in learning. This training was given to vocational teachers in the Office Administration Skills Program in Magetan Regency. The purpose of the activity is 1) giving teachers knowledge about the 2013 curriculum and relevant teaching materials; 2) provide assignments for the preparation of modules based on 2013 Curriculum; 3) provide assistance to teachers to develop modules that are relevant to the 2013 Curriculum. The method of implementing PKM is by way of training and mentoring to teachers.The implementation of PKM consists of stages: 1) the delivery of material related to educational objectives based on the 2013 curriculum, the nature of learning, the understanding of teaching materials, and modules; 2) mentoring the making of curriculum-based learning modules in 2013. Semenjak ditetapkannya PSBB di Jawa Timur khususnya zona merah yaitu Surabaya, maka semua aktivitas pendidikan dihentikan termasuk kegiatan pembelajaran di UNESA. Beberapa mahasiswa UNESA masih tertahan di Surabaya karena adanya himbauan pemerintah untuk tidak pulang kampung sebagai pencegahan penyebaran wabah virus corona tinggal di Asrama Pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meringankan beban civitas akademika UNESA kurang mampu khususnya pada mahasiswa yang masih bertahan tinggal di Surabaya melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok sebagai dampak pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu 1) tahap persiapan, dilakukan untuk mengetahui pokok permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra, 2) tahap pelaksanaan melalui pemberian bantuan berupa bahan pokok secara langsung sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra dan 3) ahap evaluasi untuk mengetahui ketercapaian target. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hanya dihadiri oleh pengurus, perwakilan mahasiswa Asrama Pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry dan perwakilan dosen dari tim PKM serta mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran yang membantu penyaluran bantuan dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Selain itu kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dilihat dari data angket respon dan testimoni pengurus sekaligus mahasiswa UNESA sebagai bagian dari pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry.

Penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis power live quiz pada materi mail handling di SMKN 10 Surabaya; kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis power live quiz pada materi mail handling di SMKN 10 Surabaya; dan respon peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis power live quiz pada materi mail handling di SMKN 10 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar validasi ahli media, dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis validasi ahli materi, analisis validasi ahli media, dan analisis angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis power live quiz pada materi mail handling di SMKN 10 Surabaya dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D oleh Thiagarajan (1974), yang meliputi pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), dan pengembangan (develop), sedangkan tahap penyebaran (disseminate) tidak dilakukan; kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis power live quiz pada materi mail handling di SMKN 10 Surabaya dinyatakan layak berdasarkan pada perolehan nilai dari ahli materi dan ahli media dengan kriteria sangat kuat; respon peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis power live quiz pada materi mail handling di SMKN 10 Surabaya dinyatakan baik dan menarik dengan kriteria sangat kuat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran dapat dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan pada materi penanganan surat atau mail handling. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian sampai tahap penyebaran (disseminate), dan melakukan penelitian pengembangan lebih lanjut pada mata pelajaran sampai dengan satu semester.

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengembangan, kelayakan, dan respon peserta didik terhadap bahan ajar interaktif berbantuan aplikasi flip PDF corporate edition pada materi penanganan telepon. Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop, dan disseminate), namun dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya melakukan sampai pada tahap develop. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X OTKP 4 SMK Ketintang Surabaya yang berjumlah 20 orang.. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar interaktif berbantuan aplikasi flip PDF corporate edition memperoleh skor rata-rata dari validator materi sebesar 85 %, validator bahasa sebesar 77 %, validator kegrafikan sebesar 77 %, dan respon siswa sebesar 90 %.

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini mendorong guru untuk dapat lebih kreatif dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif Flip PDF Professional pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi tata kelola humas dan keprotokolan, kelayakan pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis Flip PDF Professional pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi tata kelola humas dan keprotokolan, dan respon peserta didik terhadap pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis Flip PDF Professional pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi tata kelola humas dan keprotokolan. Jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate), namun tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi ahli materi, ahli bahasa, ahli kegrafikan serta lembar angket respon peserta didik. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis validasi ahli materi, ahli bahasa, ahli kegrafikan, dan analisis angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis Flip PDF Professional pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi tata kelola humas dan keprotokolan disusun sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013; kelayakan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis Flip PDF Professional pada mata pelajaran otomatisasi tata kelola humas dan keprotokolan memperoleh interpretasi sangat kuat; dan respon peserta didik memperoleh interpretasi sangat kuat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar interaktif berbasis Flip PDF Professional dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

The purpose of this research is to analyze: 1) the influence of studying from home on students’ learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto; 2) the influence of learning facilities at home on students' learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto; 3) the influence of studying from home and learning facilities at home on students’ learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. This research was quantitative research. Data collection techniques which used were questionnaire and interview. The population in this reasearch were all of 102 students at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. The sample in this research was 81 students used proportional random sampling. The instrument trial in this research consists of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques which used in this reaserch were: 1) classical assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis test used multiple linear regression. The results of research showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of studying from home on the students' learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto; 2) there was a significant effect of learning facilities at home on students' learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto; 3) there was a significant effect of studying from home and learning facilities at home on students' learning motivation for Indonesian correspondence subject at class X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto.

The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of WhatsApp social media as an online learning media for Unesa Office Administration Education students in office administration practice courses. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were interviews and questionnaires to Unesa Office Administration Education students class 2017. The validity of the data used source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the use of social media whatsapp as an online learning media in office administration practice courses was effective based on three indicators: in terms of intensity, seen from the implementation of online lectures, many were done using whatsapp as a learning media; in terms of communication, from the point of view of lecturers and students taking advantage of the features found on WhatsApp to send and receive lecture materials and assignments in pdf file format, photos, videos and also voice message features; in terms of satisfaction, seen from students who are satisfied because of the fulfillment of information needs during online lectures. Students are helped to distribute lecture materials that have been delivered by lecturers through whatsapp groups. In addition, the whatsapp group also helps students understand the lecture material so that they can complete the tasks given by the lecturer.

The aims of this study were to analyze: 1) the effect of library facilities on reading interest in Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library; 2) the effect of librarian services on reading interest in Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library; 3) the effect of library facilities and librarian services on reading interest of Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection technique that used is questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study was all 2017-2019 students of Office Administration Education at the State University of Surabaya with a total of 208 students. The sample in this study was 137 students using proportional random sampling. The instrument tests that used in this study were validity test and reliability test. The data analysis techniques using: 1) classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test); 2) hypothesis test using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant effect of library facilities on reading interest in Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library; 2) there is a significant effect of librarian service on the reading interest of Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library; 3) there is a significant effect of library facilities and librarian services on reading interest of Office Administration Education students at the Unesa central library.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of learning online through zoom cloud meetings on the subjects of archives in SMK Ketintang Surabaya. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The validity of data using triangulation of sources. The technique of data analysis using the Model of Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that learning online through zoom cloud meetings on the subjects archival grade X OTKP 2 SMK Ketintang Surabaya has been running effective based on 4 indicators of the effectiveness of learning: in terms of the quality of learning, it can be seen from the process and results in learning in class X OTKP 2 SMK Ketintang Surabaya using learning media zoom cloud meetings that is quite accessible and easy to use. Learning outcomes students who meet the standard value of the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) is 90% of students; in terms of the suitability of the level of learning, can be seen from the readiness of teachers and students on learning such as the fulfillment of the facilities and infrastructure that HP or laptop, wireless or internet quota, the teacher gives the material to be studied in advance by the students; in terms of incentives, it can be seen from the activity of the teacher in giving motivation to the students of class X OTKP 2 SMK Ketintang Surabaya each will begin the lesson by providing stimulus through a positive story and give advice. Teachers also provide additional value or points to students who are active; in terms of time, it can be seen from the teachers who give a deadline for a task, Students can complete the task on time in accordance with the time specified by the teacher
