Abstract

Researchers have a goal in research that is to determine the application of the two stay two stray learning model on student learning outcomes in general administration subjects at SMK Ketintang Surabaya and to determine the effect of the two stay two stray learning model on student learning outcomes in general administration subjects in SMK Ketintang Surabaya. This study uses an experimental research type with an experimental design quaisi in the form of nonequivalent group pretest posttest design. The population in this study used class X OTKP 1, OTKP 2, and OTKP 3 with a total number of 95 students and the sample used was class X OTKP 2 with a total of 30 students as a control class and class X OTKP 3 with a total of 30 students as an experimental class. This study uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, difficulty level test, differentiation test, homogeneity test, normality test, t test and gaincore. The results of this study showed the average pretest score in the control class was 55, while the experimental class was 58.12. Then the average posttest in the control class was 70.33, while the experimental class was 83.17. Based on the of the t-test result about the posttest score that has been done by researchers that counted 5.693 with a significance level of 0.000. While the ttable can be searched using the ttable distribution with a confidence level of 95% (α = 5%, because the t test is two-sided) with a degree of df 58, so it is known that the ttable is 2.001. Then it can be concluded that tcount (5,693)> ttable (2,001). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted or there is an influence of two-stay-two-stray learning model on student learning outcomes in general administration subjects at SMK Ketintang Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model of student learning outcomes in archival subjects in SMKN 10 Surabaya. This research is a quasi-experimental research design experiments with a  form of nonequivalent control group design. This research was conducted at SMKN 10 Surabaya totaling 144 students. The sample in this study used students of class X OTKP 1 and X OTKP 2, both of whom had the same number of students as many as 36 students. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling types. The method in collecting data uses test, interviews, and documentation. This instruments used in this study used a syllabus, lesson plans, and pretest posttest sheets. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of 2 parts including item analysis and analysis of student learning outcomes. Analysis of items including validity test, reliability test, the level of difficulty of questions, and dsitinguishing features. Where as in the analysis of student learning outcomes using homogeneity test, normality test, hypothesis testing, and gain score analysis. The results of this study prove that student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain increased by 86% in the experimental group compared to the control class with percentage 11%. Homogeneity test result produce P-Value (0,0854) > significance level (0,05), which means that a sample can be said to be homogeneous. When viewed from the t-test posttest shows ttable with a confidence level of 95% (âˆ=5%) and df=70 then produces tcount (9,961) > ttable (1,994), which indicates Ha accepted. When viewed from the t-test results showed the difference between pretest and posttest that tcount (15,838) > ttable (1,994), which indicates Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of discovery learning model on student learning outcomes in subjects archieves at SMKN 10 Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the activities of students and teachers, analyze student learning outcomes, and the activeness of students in class XII OTKP 2 SMKN Mojoagung when applying the role playing learning method in the Public Relations and Protocol subjects. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Classroom Action Research. The subjects used in this study were 35 students of class XII OTKP 2 SMKN Mojoagung. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments used were observation sheets of student and teacher activities during the application of role playing learning methods, student activity observation sheets, and objective tests (pretest and posttest). The results showed that the score of teacher activity in learning increased from cycle I, cycle II and cycle III. The first cycle the score obtained was 2,42. The second cycle increased to 3,5. The third cycle increased again by 4,2. Whereas in student activities in learning there is a score obtained in cycle I is 2,14. Experience an increase in the second cycle which is 3,14. And in cycle III successfully increased to 4,14. Student learning outcomes in learning has increased from cycle I, cycle II and cycle III, where in the first cycle the average results of pretest 54,3 and 65,7 posttest. The second cycle the average results of pretest 68,1 and 70,1 posttest. Then in cycle III the results of the average pretest 83,4 and posttest 90,2. Whereas the activeness of students obtained a score in the first cycle of 38,12%, the second cycle increased to 63%, then in the third cycle to 81,8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the storage system and dynamic archive retrieval procedure at PT Artojoyo Langgeng Jaya Abadi (JH Tech Sidoarjo). This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 3 administrative section employees. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews. In this study, researchers used a source triangulation method which conducted interviews with the Head of Administration of PT Artojoyo Langgeng Jaya Abadi (JH Tech Sidoarjo). The data analysis technique used by researchers is the analysis of Miles and Huberman data models consisting of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of research conducted indicate that the storage system is a date system. Storage system is done by date with a manual system but the storage system is not good, because it is not carried out in the order of storage steps according to the experts so that it results in an accumulation of archives and is not neatly organized and difficult to recover the records. Records retrieval procedure uses only one tool to rediscover the archive, which is an agenda book where employees must search the required archives one by one on the date stated so that it takes a long time and hinders the employee's performance in handling the records. The time needed is far from the standard search time, which is approximately 1 (one) minute per archive, while at PT Artojoyo Langgeng Jaya Abadi (JH Tech Sidoarjo) to find one archive takes 5 to 10 minutes. Barriers or problems often occur in the storage process that is confusion employees put the archive on the shelf because the storage space is narrow with increasing records. So there is a need for other tools, namely the loan card archive so that it can maximize the work of employees in the storage system and the recovery of records.Keywords: Storage System; Archive Retrival.

Abstract

Correspondence Subjects are one of the productive subjects that must be taken by SMK students (Vocational High Schools), especially vocational students in the field of expertise in OTKP (Office Management Automation) found in class X OTKP. This subject covers Basic Competencies in Applying Communication by Telephone in Indonesian. The implementation of learning conducted by the teacher to explain the material  using power point learning media, but the teacher has never makes variations of learning on the power point media and the teacher explains still using the lecture method. This causes students to tend to feel bored in learning that is too monotonous. In addition, results of  distribution of questionnaires to use of power point learning media used by teachers, namely 25% of students tend to feel bored in using power point media, 15% of students are not interested in power point media used by teachers, 15% of power point media used by the teacher is not easily understood by students, and 45% of students can understand the delivery of material using power point media from the teacher. This research was conducted with the aim to find out the results of developing Yugioh card game learning media! on the subject of correspondence at SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo. So with the Yugioh! card game learning media can help the learning process is more interesting and make students motivated to better understand learning material. During the learning process students can play an active role, cooperate with each other, and can think critically. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model is namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, this research was only carried out at the design stage only due to limitations in this study. Based on the results of the study, at the stage of define carried out an analysis of the things needed in media develop, namely the early analysis, student analysis, task analysis, concept analysis, and specification of learning objectives. After defining, the design phase is carried out which is carried out several stages, namely the design of the material into learning media, the initial design of instructional media, determining the contents of the card and the design of the card, after the next design is carried out media printing. So it can be concluded the development of Yugioh! card game learning media can help the learning process more interesting and make students better understand the learning material.

Abstract

This development research resulted in a Card Game Learning Media Based on Make A Match in Automation and Governance Subject Class XI OTKP 1 Even Semester Academic Year 2018/2019. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the process of developing a media card learning game based on Make a Match; 2) the feasibility of a card game learning media based on Make a Match; 3) SMKN 1 Jombang students' responses to the media learning of card games based on Make a Match developed. This development refers to the 4D development model of Thiagarajan which has 4 stages namely define, design develop, and disseminate. Disseminate stage (dissemination) was not carried out because the research results were limited only to class XI OTKP 1 and focused on the material Functional Position and Structural Position in Competence Applying the Basic Rank of Departure (DUK) Employee Subjects in Automation and Staffing Governance. The instruments used in data collection and data analysis techniques used include media expert validation sheets and material expert validation sheets. In addition, data was also obtained from student response questionnaire sheets. This research was tested on 20 students of class XI OTKP 1 at SMKN 1 Jombang. The results of the study stated that the results of the validation of the learning media as a whole gained a score of 77.35% with a strong interpretation. Media expert validation was 75.2% and material expert validation was 79.5%. The results of student responses obtained a score of 80.2% with a strong interpretation. So it can be concluded that the learning media for card games based on Make a Match in the subject of Automation and Personnel Management in SMKN 1 Jombang is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this researh is to determine the results of the development of scientific-based textbooks at office technology subjects at SMK Ketintang Surabaya. The office technology teacher at Ketintang Vocational School in Surabaya stated that teaching materials in the form of textbooks did not exist before. This whole time, the teacher uses LKS and materials found from the internet for the learning activities. However, the LKS used is not in accordance with the syllabus in the revised edition of the 2013 curriculum which emphasizes on the scientific learning (5M). This definitely does not reflect the characteristics of learning that should be student-centered. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model developed by Thiagarajan, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. However, this research was only carried out until the design stage only due to the limitations in this study. The results of this research are analyzing the textbooks that will be developed which begin with the define stage which includes the preliminary analysis, analysis of students, task analysis, concept analysis, and specifications of learning objectives. Next step is the design phase which includes the preparation of the textbook, the selection of the textbook format, and the design of the textbook itself. Therefore, it is expected that the development of scientific-based textbooks in office technology subjects at SMK Ketintang Suarabaya can help the teachers to deliver the learning materials and can facilitate students in understanding those materials in office technology subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) records management at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district; 2) obstacles in managing records at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district; 3) efforts to overcome archival management barriers at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 3 administrative staff at the Bungah district office in Gresik regency. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews. The data analysis technique used by researchers is data analysis in the Miles and Huberman field models and using source triangulation. The results obtained show that: 1) the implementation of records management in the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district is still inadequate and not systematic; 2) obstacles in managing archives at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district, among others: lack of archive storage facilities, accumulation of letters in storage, archive storage for a while still stored in cardboard boxes, and a lack of skilled personnel in managing archives; 3) efforts in overcoming archival management barriers by maximizing the storage facilities of existing equipment and equipment so that the stack of paper can be minimized as well as involving archival managers in archival training.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of using online learning on student learning outcomes in the subjects of General Administration class X OTKP SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang. This research is quantitative. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The population in this study was 113 students of class X OTKP at SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang. The sample in this study was 88 students using proportional random sampling. The test of the instrument consisted of a validity test and a reliability test. Data analysis techniques include: 1) classical assumption test consisting of normality test and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results no significant effect online learning on student learning outcomes in the subjects of General Administration class X OTKP SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang. Keywords: Online Learning; Student Learning Outcomes Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan pembelajaran daring terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Umum kelas X OTKP SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X OTKP di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang sebanyak 113 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 88 siswa dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling. Uji coba instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data mencakup: 1) uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas; 2) uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan pembelajaran daring terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Umum kelas X OTKP SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Daring; Hasil Belajar Siswa
