Abstract

PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria bergerak dibidang jasa keamanan yang didukung oleh tenaga profesional dalam aktivitas pelayanan ke pelanggan. PT SMART ini memiliki mekanisme penilaian anggota yang dimana penilaian anggota saat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu dan akan dinilai oleh Pengawas Keamanan Dalam (PKD). Dalam mekanisme penilaian anggota dibutuhkannya peningkatan dengan bantuan teknologi informasi. Penilaian anggota masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama dikarenakan masih belum terkomputerisasi serta adanya kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan Microsoft Visual Studio serta perancangan database menggunakan XAMPP. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah RUP (Rational Unified Process). Hasil akhir dari sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan pada studi ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian anggota terbaik pada PT Sahabat Mandiri Kesatria dengan kriteria-kriteria seperti sikap, kerapian, kelengkapan, absensi, dan status aktif. Setelah melakukan pengujian aplikasi dengan cara wawancara kepada pengguna aplikasi, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat mempermudah perusahaan dalam menilai anggota.

Abstract

Payoprint merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang bergerak di bidang percetakan online melalui website. Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan yaitu bagaimana tingkat pengalaman pengguna dari aplikasi payoprint tersebut yang bisa menghubungkan antara kebutuhan pelanggan dan perusahaan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas pengalaman pengguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) yang dimana di dalam UEQ terdapat 6 skala penilaian yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi dan kebaruan. Di dalam UEQ juga memiliki alat data analytic tools tersendiri dan tools tersebut bisa diunduh melalui situs resmi dari UEQ. Responden yang diperoleh yaitu sebanyak 96 tetapi terdapat data inkonsistensi, maka dari itu data yang dapat digunakan sebanyak 52 responden. Hasil menunjukkan semua aspek dalam penelitian ini bernilai buruk, aspek daya tarik mendapat 0,19, aspek kejelasan mendapat -0,11, aspek efisiensi mendapat -0,04, aspek ketepatan mendapat 0,25, aspek stimulasi mendapat -0,05 dan aspek kebaruan mendapat -0,31.

Abstract

File dokumen adalah salah satu bentuk informasi yang berharga sehingga diperlukan sistem keamanan untuk menjaga agar informasi didalamnya tidak dapat diakses oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang dengan kriptografi. Teknologi yang dapat menerapkan kriptografi adalah android yang dikenal memiliki mobilitas tinggi, dengan keterbatasan kinerja. Untuk itu dibutuhkan algoritma kriptografi dengan kinerja efisien untuk melakukan kriptografi file dokumen pada platform android. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja algoritma kriptografi Kandidat AES dalam enkripsi dan dekripsi file dokumen di perangkat android. Pengujian akan mengukur waktu, penggunaan memori, persentase CPU, ukuran file, kecepatan enkripsi, dan avalanche effect. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan waktu enkripsi tercepat adalah 196.51 ms, waktu dekripsi tercepat 204.04 ms, oleh Rijndael. Penggunaan memori peling efisien 1547.9 KB dan 1464.19 KB oleh Serpent. Persentase penggunaan CPU paling efisien 6.43% dan 4.28%, oleh Rijndael. Kecepatan enkripsi tertinggi 9825.68 KB/detik dan kecepatan dekripsi 9241.42 KB/detik oleh Rijndael. Rata-rata avalanche effect tertinggi 49.99% oleh algoritma Twofish.

Abstract

This study investigates the performance of android applications developed using Java and Kotlin in consuming API. Driven by the need for responsive and efficient android applications and the potential impact of runtime performance differences between Java and Kotlin programs, this research employs an experimental method with a quantitative approach. Data is collected through Instrumented Tests and Android Studio tools on two smartphones with different specifications. Parameters measured include data download speed, memory allocation, execution time, serialization/deserialization time, application size, and lines of code. Results indicate Java's superiority in download speed and data serialization, while Kotlin demonstrates conciseness in code size. Performance varies depending on device specifications. The choice of programming language depends on the application's needs and priorities. Java is optimal for applications prioritizing download speed and data serialization, while Kotlin suits those focused on code efficiency. This study provides recommendations for PANDA application developers and future research.

Abstract

This study examines the development of Decision Support Systems (DSS) in the last three years based on methods, types of decisions, software development, and their focus areas. General analysis shows that the DSS methods used include multicriteria analysis, machine learning, algorithm optimization, and fuzzy logic to support complex and data-driven decision making. DSS is applied in strategic, tactical, and operational decisions. In terms of software development, Agile and prototyping methods are dominant due to their complexity. The main areas of DSS application include business management, health, education, transportation, and the environment, with the aim of providing efficient and adaptive solutions. The results of this study describe the trends and applications of DSS and serve as references for research and implementation in various sectors.

Abstract

Pl The Information System plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing organizational assets to achieve strategic goals. One method used to enhance the effectiveness of information systems is the Knowledge Management System (KMS), which aids in managing resources such as information technology, management, and finance. This study examines KMS using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach on 15 relevant journals. The analysis reveals that knowledge-sharing systems are the most developed KMS process (40%), facilitating the dissemination of explicit and tacit knowledge. The Tiwana framework dominates (53.33%) due to its flexibility and systematic stages, while web-based KMS is the preferred choice (80%) for its accessibility. Additionally, discussion forums are the most advanced feature (66.67%), supporting real-time communication and knowledge archiving. This study highlights the latest trends in KMS development and proposes the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to enhance its effectiveness.

Abstract

This study analyzes platforms and databases in information system software development based on literature from 2022 to 2024 using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This method allows for the systematic identification of journal articles following predefined procedures. Various platforms for information system development include mobile, web, and desktop, while databases include MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB, Oracle, and SQL Server. This study aims to identify the databases used, types of developed information systems, platforms utilized, key development fields, and software development methods applied. From the 20 analyzed studies, MySQL was the most commonly used database due to its efficiency, ease of use, and high compatibility, making it the preferred choice for information system development.

Abstract

PT ABC Tour & Travel is a company specializing in Hajj Plus and Umrah travel services, headquartered in Tangerang with branches in Padang and Palembang. The company faces challenges in data management, particularly in pilgrim registration, package management, employee data, referrals, facilities, and company information. Manual data processing increases the risk of data loss, input errors, and inefficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based management information system using the Laravel framework, accessible by the Head Office, employees, as well as Branch Directors and staff. Implementing the Iterative Enhancement Model, the system includes features for recruitment, pilgrim registration, package management, employee data, referrals, facilities, document management, and company information. The system enhances data accuracy and operational efficiency, ensuring a more reliable and streamlined data management process for the company.

Abstract

The employee information system is a crucial element in enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity in human resource management. This study focuses on PT. Citra Bumi Sumatera, where employee data management is still conducted manually, leading to inaccuracies and delays in decision-making. The main issues include recruitment processes, work permits, leave applications, promotions, demotions, and the reward and punishment system. To address these problems, the PT. Citra Bumi Sumatera Employee System was developed as a web-based application featuring attendance tracking, document management, leave requests, and employee data management. The system was built using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology, with data collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The study results indicate that this system improves efficiency and accuracy in the company's employee data management.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based information system for sales and inventory management that enhances the efficiency of transaction recording and stock management. The scope of the study includes key features such as user login, a dashboard, inventory management, sales transaction recording, and financial report generation. The methodology employed in this research encompasses system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and feature testing. The findings indicate that the developed system significantly improves the accuracy of transaction records, accelerates stock management processes, and simplifies the generation of financial reports compared to previous manual methods. The conclusion drawn from this research highlights that the implementation of this system contributes to increased operational efficiency within the business. However, there remains potential for further development, particularly regarding integration with external systems and enhancing data security.
