Abstract

Several factors affect the performance of MSMEs, including internal and external factors. The problems faced by MSMEs are related to weak financial management, financial technology, and social capital. These three variables attract the attention of current research and the results of previous studies have not been consistent. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management, financial technology, and social capital on the performance of MSMEs in West Jakarta. The research population is 108 respondents. The sampling technique uses an online questionnaire. This research is a quantitative research with analysis using SPSS. The research results obtained a significant effect between financial management and social capital on the performance of MSMEs. But the financial technology variable has an effect and is not significant on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, return on investment, asset turnover, growth opportunities on company profitability in the food and beverage industry sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The type of research used in empirical studies is quantitative research which has a positivistic paradigm. The population in this study includes all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The samples were selected using the Probability Sampling approach and obtained a total sample of 26 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis, using eviews software. It was found that the fixed effect is the best model because it has the largest R square value. The results showed that liquidity as described by the current ratio has a negative and significant effect on company profitability, Return On Investment affect the profitability of companies in the sector food and beverage positively and not significantly. Asset turn over (TATO) affect the company's profitability infood and beverage negatively and not significantly. Growth Rateaffect the profitability of the company on food and beverage negatively but not significantly. Profitability can be explained by the current ratio, return on investment, TATO, and a growth rate of 60.5% while 39.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotional activities such as Brand Ambassadors, Discounts, and Advertisements on Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Marketplace, This research was of a quantitative type with a simple random sampling technique and the data used in this study was primary data obtained from distributing online questionnaires using a google form from 114 Tokopedia consumers in Indonesia using multiple linear analysis methods and using SPSS 23 as a tool measuring. The results of this study indicate that the brand ambassador variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions while the Discounts and Advertisements Variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors, discounts, and advertisements influence purchasing decisions with a percentage of 58.1%, while the remaining 41.9% are influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Kompetisi pada industri retail sangat dinamis dan dibutuhkan strategy baru agar organisasi dapat unggul dalam kompetisi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pada IKEA Alam Sutera. Data penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 236 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software IBM SPSS AMOS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan berperan sebagai variabel intervening antara experiential marketing dan loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar yang kuat bagi organisasi unutk menyusun strategi yang lebih berdampak terutama untuk tetap bertahan dan unggul dalam kompetisi saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. The object of research in this writing is the employees of PT. Cipta Rasa Multindo. Respondents in this study amounted to 40 employees with the criteria of respondents aged 20-40 years. Data collection techniques using survey methods through questionnaires. The results of this study resulted in the finding that the variable motivation has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a negative and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product differentiation, price and positioning on purchasing decisions. This type of research uses quantitative, the population used is Nice so product customers with a sample taken of 122 respondents. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with processing using SPSS 26 software. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that product differentiation, price and positioning have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Product Quality, and Brand Image on Repurchasing Decisions on Chatime Products in South Tangerang City. This study used quantitative research with a sample of 100 respondents, using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of Gform. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS application as a data processing tool. The results of this study can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression tests with the results of promotion, product quality, and brand image having a positive effect on repurchasing decisions for Chatime products in South Tangerang. The results of the t test show that promotion and brand image have no significant effect on repurchasing decisions

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Work Experience e on Employee Performance. The research belongs to explanatory research. The samples are taken by using purposive sampling technique and the size of the samples to be determined 34 employees of PT. Omnikopi Kreasi Enak. The data collecting technique is questionnaire. The data is analyzed by using SPSS software. The findings of this study show: Organizational Culture has insignificant effect on Employee Performance; Work Discipline has insignificant effect on Employee Performance; Work Experience has significant effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

This research study aims to investigate the impact of brand and trust on the online consumer buying interest. With the increasing number of online shopping platforms, it is essential to understand the factors that drive consumers' purchasing decisions. The study will be conducted using a quantitative research approach, and data will be collected through a survey. The sample will consist of online shoppers who have made purchases in the last six months. The study will explore the relationship between brand and trust and their effect on online consumer buying interest. The study will also investigate the mediating effect of trust on the relationship between brand and online consumer buying interest. The study will use a regression analysis to analyze the data. The findings of this research will have implications for marketers and businesses looking to improve their online sales. The study will provide insight into the importance of building a strong brand and fostering consumer trust in driving online purchasing decisions. This research will contribute to the existing literature on online consumer behavior and provide a better understanding of the factors that influence online buying interest.

Abstract

Research this aim for researching influence profession meaning and condition worker individual to intention for stay mediated by conflict family work for employees in the company field services . Research design this use method study quantitative with Structural Equation Modeling model and using Smartpls.40 software. Data collection techniques using questionnaire with intermediary Google Form, and the number of samples is 124. Research results this showing that profession meaning have influence negative and no significant to work family conflict , work family conflict have influence positive and significant to intention for residence and conditions worker have influence positive and significant to work family conflict on employees in the company field services .
