Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang di dalamnya terdapat berbagai kebudayaan dan tradisi. Kebudayaan dan tradisi yang ada di Indonesia memiliki ciri khas yang berbeda-beda. Salah satu tradisi yang terdapat di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang sampai saat ini masih eksis keberadaannya yakni Pacu Sampan Leper . Tradisi Pacu Sampan leper ini merupakan tradisi yang lahir dari tengah-tengah masyarakat yang sejak dahulu selalu memanfaatkan transportasi air. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni adalah: Untuk mengetahui latar belakang festival pacu sampan leper di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam festival pacu sampan leper serta mengetahui upaya pelestarian festival pacu sampan leper di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Berawal dari masyarakat Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang sejak dahulu selalu memanfaatkan transportasi sampan untuk kegiatan sehari-hari. Namun kondisi alam Inhil yang setiap tahunnya mengalami kondisi pasang surut mengakibatkan sungai-sungai yang ada di Inhil menjadi kering dan menyulitkan menggunakan sampan ketika kondisi surut. Masyarakat yang sudah terbiasa dengan kondisi alam seperti itu membuat suatu inovasi dengan menciptakan suatu transportasi yang dapat digunakan ketika kondisi surut yakni sampan leper.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology in the digital era, the faster the exchange of information and culture both from outside countries to our country and vice versa. In this case, we will discuss in more detail about K-POP culture that is being loved among teenagers to adults. Not infrequently with the increasing enthusiasm of Indonesian people who love K-POP, many people are very enthusiastic to be able to meet their idols. And the most common way to meet his idol is by attending a music concert organized by his agency or from another promotor event. To be able to attend the concert in order to meet his idol, the event promoter will sell tickets that can be purchased by the public through various online media platforms. But not infrequently this becomes a loophole and opportunity for criminals to reap profits from online ticket sales fraud. This research is a qualitative research type with data sources from interviews with one of the victims of WE ARE ALL ONE concert ticket sales fraud. This research aims to provide knowledge to the public as a prevention of fraud, especially in the case of fraudulent online ticket sales. Keywords: Fraud, Concert tickets, K-POP.

Abstract

Companies are increasingly using database-based data processing systems to store all information about their goods and products, so searching for queries on the system is one of the routine activities carried out by employees daily. The user must enter the keywords from the desired query in the search feature available on the system using the keyboard to perform the search process. It can only be accessed via a computer connected to the internet. Office However, sometimes there are several factors that make it difficult for employees to type in keywords, such as driving or having physical limitations, especially in the hands. This study aims to present an alternative to entering keywords not only through the keyboard but also by using voice by creating a query search system with the Speech-to-Text method so that users simply say the keywords from the desired data, and the system will be built based on a website so that they can be accessed from other devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops or other devices. The method used in making this system is the System Development Life Cycle (SDCL) Prototype model and the system design modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system will also be hosted on the Heroku platform, and in order to guarantee optimal operation of the system, a black box testing method is used, and the word accuracy test resulting from the Speech-to-Text conversion as well as the processing time required from the start of the system running to displaying the search results. It is hoped that with this system, employees will find it easier to enter keywords from the data they want through various devices quickly and with precise results.

Abstract

Mengelola korespondensi dalam suatu perusahaan merupakan bagian terpenting dari proses manajemen. Dalam situasi ini, manajemen surat-menyurat di Kantor Kecamatan Jagakarsa dipengaruhi oleh sistem tata persuratan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis dan perancangan surat masuk dan surat keluar sehingga administrasi surat-menyurat akan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, dan efisien. Metode pengembangan System yang digunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan model proses waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pengarsipan surat berbasis web yang dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses pengarsipan dan disposisi surat, dan membuatnya lebih mudah digunakan.

Abstract

The human body is the entire human body that is visible from the tip of the toes to the tip of the head. The body is a perfect creation of God which is generally different. The creation of this work produces new forms of the human body which have a symbolic meaning. The body becomes a visual language or symbol that can represent various things about human life. Experimental photography is included in expression photography to discover something new, this experimental photography uses scanography technique as a medium for shooting without a camera with an emphasis on aesthetic expression. The creation of this work went through several stages, namely; preparation, design, embodiment, and presentation of works. The form referred to in this work is the external form of the human body, namely; shape, texture, and color. Scanography itself creates unique photo objects with special techniques in the process of creating photographic works without a camera. This creation uses digital imaging techniques that involve elements of digital photography with computer programs in the form of retouching, combining, and composing. The process is created from a series of cropping, resolution, dark and light processes, masking, contrast, and filters in the concept of digital imaging. The creation of the work on "Exploration of the Human Body in Experimental Photography" also uses a semiotic theory approach by experimenting with scanner machines on the cameraless concept. In this way, this creation produces new visuals of aesthetic bodies and artistic bodies.

Abstract

Tanah lempung adalah tanah yang mempunyai sifat kembang susut ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kandungan air dan mineralyang ada di dalam tanah tersebut. Sifat yang khas dari tanah adalah dalam keadaan kering akan bersifat keras, jika basah akan bersifat lunak plastis, kohesif, mengembang dan menyusut dengan cepat, sehingga mempunyai prubahan volume yang besar dan itu terjadi karena pengaruh air. Kuat tekan bebas merupakan tekanan aksial benda uji pada saat mengalami keruntuhan atau saat regangan aksial mencapai 20%. Perbaikan tanah sudah umum dilakukan dalam pekerjaan kontruksi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan daya dukung dari tanah agar dapat memikul beban kontruksi yang akan berdiri diatasnya. Pada penelitian ini, bahan stabilisasi yang digunakan ialah cangkang telur. Pengambilan sampel tanah dan pengujian di laboratorium untuk mengetahui nilai index properties tanah asli dan engineering properties menggunakan uji kuat tekan bebas (Unconfined Compression Test).Sampel tanah terdiri dari 5 (lima) variasi campuran cangkang telur, yaitu kadar cangkang telur sebanyak 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% dari sampel tanah asli. Hasil dari penelitian uji kuat tekan tanah dengan campuran cangkang telur terhadap tanah asli ini menunjukan bahwa penambahan cangkang telur tidak dapat dipergunakan sebagai bahan stabilisasi tanah karena akan membuat nilai dari kuat tekan tanahnya semakin menurun.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of Alue Gadeng Gampong Village residents in efforts to boost local economic potential through the processing of durian into pancakes. Usually, durians in this village are only consumed or sold as fresh fruits, which causes residents not to get maximum profits from selling the fruit, this is due to the residents' lack of insight and creativity. Therefore, education and training are necessary to process durians into high-value culinary products, such as pancakes, which are currently popular in society. This service uses the Asset-Based Community Development method (ABCD) through five stages of activity:discovery, dream, design, destiny, reflection, and evaluation. The outcome is increased knowledge and awareness of village women to be creative and innovative and utilize available biological resources to enhance their local economic potential.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see how profitability, liquidity and leverage impact the value of palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2021 period. This research covers all palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Sampling was carried out purposively based on specific criteria, which resulted in 36 data samples for research. The data used is secondary data taken from financial reports. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The research results show that while liquidity and profitability do not affect firm value in oil palm plantations for the 2019-2021 period, leverage does affect firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan website pemesanan lapangan Mini Soccer di MS Arena Cilegon guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pemesanan. Website ini dirancang agar pelanggan dapat memesan lapangan secara online, mengakses informasi ketersediaan lapangan secara real-time, serta mengatasi keterbatasan waktu dan metode pemesanan konvensional. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang meliputi komunikasi dengan pengguna, perancangan sistem, pengembangan unit program, dan pengujian. Proses ini bertujuan memastikan sistem dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website pemesanan lapangan Mini Soccer online berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan di MS Arena Cilegon. Pelanggan tidak lagi harus datang langsung ke lokasi untuk memesan lapangan. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemesanan secara online dengan akses informasi ketersediaan lapangan yang akurat dan real-time. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan website pemesanan lapangan Mini Soccer di MS Arena Cilegon memberikan solusi efektif dalam mengatasi kendala pemesanan manual. Sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan pemesanan lapangan, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan

Abstract

This study analyzes the age distribution of school principals and teachers in South Sumatra Province to understand the demographic characteristics of educators and their implications for educational policy planning. The findings show that the median age of educators is 40.77 years, while the average age is around 42.54 years. These results indicate that most educators in this province are approaching retirement age, suggesting potential challenges in educator regeneration. This research highlights the importance of recruiting new teachers and continuous training programs to ensure proper adaptation to developments in teaching methods and technology. It is recommended that educational policies focus on balancing experience and fresh energy through mentorship programs and competence development. These measures aim to maintain educational quality and prepare for sustainable regeneration to face future challenges.
