Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo is one university located in Sidoarjo from year to year working to improve its quality. During this time centered on the entrepreneurial activities of SMEs entrepreneurial student affairs, but in an increase in the capacity to be entrepreneurial is not optimal. The purpose of science and technology program for Entrepreneurship (IBK) at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA), namely the establishment of new independent entrepreneurs tenacious, resilient, creative and able to provide innovation into market demand. With the IBK this program, students are expected to be part of society that can create jobs, reduces unemployment and become change agents of social life that is more powerful and useful. Method approach entrepreneurship capacity building program is using PALS (Participatory Action Learning System). So that the target output of this activity is the training to increase the capacity of tenants (students) in biddng kewirauahaan and to improve the quality of products for business tenants.

Abstract

Karang Taruna (Youth Organization) becomes the hope for development resources in all aspects of the village. The village economic development needs to be directed towards the independence in order to be sustainable. Land resources that are productive but have not been utilized are potential to be the capital for the village economic independence development. The available land is used by Karang Taruna to be made as Vegetable and Fruit Gardens. The management of village’s Vegetable and Fruit Gardens has not been optimal yet. Thus, efforts in optimizing it need to be taken. The goal of community empowerment is to optimize the role of Karang Taruna of Keboan Anom Village and to develop the Vegetable and Fruit Gardens to achieve village economic independence. The community empowerment program is carried out in stages, namely socialization, training on processing food products, digital marketing workshops, and financial management. The results of community empowerment show that processed vegetables and fruit products having high economic value are produced as the source of income for Karang Taruna and as the additional income for Keboan Anom Village, the information technology-based marketing (digital marketing) models is well-understood, and the organizational financial management is good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of environmental performance on company performance with corporate social responsibility as a mediating variable. This research was conducted on all manufacturing companies that participated in the company performance rating (PROPER) program and companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016-2018. The research method used is to use PLS (Partial Least Squares), namely SEM (Structural Equation Method) based on variance. The results of this study indicate that environmental performance has no effect on financial performance, environmental performance has an effect on corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility has no effect on financial performance, corporate social responsibility is unable to mediate the effect of environmental performance on corporate financial performance. The results of this study have implications for the company, namely as an evaluation material for companies in order to increase the quantity and quality of environmental management and their social responsibility activities so as to obtain positive feedback from the community and ultimately improve company performance which is proxied by increased corporate profits.

Abstract

The problem on this research is that there may be a lower overall performance at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium which is due to the shortage of advantageous factors which include self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of PT Bina Utama Sakti personnel whose work at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium influences the decline in organizational dedication and worker overall performance.Objective: To investigate the impact of self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence on organizational dedication with worker overall performance as an intervening variable.Methodology: Based on the approach of facts collection, the researcher used quantitative studies techniques with surveys. The number of samples in this study was 100 employees of the production division at PT Bina Utama Sakti. The data analysis method in this study is using SEM analysis with mediating effects using the SmartPLS3 application to determine P-values and Path Coefficient Test as hypothesis testing.Finding: The effects that are looked at are: Self-efficacy, motivation, and competence that don’t have any great and insignificant impact on organizational dedication; Training has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, and motivation don’t have any great and insignificant impact on worker overall performance; Competence has a great and huge impact on worker overall performance; Employee overall performance has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence can't have an impact on organizational dedication via worker overall performanceConclusion: To optimize performance, the company should make a special policy to be able to further improve the self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of their employees to maximize their performance in increasing the company's success in achieving its goals.Keywords: Competence;Employee Performance; Motivation; Organizational Commitment; Self-Efficacy

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam perspektif Islam. Strategi Pemasaran terdiri dari strategi pasar dan strategi bauran pemasaran (marketing mix). Integrasi Konsep Pemasaran Konvensional dengan ajaran Islam memunculkan Konsep Pemasaran Syariah. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan integrasi ajaran Islam dan pemasaran konvensional, dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang kemudian disertai dengan karakter yang beretika sesuai prinsip pemasaran syariah dan keteladanan yang ditunjukkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai seorang marketer sejati, akan membawa pemasaran ke level yang berbeda, tidak hanya bagaimana memenuhi kebutuhan manusia di dunia melainkan juga bagaimana mencari akherat dengannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan managerial ownership sebagai variabel moderating di perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Singapura tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini meneliti hubungan antara Intellectual Capital (VAIC) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dan kepemilikan manajerial (MOWN) sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi pnelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI, KLSE, dan SSE. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan adalah 35 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan statistik untuk menguji efek variabel sebagian dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Selain itu, asumsi klasik dilakukan yang termasuk uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedasdisitas, dan uji autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa intellectual capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa tidak ada efek signifikan dari managerial ownership dalam hubungan anatara intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan.This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on firm value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable in banking companies in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore in 2016-2020. This study examines the relationship between Intellectual Capital (VAIC) on firm value (PBV) and managerial ownership (MOWN) as moderating variables. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the BEI, KLSE, and SSE. Based on the purposive sampling method, the sample used was 35 companies. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hypothesis testing uses statistics to partially test the effect of variables with a significance level of 5%. In addition, the classical assumption test was also carried out which included normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has no significant effect on firm value. This study also proves that there is no significant influence of managerial ownership in the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of the community service is to increase the products competitiveness of the Belimbing Wangi SMEs, Watesari Village, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is extraordinary, especially for the Belimbing Wangi SMEs business group, where the production process and turnover has decreased, because business management is still carried out conventionally and Watesari Village tourism must be closed according to government regulations. The service method used is field observation, trial of processed star fruit products, training and assistance in processing star fruit juice, and business management training. As a result of the assistance, partners understand the importance of conducting business management and finding the best formula for star fruit juice drinks. This training also supports the sustainability of the Belimbing Wangi SMEs business and competes at the global market level.

Abstract

This study has a purpose to analyze the Effect of Presentation of Village Financial Statements, Internal Controls, and Competence on Fraud Prevention in Village Fund Allocation Management (Study on Villages in Sidoarjo Regency). Each village is represented by 4 people, namely the Village Head, Village Treasurer, Village Secretary, and BPD in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency, namely 19 villages including Kalidawir, Kedensari, Kalitengah, Kalisampurno, Kedung Banteng, Kedung Bendo, Banjar Asri Village, Banjar Panji, Boro, Gempol Sari, Long Algae, Ketapang, Ketegan, Kludan, Ngaban, Putat, Penatarsewu, Randegan, and Sentul. Researchers used quantitative research with an associative approach and used primary data sources. The sampling method used is the saturated sampling technique method because the population is relatively small. The sample in this study were 76 respondents. The data used is primary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the Presentation of Village Financial Statements Affects Fraud Prevention in Village Fund Allocation Management. Internal Control Affects Fraud Prevention in the Management of Village Fund Allocation. Competence Influencing Fraud Prevention in Village Fund Allocation Management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Accounting Understanding, Education Level, and Quality of Village Apparatus Training on Understanding Village Financial Reports. This research method uses quantitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 60 village officials by distributing questionnaires to 20 villages in Prambon sub-district. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis. T test (partial test) and multiple determination coefficient test (R²) to test the hypothesis with SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) understanding of accounting affects understanding of village financial statements, (2) level of education affects understanding of financial statements village, and (3) the quality of village apparatus job training affects the understanding of village financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the Role of Community Participation, Accountability, and Transparency on the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management by examining each variable. The object of this research is in the District in Sidoarjo District, namely Prambon District. This study uses a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling involving 10 villages in Prambon District with 100 respondents as the research sample. The analytical model used is a multiple linear regression analysis model which was carried out with the help of SPSS version 26 for windows. The results of this study indicate that community participation, accountability and transparency affect the effectiveness of village fund management.
