Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Budget Planning Strategy, Revenue, and Unbilled Water (ATR) Control on Financial Performance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Raharja Bandung, with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as an intervening variable. The research is based on the importance of operational efficiency and corporate governance in regional water utility companies, particularly in facing financial and technical challenges related to budgeting, revenue optimization, and the control of non-revenue water (ATR). SOP plays a vital role as a system that standardizes operational procedures, ensuring that activities are performed efficiently and contribute to improved financial performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. The sample consists of 150 respondents, comprising operational and managerial employees at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Raharja, who are directly involved in budgeting, revenue management, ATR control, and SOP implementation. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis was conducted using SmartPLS software to test the measurement model (outer model), structural model (inner model), and the mediating effect of SOP. The results show that Budget Planning Strategy, Revenue, and ATR Control have a positive and significant effect on SOP. Furthermore, SOP has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance. In addition, SOP partially mediates the relationship between the three independent variables and Financial Performance. This indicates that better budgeting strategies, effective revenue management, and optimal ATR control, combined with well-implemented SOPs, contribute significantly to improved financial performance.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition among educational institutions requires schools to implement effective branding strategies to attract public interest. This study aims to analyze the digital branding strategy of SDI Tarbiyatul Ummah in increasing engagement through digital marketing, as well as to explore collaboration opportunities with its parent foundation, Yayasan Al-Manshur Tarbiyatul Ummah. This qualitative research collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, social media team, and parents. The researcher also served as participatory observer as the foundation's social media manager. The results indicate that the branding strategy relies on daily activity documentation distributed organically through an electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) mechanism by parents. The QUALITAS tagline (Qur'ani, Peduli, Berprestasi) has successfully formed a positive impression among parents, and social media plays two simultaneous roles: as a discovery medium for prospective parents actively seeking information, and as a confirmation medium for those who learned about the school through other channels. However, the effectiveness of this strategy is hindered by reactive content planning due to limited human resources (single-handler) in both the school and the foundation. A content gap was also identified between what the school produces and the actual informational needs of parents. Furthermore, collaboration between the school and the foundation remains one-way due to the lack of a coordination system at the technical operational level. This study recommends the development of a collaborative content calendar, content diversification responsive to parents' needs, optimization of TikTok as a discovery platform, and formalization of the foundation's role as an active strategic partner within the private school digital branding ecosystem.

This study investigates the effect of digital marketing on patient visit decisions with brand awareness as an intervening variable at Fatma Eye Hospital. A quantitative explanatory design was employed using purposive sampling with 100 respondens. Data were collected through structured questionnaries and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The result reveal that digital marketing significantly influences both brand awareness and patient visit decisions. Brand awareness also has a significant effect on patient visit decisions and mediates the relationship between digital marketing and patient decisions. These findings confirm the role brand awareness as a cognitive mechanism linking digital marketing to behavioral outcomes. The study provides theoretical and practical implications for optimizing integrated digital marketing strategies to enchance hospital competitiveness and patient acquisition.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service differentiation and customer trust on customer loyalty, with digital marketing as an intervening variable at PT. Anugerah Berkah Indonesia. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of PT. Anugerah Berkah Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that service differentiation and customer trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, service differentiation and customer trust also have a positive and significant influence on digital marketing. However, digital marketing does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. These findings suggest that customer loyalty is more strongly driven by core factors such as service uniqueness and customer trust rather than direct digital marketing activities. In this study, digital marketing functions as a supporting communication tool but has not yet become a primary determinant in shaping customer loyalty. The findings imply that companies should prioritize strengthening service differentiation and customer trust as key strategies to enhance customer loyalty, while integrating digital marketing as a complementary tool to reinforce value communication and customer engagement effectively.

Abstract

General Background: Village fund governance remains a central issue in achieving accountable local administration and sustainable community development. Specific Background: In Indonesia, the Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) is designed to support village development and community empowerment, yet its management often faces administrative and participatory challenges. Knowledge Gap: Empirical evidence describing how accountability and transparency are practiced at the village level and how these practices relate to development outcomes is still limited. Aims: This study examines the implementation of accountability and transparency in managing ADD in Grinting Village, Sidoarjo Regency. Results: Using a descriptive qualitative approach through observations, interviews, and document analysis, the findings show that open reporting mechanisms, community involvement, and adherence to regulatory standards contribute to orderly financial administration and increased public trust. However, limitations remain in the capacity of village officials and the consistency of periodic reporting. Novelty: This study provides a detailed process-based account of ADD governance aligned with national regulations at the village level. Implications: The findings suggest that strengthening administrative capacity and public literacy is essential for sustaining accountable village governance and supporting equitable community development.
