Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference in improving learning outcomes between students taught using the direct learning model and students taught using the Discovery learning model. The research method used was quasi experimental design. The population in this study were class VII students at SMP Negeri 14 Sigi in the even semester 2023/2024 and 2 classes were chosen as experimental research classes. The research was carried out by giving two different treatments to two groups of students. First, experimental class I received teaching using a direct learning model, then experimental class II used a discovery learning model. Data collection was carried out by giving tests to students at the beginning and end of the research. The research results show that there is a significant difference in improving the learning outcomes of students who are taught using the direct learning model and students who are taught using the discovery learning model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of students' problem solving ability on the Pythagorean theorem material of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 12 Sigi. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects in this study were three students of class VIII SMP Negeri 12 Sigi in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year consisting of one student each with high, medium, and low mathematics abilities. Data collection techniques used observation sheets, written tests and interviews. The results of this study indicate that (1) high mathematics ability students can understand the problem, plan the solution, implement the plan, and check back, (2) moderate mathematics ability students can understand the problem, plan the solution, and implement the plan but cannot do a check back, (3) low mathematics ability students are unable to understand the problem, plan the solution, implement the plan, and check back.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of the application of problem-based learning model with differentiation learning strategies to improve learning outcomes on topics of polyhedra for class VIII B MTs.N 4 Palu City. The subjects in this study were 32 students of class VIII B MTs.N 4 Palu and 3 students were selected as informants. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) that refers to the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart research design. This study was conducted in two cycles that followed the phases of the Problem-Based Learning model, namely (1) Student orientation to the problem, (2) Organizing students to learn, (3) Assisting individual and group investigations, (4) Developing and presenting work results, (5) Analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process. By combining differentiated learning strategies in the phase of organizing students to learn and the phase of guiding individual and group investigations. In cycle I, the number of students who completed was 11 students with a completion percentage of 39.3% and in cycle II, the number of students who completed was 21 students with a completion percentage of 75%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem-Based Learning model with a differentiation learning strategy can improve the learning outcomes on topics of polyhedra for class VIII MTs.N 4 Palu city.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept understanding ability of students on SPLDV material in terms of extroverted and introverted personalities at SMPN 7 Palu. The type of qualitative research is descriptive. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D SMPN 7 Palu consisting of 20 students. However, in this study the subjects that researchers used were one student with introverted personality and one student with extroverted personality. Data collection techniques used personality questionnaires, written tests and interviews. The results of this study indicate that (1) Introverted students restate a concept by restating equation 1 and equation 2 obtained from the problem into another form, namely the SPLDV form correctly and tend to imitate what is in the problem without using their own language. Meanwhile, extroverted students restate a concept by restating the equations obtained from the problem into another form, namely the SPLDV form in their own language, not influenced by information from the problem and more likely to use their own language. (2) Introverted students provide examples of SPLDV and those that are not SPLDV based on examples of SPLDV obtained from the problem. While extroverted students provide examples that include SPLDV by looking at the SPLDV example that SE gets in the problem, but SE is unable to provide examples that do not include SPLDV because there are no examples, this means that SE can provide examples if you see an existing example. (3) Introverted students present concepts in various forms of mathematical representation in a structured manner, the steps are clear by writing in full what is known from the problem and then presenting it in the form of a mathematical model. Meanwhile, extroverted students present concepts in various forms of mathematical representation on the system of linear equations of two variables by directly presenting it in the form of a mathematical model without clear and unstructured steps by not writing what is known from the problem and directly presenting it in the form of a mathematical model. (4) Introverted students can develop necessary or sufficient conditions for a concept by writing and developing the exact conditions of one SPLDV solution and being able to determine the value of a correctly along with a clear and complete solution. Meanwhile, extroverted students develop the necessary or sufficient condition of a concept and determine the value of a by answering carelessly without doing the solution. (5) Introverted students use, utilize and select certain procedures or operations and apply concepts by determining what methods should be used in solving SPLDV problems in a structured manner, the steps are clear and the final results obtained are correct. While extroverted student subjects use, utilize, and select certain procedures or operations and apply concepts to SPLDV material with incorrect final results.

Abstract

Dalam pembangunan proyek perumahan tidak akan lepas dari pembahasan badlock. Menurut penjelasan Kementrian PUPR, kebutuhan perumahan di Indonesia masih belum mencukupi kebutuhan yang ada. Untuk itu, pemerintah maupun swasta turus membangun proyek perumahan. Proyek perumahan memiliki sifat dan karakteristik tersendiri yaitu sifat pekerjaan berulang (Repetitif). Hal ini yang mendasari penggunaan metode Linier of Balancing yang memiliki keuntungan utama mampu mentransformasikan tingkat produktivitas dan durasi pekerjaan ke bentuk format grafik agar lebih mudah dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja pembangunan proyek Perumahan Mutiara Gading II Makassar menggunkan metode penjadwalan Linier of Balancing. Analisis dan perhitungan menggunakan metode penjadwalan Linier of Balancing pada Proyek Perumahan Mutiara Gading II Makassar dengan bagian pekerjaan proyek yaitu drainase (Gorong-gorong), Rumah Tipe 38/90, dan tipe 38/72, dan jalan (Paving Blok) dengan waktu perkerjaan selama 450 hari dengan membutuhkan tenaga kerja sebanyak 2094 Pekerja. Dalam perencanaan Penjadwalan menngunakan Metode Linier of Balancing akan mengoptimalkan waktu apabila tiap-tiap kegiatan/pekerjaan dikerjakan terus menerus dan dapat memudahkan dalam pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal materi peluang ditinjau dari tingkat self-efficacy. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Sindue dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa dengan kategori self-efficacy tinggi, sedang, dan rendah yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil angket. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, tes tertulis, dan wawancara, sedangkan uji kredibilitas data dilakukan melalui triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan self-efficacy tinggi mampu memahami soal, mengaitkan konsep peluang secara logis, mengevaluasi hasil pengerjaan, serta menyusun strategi alternatif dengan kesimpulan yang tepat. Siswa dengan self-efficacy sedang menunjukkan pemahaman dan analisis yang cukup, namun masih terbatas dalam mengevaluasi dan mengaitkan konsep, sedangkan siswa dengan self-efficacy rendah mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami, menganalisis, dan menarik kesimpulan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa bervariasi pada setiap indikator dan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat self-efficacy masing-masing. Hasil ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya penguatan self-efficacy melalui pendekatan pembelajaran reflektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak. Desa Sicini terletak di pegunungan Kabupaten Gowa yang masih mengandalkan tadah hujan dalam pertanian. Lahan persawahan dikelola dan berproduksi sekali dalam setahun sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup dan kesejahteraan, masyarakat Desa Sicini memerlukan perhatian dan pemberdayaan. Kegiatan workshop yang dilakukan ditujukan pada diversifikasi produk olahan ikan yaitu pengolahan dimsum ikan sebagai suatu usaha dalam pemenuhan gizi dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Sicini. Metode Pembelajaran dan Aksi Partisipatif digunakan selama kegiatan workshop pengolahan dimsum ikan. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 10 warga Desa Sicini. Evaluasi dilaksanakan pada akhir kegiatan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan lembar angket. Berdasarkan hasil angket, diketahui bahwa kegiatan yang telah dilakukan membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan (100%) dan minat (50%) khususnya dalam pengolahan dimsum ikan. Kegiatan workshop membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan minat kelompok PKK dalam pengolahan dimsum ikan. Kata Kunci: Workshop, dimsum ikan, kelompok PKK, Desa Sicini

Abstract

Budaya organisasi merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan budaya organisasi dengan inovasi perusahaan pada Perusahaan umum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulawesi Selatan dan Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif.  Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk memastikan tingginya tingkat korelasi pada variabel budaya organisasi dengan inovasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan formula statistika, yakni korelasi Rank Spearman yang perhitungannya menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Dari hasi pengolahan data untuk variabel budaya organisasi diperoleh nilai 82 persen, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengolahan data untuk variabel inovasi perusahaan diperoleh nilai 86 persen maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi perusahaan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dari hasil analisis koefisien korelasi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar = 0,705, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berkorelasi dengan tingkat korelasi tinggi dengan inovasi perusahaan pada Perusahaan umum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar
