ABSTRACT Background: anemia prevention through iron-folic acid supplementation (IFA) for female adolescent has become goverment’s program priority. Although this programme have been running, several constrains including consumption compliance was frequently found. On the other hand, school have potential resources such as Junior of The Red Cross (PMR) which can be peer educator for health including anemia for other students. Objectives: this research was aimed to describe knowledge, practice, and attitude of PMR member toward IFA supplementation in SMAN 2 LamonganMethods: This research used cross sectional design. The population of this study was 100 members of the Red Cross Youth Teaching (PMR) SMAN 2 Lamongan. The sample of this study was 60 students who were selected by the simple random sampling method who met the inclusion criteria, such as were active members of the PMR and were willing to take part in the study. Data collection was carried out using self-administered questionnaires using an online questionnaire application consisting of 20 questions to measure knowledge; 20 questions to measure attitude; and 13 questions to measure behavior. Data were categorized and analyzed using descriptive tests.Results: Most respondents still have lack of knowledge related to the TTD program (56.7%) and its benefits (56.7%). 66% of PMR cadres have a positive attitude towards TTD, but not 100% of PMR cadres consume blood-added tablets regularly.Conclusions Strengthening of knowledge and attitudes towards TTD is needed to improve compliance of TTD consumption among PMR members so that later PMR cadres can become peer educators for other students.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: penanggulangan anemia dengan pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) dengan sasaran remaja putri menjadi fokus pemerintah saat ini. Walaupun sudah mulai berjalan, seringkali ditemukan beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan program, diantaranya ketidakpatuhan konsumsi TTD. Di sisi lain, sekolah memiliki potensi sumberdaya untuk meningkatkan optimalisasi program TTD, salah satunya adalah Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) yang dapat menjadi pendidik sebaya tentang masalah kesehatan termasuk anemia bagi siswi lainnya.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat gambaran pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku kader PMR di SMA Negeri 2 Lamongan terhadap program pemberian TTDMetode: Penelitian ini merupakan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anggota ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) SMAN 2 Lamongan sejumlah 100 orang. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 60 siswa anggota PMR yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi yaitu merupakan anggota aktif PMR dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan self-administered questionnaires dengan menggunakan aplikasi kuesioner online yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan untuk mengukur pengetahuan; 20 pertanyaan untuk mengukur sikap; dan 13 pertanyaan untuk mengukur perilaku. Data dikategorikan dan dianalisis menggunakan uji deskriptif.Hasil: Sebagian besar responden masih memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang terkait program TTD (56,7%) dan manfaatnya (56,7%). Sebesar 66% kader PMR memiliki sikap yang positif terhadap TTD, namun tidak 100% kader PMR mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah secara rutin.Kesimpulan: Perlu penguatan terhadap pengetahuan serta sikap terhadap TTD untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD di kalangan anggota PMR agar nantinya kader PMR dapat menjadi pendidik sebaya bagi siswi lainnya.

Background: Highly plate waste in hospitalized patients has become a problem in Hospitals’ nutrition service department, this causes adding treatment time for patient’s recovery and making the hospital service inefficient.Objectives: This research strives to develop a set of recommendations to improve the nutrition department service quality by reducing plate wastes in hospitals. Methods: This research uses a cross-sectional approach. The constraint causing analysis is done by observing dominant waste in each menu’s component and conducting FGD with the management team, nutrition department, and other related departments. The research population is 3000 plates.Results: One of the success indicators in the hospital’s nutrition services is less than 20% of plate waste. It was found that 26,65% or 327 of 1230 observed plates have more than 20% plate waste. The constraint was set with low scale value, food’s aroma, with 2,7 which make food’s aroma as a first priority problem to solve.Conclusions: The solution recommendation about constraint causes was sent to the nutrition department and hospital directors to review the hospital’s policies and SOP. The improvement can be focused on the hospital’s internal policies, Standard Operating procedures, employee competencies, obedience to set procedures, and also chefs and cooks skill

COVID-19 pandemic changed how society behaves. Travel and social restrictions, commonly associated with the term lockdown became popular and ubiquitous. Given the rise of gig economy and mobile app delivery in the past several years, combined with lockdowns during the pandemic, and the application of telemedicine becomes essential. Halodoc is one of the popular telemedicine applications in Indonesia, having several useful features such as text-based doctor consultation and prescription drug order-delivery, and Halodoc is easily preferred by many. This article explored the motivation behind using Halodoc as the preferred method of getting health service during the pandemic, behind the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the application, we found that fear of missing out (FOMO) has an indirect role in the application adoption in society, especially during lockdowns, where social interaction is limited to social media and other internet-based platforms. The reason why FOMO can be an important factor in technology adoption and how advertisers should explore FOMO is further discussed.

In early 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic spread rapidly to all countries, including Indonesia. This problem prompted the government to immediately make efforts to suppress the spread of COVID-19. Public Health Centers are at the front line in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 because they are located in every sub-district and have a regional concept. This research is a participatory observational study and was conducted from July 6 – 31, 2020. Researchers at the same time as volunteers coordinated with the Public Health Centers and evaluated the implementation of COVID-19 Prevention and Control in the Work Area of Kalibaru Kulon Health Center. The evaluation was done based on the guidelines for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 by analyzing and interpreting the data and developing a descriptive narrative. The results of the evaluation have shown the suitability of the guidelines with the implementation of the rapid test program, screening COVID-19 at check point posts, and ‘Sekolah Tangguh & Pondok Tangguh’. But, there are still some indicators that are not following the guidelines, especially in the implementation of rapid test program and ‘Sekolah Tangguh & Pondok Tangguh’. The conclusion from the evaluation of the implementation of Kalibaru Kulon Health Center program in making efforts to prevent and control COVID-19 is that the implementation of the program has not been optimal when compared to existing guidelines so that more efforts need to be made such as increasing the role of the government as the developer of policies, which is supported by public awareness to realize community independence in the health sector.

Stunting or chronic undernutrition is a consequence of a lack of nutrition for a long time. Stunting is still a main isu in developing countries such as Indonesia. According to SSGBI 2021, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia was decreased from 2019 to 2021 that is 27,67% to 24,4%. Government has many programs to decrease stunting. Thus, research that can present facts comprehensively about stunting prevention program is needed to make policies regarding the precise and efficient program. The research aims to identify stunting prevention program in Indonesia. This research used a systematic review method arranged based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and MetaAnalyzes (PRISMA). Five databases are used for searching articles that are PubMed, Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, Perpustakaan Nasional (Perpusnas) Indonesia, and ScienceDirect. Research inclusion criteria are articles were published from 2011 to 2020 with the population in Indonesia. For articles assessing quality we used The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal. Form 15 articles we found that effective program for preventing stunting is nutrition education for influential parties (cadre, children’s mother, pregnant women, and mother to be), establishing a study group for children’s mother, and supplementary feeding for children. Stunting prevention program must be paying attention to input and process aspects for better outputs and must involve all parties from children’s mothers to cross-sectoral.

Food acceptance is patient's ability to spend food served, while in this study measured using food waste. In Covid-19 patients, it is necessary to pay attention of their food intake in order to optimize body's immune system. Improved immune system could help faster healing process. Thus, observing factors that affects food waste such as patients’ perception and menu variation are needed. This study was conducted to analyze correlation between patient perceptions of food taste and menu variations with food waste in patients at the Covid-19 Indrapura Field Hospital. This study used a cross-sectional design. Sample was selected using the accidental sampling technique, 148 respondents were selected. Data was analyzed by using Pearson correlation test. Most of respondents were male (60.8%), aged 15-39 years (63.5%), and had a length of stay of 7 days (58.1%). Most of the respondents admitted that food taste was good and very good (90.5%), as well as menu variations were classified as good and very good (89.2%), with average food waste of respondents was 10.4%. Statistical test show that there was a correlation between food taste (p value = 0.000) and menu variations (p value = 0.005) with food waste Covid-19 patients. It is concluded that there is a significant correlation between food taste and menu variations with the food waste among Covid-19 patients. Though it meets hospital food waste standards, it is still important to pay attention to the things related to food taste and menu variations to keep the food waste below minimum standards.

puskesmas menjadi salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer yang berperan penting dalam penanganan pandemi COVID-19. Kendati demikian, kunjungan rawat jalan puskesmas di Kota Surabaya mengalami penurunan sebesar 51,75% sejak awal Maret 2019 sampai dengan Desember 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas di Kota Surabaya pada masa pandemi COVID-19 berdasarkan teori Health Belief Model (HBM). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan rancang bangun cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Surabaya sejak bulan Oktober 2020 hingga bulan September 2021, dengan populasi seluruh penduduk Kota Surabaya. Besar sampel dalam penelitan ini adalah 112 orang. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa penurunan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas dipengaruhi oleh persepsi manfaat dan pendorong untuk bertindak dengan nilai siginifikan masing-masing sebesar (0,045) dan (0,047). Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan, puskesmas dapat mengembangkan sistem pelayanan yang aman sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan serta mensosialisasikan upaya tersebut kepada masyarakat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat untuk kembali memanfaatkan layanan kesehatan di puskesmas. puskesmas menjadi salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer yang berperan penting dalam penanganan pandemi COVID-19. Background: The rate of visual disorders due to cataracts in Indonesia is the highest in Southeast Asia region and got the third place in the world at 1.47%. The prevalence of cataracts in East Java Province based on Riskesdas 2013 was 1.6%. Every year as many as 38 thousand residents of East Java Province are threatened with cataracts. Cataracts require a very large cost for medication. Aims: This study aims to conduct a Health Expenditure Analysis of cataract patients at Public and Private Hospital in Surabaya. Methods: Observational analytical research using quantitative methods. The time approach used for this research is a prospective design. The sample in this study were 174 patients. Results: Based on the results of the study, there was a significant difference (p-value = 0.001) between the Health Expenditure of cataract patients in private hospitals and government hospitals. The average health expenditure at private eye hospitals was higher than that of government eye hospitals, with an average difference -an average of IDR 4,240,030 per patient. Even so, patients from private and government hospitals experienced catastrophic health expenditure. Based on the chi-square test, there was a significant relationship between cataract severity (p-value¬= 0.001) and the incidence of catastrophic health expenditure. Conclusion: Catasthropic health expenditure can be experienced by patients in both private and public hospitals due to health costs incurred for cataract treatment for a period of 3 months.

Kajian literatur ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa tantangan perluasan kepesertaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional yaitu terdapatnya sejumlah peserta mandiri yang merupakan peserta non aktif. Kemampuan seseorang untuk membayar premi Asuransi Kesehatan Nasional sebagian dipengaruhi oleh situasi keuangan mereka. Artikel ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan riset apakah tingkat pendapatan berkorelasi dengan kepatuhan peserta Bukan Pekerja Upah dalam membayar iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini ialah kajian literatur pada artikel dengan tahun terbit 2019-2022 lewat dua sumber yakni Google Scholar dan Reasearch Gate dengan kata kunci kata kunci “iuran JKN” “kepatuhan” “peserta mandiri” “pendapatan”. Setelah melalui proses skrining, dari 204 artikel yang ditemukan terdapat lima artikel yang sesuai kritera. Dari kelima artikel yang telah dilakukan kajian literatur didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendapatan dengan kepatuhan membayar iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Verifikasi dan validasi data penduduk tidak mampu oleh pemerintah daerah, penyebarluasan informasi agar masyarakat dapat memilih kelas perawatan sesuai dengan kemampuannya membayar iuran, serta pengembangan sistem pengingat pembayaran oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan.

The rate of blindness caused by cataracts in Indonesia is the highest in Southeast Asia and ranks third in the world at 1.47%. Cataract treatment can only be cured by surgery. The shape of the IOL (lens) is also increasingly diverse to meet the needs of cataract sufferers. Along with the development of this field, different product offerings can become another value as competitiveness as owned by KMU Gresik Eye Clinic. This research aims to develop IOL Premium service products as a solution for patients with cataracts and refractive errors. This study was observational analysis because there was no intervention on the respondents during the data collection process. Data collection was carried out through filling out questionnaires on 100 respondents based on needs and evaluating services that have been running. The results showed that in general as many as 72% of respondents still experienced poor vision, while 85% of respondents had experiences in the poor category of vision, so 89% of respondents experienced vision difficulties. Klinik Mata KMU Gresik needs to carry out product development, such as IOL Premium, VIP services, and teleconsultation to increase its competitiveness in overcoming emerging problems and meeting the demands and needs of sufferers. Abstrak: Tingkat kebutaan yang diakibatkan katarak di Indonesia merupakan yang tertinggi di Asia Tenggara dan berada di urutan ketiga di dunia yaitu sebesar 1,47%. Pengobatan katarak hanya bisa disembuhkan dengan cara operasi. Bentuk IOL (lensa) juga semakin beragam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penderita katarak. Seiring dengan berkembangnya bidang ini, penawaran produk yang berbeda dapat menjadi value lain sebagai daya saing seperti yang dimiliki oleh Klinik Mata KMU Gresik. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengembangan produk layanan IOL Premium sebagai solusi untuk penderita katarak dan kelainan refraksi. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analiyik karena tidak adanya intervensi terhadap reponden selama proses pengumpulan data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuisioner pada 100 responden berasarkan kebutuhan dan evaluasi layanan yang sudah berjalan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara umum sebanyak 72% responden masih mengalami penglihatan yang buruk, sedangkan 85% responden memiliki pengalaman dalam kategori buruk dalam penglihatan, sehingga 89% responden mengalami kesulitan penglihatan. Klinik Mata KMU perlu melakukan pengembangan produk, seperti IOL Premium, layanan VIP, dan telekonsultasi untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya dalam mengatasi masalah yang muncul dan memenuhi permintaan dan kebutuhan penderita.
