Abstract

Abstrak, Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi COVID-19, dan pemerintah membuat sebuah kebijakan-kebijakan seperti social distancing, berupa pembatasannsosial berskala besar (PSSB). Situasi ini menuntut masyarakat untuk tetap berada didalam di rumah, mulai dari bekerja di rumah, beribadah, dan belajar. Pemerintah merekomendasikan untuk menerapkan proses belajar di rumah melalui pembelajaran online. Diterapkannya pembelajaran online secara tiba-tiba menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan atau problematika dalam proses pengajaran khususnya pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Untuk mengetahui jawabannya, peneliti merumuskan pertanyaan sebagai berikut: 1). Bagaimana merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran online untuk pendidikan agama Islam selama pandemi SMPN 2 Sokaraja, 2) Covid19. SMPN 2 Apa Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Sokaraja Penilaian dan Permasalahan Pembelajaran Online Selama Pandemi COVID-19? Jenis penelitian yang dipilih yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengumpulkan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tidak sejalan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran online. Terdapat perbedaan tingkat pemahaman pembelajaran mata kuliah antar mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online. Siswa tanpa smartphone/HP dan keterbatasan kuota internet, metode pembelajaran dan faktor kapasitas guru, guru yang mengontrol Keterbatasan pembelajaran online yang terus menerus dan kurangnyaa motivasi para siswa untuk belajar.Kata Kunci : Problematika, Pembelajaran Daring, Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

Asas alih tangan kasus merupakan asas bimbingan dan konseling yang menghendaki agar pihak-pihak yang tidak mampu menyelenggarakan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling secara tepat dan tuntas atas suatu permasalahan klien mengalihtangankan permasalahannya itu kepada pihak yang lebih ahli. Dalam dunia pendidikan, SMA Negeri 1 Karangreja merupakan sekolah yang sudah menerapan alih tangan kasus (referal) sebagai salah satu layanan pendukung bimbingan konseling.Persoalan yang akan dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah apa saja model bimbingan alih tangan kasus (referal) di SMA Negeri 1 Karangreja dan bagaimana pelaksanaannya?Jenis penelitianian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru BK SMA Negeri 1 Karangreja dan pihak yang menerima referal.Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan terdiri atas pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan/ verifikasi.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis referal yang diterapkan di SMA Negeri 1 Karangreja yaitu referal ke psikolog RSUD Purbalingga bagi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar, referal ke POLRES Purbalingga untuk sosialisasi pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba dan referal ke pondok pesantren Ulul Albab di Kecamatan Bobotsari Purbalingga untuk siswa yang membutuhkan pendekatan yang bersifat agamis. Dalam pelaksanaannya referal di psikolog RSUD Purbalingga berupa konseling individu, sedangkan referal di POLRES Purbalingga berupa penyuluhan narkoba dan referal di pondok pesantren Ulul Albab di Kecamatan Bobotsari Purbalingga berupa mengikutsertakan siswa dalam kegiatan pondok.

Abstract

The phenomenon of education in Indonesia shows a decline in basic moral and ethical values, so the role of teachers as innovative role models is very crucial. Since the enactment of the 2013 Curriculum, the challenges in implementing integrative thematic education have demanded a change in the mindset of teachers to produce superior and characterful students. The purpose of this study is to examine innovative learning models in SKI class VI subjects in order to optimize the role of teachers as role models and improve the quality of education. This study also analyzes the effectiveness of interactive learning strategies in shaping students' character and creativity. The methods used include literature study and descriptive analysis by reviewing books, journals, and educational regulations to understand the application of learning innovations. The study considers a variety of models, such as problem-based, contextual, and cooperative learning, to provide a comprehensive picture of innovative learning practices. The results of the study show that the application of innovative models increases students' creativity, collaboration, and activeness in the learning process. Teachers who implement interactive strategies are proven to be able to form a professional attitude and strong character in students. The conclusion of the study confirms that teacher integrity and exemplary behavior are the main keys in creating an effective learning environment. Strengthening the values of justice, truth, and hard work in teaching is expected to produce the next generation of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual qualities.

Abstract

Quality is an important aspect in the sector of a business. There is severe competition between business actors in achieving customer satisfaction through the principle of prioritizing quality over quantity. A similar thing was also done by one of the business actors in the Gesik area, namely UD Sketsa Embroidery, which is engaged in making semi-finished embroidered skullcaps. In its production, this business never knows in detail the defect causes that occur in its products and how to control them. So in this research, researchers conducted research analyzing defect control and how to improve its quality using statistical quality control methods. Based on the research results, this method can classify the types of defects that often occur, namely wrong direction embroidery defects, stacked embroidery, and unequal embroidery spacing. Knowledge of the weekly defect percentage at the time of sampling in this study was 1.57%. From the Pareto diagram, stacked embroidery type defects are the defects that have the highest number of frequencies, so stacked embroidery type defects are explained further using a fishbone diagram. This analysis is reviewed from aspects of human, machines, methods, materials and the environment factors. To prevent these defects, proposed actions and process improvements are also mentioned in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a 360 Virtual Tour application based on Android as an interactive medium to introduce the campus environment of Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Wastukancana to new students. The application integrates Virtual Reality (VR) technology to provide an immersive exploration experience through 360 panoramic views. Key features include hotspot-based navigation between scenes, automatic audio narration using text-to-speech, and a stereoscopic display mode compatible with Google Cardboard. The development follows the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, consisting of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The application was implemented using Unity 2021.3.45 LTS and C# programming language, along with gyroscope sensor support to align the panorama with the user's viewing direction. Functional testing using the blackbox method was conducted with 177 test cases, all of which passed successfully with a 100% success rate. The APK file was distributed through GitHub and Google Sites for direct access by new students. Initial feedback indicated that the application is visually appealing, user-friendly, and capable of delivering a virtual tour experience that closely resembles the real campus environment. These results suggest that the application is effective as a digital campus introduction tool that is informative, practical, and innovative.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between dividend policy and stock prices. The population used consists of banking companies included in the IDX30 index from 2020 to 2022. The reason for choosing these companies is that the companies listed in this index tend to distribute dividends and have high trading liquidity. We collected data from banking companies that were part of the IDX30 during the period from 2020 to 2022. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used as the hypothesis testing technique. The results demonstrate that dividend policy positively impacts stock prices, and profitability, proxied by ROA, also positively influences the company's stock price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Metode Beyond Centers and Circle Time (BCCT) sebagai metode yang berkualitas untuk mengajarkan literasi kepada anak pada jenjang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari observasi, wawancara dengan pendidik, jawaban dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengajar PAUD, dan kajian pustaka guna memperkuat hasil penelitian. Metode yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif dengan menganalisis data yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa BCCT berkontribusi pada keterampilan literasi anak. Sebanyak 43 responden dari 22 lembaga PAUD di Bandung Raya secara dominan memberikan respons bahwa pengimplementasian BCCT mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir dan berekspresi anak, terutama mendukung literasi anak pada bidang dasar menyimak, berbicara, membaca, bahkan menulis. Dengan mengadakan pelatihan terhadap pendidik PAUD, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal para pendidik untuk menerapkan BCCT sebagai metode dalam menyiapkan anak memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Meskipun ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya pemahaman guru, keterbatasan sarana dan media pembelajaran, dan dukungan orang tua maupun pemerintah, pendidik direkomendasikan untuk menjawab kendala tersebut melalui kolaborasi dan kreativitas yang memang menjadi esensi dari BCCT.

Abstract

The research aims at two main things. The first, to find out the characteristics of contextual learning in teaching Arabic language at Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhlas in Dawar, Manggis, Mojosongo, Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. Second, to find out the components of contextual learning applied in teaching Arabic language at Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhlas. The research applies descriptive non hipothetical approach. The population is 220 santri, and the sample is 50 santri in random. The instrument for collecting  data is validity questionair with try out. Data analysis uses percent analysis. The result of research: 1) the characteristic of contextual learning involve collaboration, support each other; it is fun, not boring; learn in passion; integrated learning; use many resources, active students; sharing with friends; students are critical and creative teachers are just suited in teaching Arabic language at Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhlas in Dawar, Manggis, Mojosongo, Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. 2)  components of contextual learning  involve: related meaning; independent learning and collaboration, critical and creative thinking, helping students to grow and develop, reaching high standard and authentic thinking and the contextual learning strategy  is not found out unsuited in teaching Arabic language  at  Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhlas in Dawar, Manggis, Mojosongo, Boyolali, Jawa Tengah.Keywords: Pengajaran Bahasa Arab, Pengajaran Kontekstual

Abstract

This study aims to find an effective format for boarding schools by implementing human resource management. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are carried out with Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that: the management of educator resources is carried out through regeneration programs, coaching, and approaches to pesantren values. Preparation of educator resources through career development and training, and analysis. This research provides implications about the importance of governance of educational institutions through the implementation of human resources for the growth and development of institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah supervisi edukatif kolaboratif secara periodik dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, menilai prestasi belajar, melaksanakan tindak lanjut penialain prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada guru PAI SMP/SMK/SMA Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Brebes tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan dan dilaksanakan dua siklus dengan tahapan persiapan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pemantauan dan evaluasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdiri atas empat kegiatan pokok yakni pengumpulan data awal, data hasil analisis setiap akhir siklus, serta tanggapan lain dari guru terhadap pelaksanaan supervisi edukatif model kolaboratif. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitafif. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menjelaskan perubahan perilaku guru dalam pembelajaran dan perilaku supervisor dalam melaksanakan supervisi guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya supervisi teman sejawat dan edukatif kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, menilai prestasi belajar dan tindak lanjut hasil penilaian prestasi belajar siswa.
