Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the profile of students's scientific work skills before and after being applied to guided inquiry learning models in the "reaction rate" material and determine the differences in scientific work skills of students in Pontianak 8 State High School 2018/2019 academic year. This study used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest research design. The sample in this study were students of class XI MIPA 2 with the determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses measurement techniques and direct communication techniques. After data analysis, the results of the pretest showed that the scientific work skills of students were in the unskilled, less skilled, category at 45.5%; 54.5%. Then the posttest results showed that the scientific work skills of students were in the category of less skilled, skilled, highly skilled in a row of 3.03%; 24.24%; 72.73%. Wilcoxon test results have shown there are differences in scientific work skills before and after learning, it can be concluded that students' scientific work skills increase after applied guided inquiry learning models. Keywords: scientific work skills, guided inquiry, reaction rate

Abstract

AbstractThis research intended to determine were there any differences the students’ learning result in class XI Audio Visual Technique which was teach with project based learning model then the students class XI Motorcycle Technique which was taught with convensional method and the big effect of the learning project based learning model in koloid material in students’ learning result. The research method used was pre-experimental with planning pretest-posttest control group desigh technique sampling. The sample was the students class XI Audio Visual Technique and class XI Motorcycle Technique.The tools of data collecting were test and interview. The annalysis data used was U-mann Whithey test with α = 5 % was Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) was 0,001, it meant there were differences the students’ learning results wich taught in Project Based Learning then tought in convensional learning in koloid material. The effect was 39,80 % in students’ learning result in koloid material at SMK PGRI Pontianak.Keywords: Project Based Learning, learning activities, and the results of the study.

Abstract

Abstract The aims of research were to determine the feasibility and readability of SQ3R-based leaflets on hydrocarbon material. This research takes the form of research and development (R&D) which adopts the Borg & Gall development model. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA MA Al-Mustaqim. Data collection techniques using measurement techniques, indirect communication techniques, and direct communication techniques. The assessment instrument was in the form of a feasibility assessment sheet filled out by experts, a student questionnaire response sheet, and an unstructured interview draft. The results of data analysis showed that the SQ3R-based leaflet on hydrocarbon material was very feasible (87%), including of content (92%), presentation (90%), lingustic (79%), and graphic aspect (87%P. Based on students response questionnaire in trial I, the result was 83% and in trial II the result was 81%. This data showed that students' response to the SQ3R-based leaflet on hydrocarbon material is included in the very good category. Keywords: Development, Hydrocarbons, SQ3R-Based Leaflets T

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model make a match dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode ceramah pada materi koloid, 2) pengaruh model make a match terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi koloid, 3) motivasi siswa terhadap model make a match pada materi koloid. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Alat pengumpul data yang berupa tes hasil belajar dan angket motivasi siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model make a match dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode ceramah pada materi koloid. Nilai Effect size yang diperoleh adalah 0,53 dengan kategori sedang. Rata-rata motivasi siswa terhadap model make a match sebesar 79,92% tergolong sangat kuat. Kata kunci : make a match, motivasi, hasil belajar Abstract: The aims of this research was to determine: 1) differences in learning outcomes between students who were taught using make a match model and lecture method in colloid subject, 2) the effect of make a match model toward student learning outcomes in colloid subject, 3) the students motivation toward make a match model in colloid subject. The form of research was a quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this research were XI IPA 2 as experiment class and XI IPA 1 as control class. The data collection tools were the learning outcomes test and motivation questionnaire. The result of data analysis showed that there was difference in learning outcomes between students who were taught using make a match model and students who were taught using the lecture method in colloid subject. Effect size value earned was 0,53 with moderate category. The average of students motivation toward make a match model was 79,92% which categorized as strong level. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berpikir siswa di Indonesia berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan PISA dan TIMSS dan observasi di lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiriberbantuan pictorial riddle dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model konvensional pada materi koloid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Exsperimental Design) denganrancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah “Non Equivalent Group Design. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil tes berpikir kritis  antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan pictorial riddle dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Perhitungan effect size model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan pictorial riddle memberikan pengaruh sebesar 29,10% terhadap peningkatan hasil berpikir kritis siswa pada materi koloid kelas XI SMAN 1 Sambas. This research head for knowing the difference of student’s critical thinking skill that taught using inquiry learning wit pictorial riddle an using the conventional model toward colloidals materials. The research method that used was quasi experimental with non equivalent group design research’s program. Based on research result showing that there are differences critical thinking test result between the student that taught by inquiry learning with pictorial riddle and the student that taught with the conventional model. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan proses sains pada materi koloid siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak sebelum dan sesudah diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation dan besar pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation terhadap keterampilan proses sains pada materi koloid siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Sampel penelitian ini adalah  25 siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah one-group pretest-postest. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu tes keterampilan proses sains, lembar observasi, rubrik penilaian keterampilan proses sains secara integratif dan LKS. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains sebelum dan sesudah diajarkan  dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation.  Besarnya pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation terhadap peningkatan keterampilan proses sains siswa sebesar 37,5 % dengan nilai effect size 1,15 yang tergolong tinggi. Kata Kunci: Group Investigation, Keterampilan Proses Sains Abstract : The purpose of this research is to know difference of science process skills before and after being taught by using cooperative learning type group investigation and to know significance the effect of cooperative learning type group investigation on the science process skills for students XI science class in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The sample of the research is 25 student XI science 4 class  SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak and use purposive sampling technique. The form of this research is pre-experimental with one-group pretest-posttest design. Instruments that used are science process skills test, observation paper, authentic assessment dan student work sheet. The result of data analysis using Wilcoxon test showed that there is difference of science process skills before and after being taught by using cooperative learning with investigation group type. The quantity of cooperative learning type group investigation application effect toward science process skills is 37.5% with effect size value 1.15 that is high ranked. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar dan respon siswa terhadap materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan menggunakan model  pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pair-Share (TPS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan rancangan one group pre-test post-test. Sampel penelitian adalah 32 siswa pada kelas XI IPA SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pair-Share (TPS) dimana terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Respon siswa menunjukkan respon positif dengan skor rata-rata 72% dengan interpretasi setuju.   Kata kunci: model kooperatif tipe think-pair-share, hasil belajar, kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan  Abstract: The aims of the research were to determine the differences in learning outcomes and students response against solubility and solubility product with Think-Pair-Share (TPS) of cooperative learning model. The research method used was a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample was 32 students in grade XI Science SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. The results showed there was a difference between learning outcomes before and after implementation Think-Pair-Share (TPS) of cooperative learning model in which increase student learning outcomes.Student responses showed a positive response with an average score of 72 % agreed with the interpretation. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran ARIAS dengan pendekatan Problem Posing dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada materi sifat koligatif larutan di SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya, 2) pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran ARIAS dengan pendekatan Problem Posing terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 3) peningkatan motivasi siswa setelah diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran ARIAS dengan pendekatan Problem Posing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh yang terdiri dari 49 siswa kelas XII IPA. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen dengan hasil belajar siswa di kelas kontrol dengan nilai Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,039. Nilai effect size yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,53 (sedang) dan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 20,2 % terhadap hasil belajar siswa, sedangkan motivasi siswa meningkat sebesar 38,8 %. Abstract: The aims of the research are to determine: 1) the difference between students achievement who were taught using ARIAS learning model with Problem Posing approach to students achievement who were taught using conventional learning on colligative properties of solutions in SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya, 2) the effect of ARIAS learning model application with Problem Posing approach toward students achievement, 3) the improvement of students motivation after being taught using ARIAS learning model with Problem Posing approach. The method of this research was quasi-experiment with nonequivalent control group design. Sampling techniques using saturated sampling techniques toward 49 students of XII IPA. The result of data analysis showed that there was difference between students achievement in experiment class to students achievement in control class by value of Asymp.sig(2-tailed) in the amount of 0,039. Effect size value earned was 0,53 (medium) and giving effect about 20,2% toward students achievement, meanwhile the students motivation increased by 38,8%. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran model Connected dan metode ceramah pada kelas VIII IPA SMP Negeri 1 Pontianak pada materi zat adiktif dan sistem pernapasan manusia. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Non-equivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar berbentuk soal essay. Hasil uji statistik terhadap gain hasil belajar diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig. 0,470 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa kelas kontrol dengan eksperimen dengan effect size sebesar 1,67 dan persentasenya 45,25%. Pembelajaran dengan model connected dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Terpadu, Connected, Hasil belajar Abstract: research aims to understand between the study results taught using learning model connected and methods lectures on class viii science junior hight school 1 Pontianak to the matter addictive substances and respiratory system human. The study used is apparent experiment design control group non-equivalent design. Using techniques the sample purposive sampling. A middleman the data used was the test results shaped learning about an essay. However statistical tests to gain study results obtained asymp value. Sig. 0,470 which means there is a difference between the study results class control by his experiments with effect size of 1,67 and 45,25 % the result. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang masih rendah dan tidak dinilainya sikap ilmiah siswa  dalam pembelajaran kimia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan siswa yang diberikan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri, serta mengetahui bagaimana sikap imiah siswa pada kedua kelas. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan teknik Random Sampling. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Exsperimental Design) dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah “Non Randomize Control Group Pretest Postest Design”. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan terdiri dari soal pretest, posttest, dan lembar observasi sikap ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri memiliki rata-rata persentase sikap ilmiah yang kuat yaitu sebesar 77% dan kelas yang diajar tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri memiliki rata-rata persentase sikap ilmiah yang cukup yaitu sebesar 57,68%. Analisis data posttest dan data sikap ilmiah siswa menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sikap ilmiah dan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan siswa yang diberikan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri. Kata kunci: inkuiri, sikap ilmiah, hasil belajarAbstract: This research is motivated by the results of student learning which is still low and not based on the scientific attitude of the students in chemistry learning. The purpose of this study is to determine differences in the scientific attitude and learning outcomes among students that were taught using inquiry learning model and students that were taught without using inquiry learning model, as well as how to know the scientific attitude students in both classes. Samples were selected based on random sampling techniques. The form of the study was used a quasi-experiment (Quasi Exsperimental Design) with the design of the study is a "Non Randomize Control Group Pretest Posttest Design”. Data were collected using pretest, posttest, and scientific attitude observation sheet. the average percentage of scientific attitude taught using inquiry learning model was 77% which means strong whereas the average percentage of scientific attitude taught without inquiry learning model was 57.68% which means enough. Posttest data analysis and scientific attitude data analysis showed that there were differences of scientific attitudes and learning outcomes between students who were taught by using inquiry learning model and students who were taught without using the inquiry learning model.
