Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil belajar siswa dalam menulis teks berita melalui media audio visual di kelas VIII B SMP Santo Fransiskus Asisi Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 31 siswa di kelas VIII B. Hasil analisis data tes menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mencapai 75,5 dengan kategori baik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus dan selalu mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual dalam proses pembelajaran menulis teks berita dapat melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam menuangkan pikiran- pikiran ke dalam bentuk tulisan dan membantu siswa dalam memperoleh gambaran yang jelas tentang peristiwa yang terjadi pada berita yang akan ditulis. Hal ini terjadi karena fokusnya indera pendengaran dan penglihatan siswa, sehingga mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam menuangkan ide atau gagasan dalam bentuk tulisan.   Kata Kunci: Menulis Berita, Media Audio Visual   Abstract: This study aimed to describe the process and student learning outcomes in a text message through audio-visual media in class VIII B of SMP St. Francis of Assisi Pontianak. The method used is descriptive qualitative research design Class Action. The subjects were 31 students in class VIII B. The results of the analysis of the test data indicates that the completeness of student learning outcomes reached 75.5 in both categories. This research was conducted by 2 cycles and always increase. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded He use of audio- visual media in the process of learning to write news text can engage students actively in expressing thoughts into written form and assist students in obtaining a clear picture of the events of the story to be written   Keywords : Writing Text News, Using Media Audio Visual

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti dan menganalisis numeralia bahasa Melayu yang digunakan di Desa Nibung Kecamatan Selimbau Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Aspek yang diteliti dan dianalisis dari numerali tersebut adalah bentuk, fungsi, serta makna numeralia bahasa Melayu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik pancing dan teknik tatap semuka. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bentuk numeralia BMDKH terdiri atas numeralia monomorfemis dan polimorfemis. Fungsi numeralia BMDKH dalam satuan sintaksis dapat mengisi beberapa fungsi sintaksis antara lain berfungsi subjektif, berfungsi predikat, berfungsi objek, dan berfungsi keterangan. Makna numeralia BMDKH terdiri dari makna numeralia dengan prefiks ke- menyatakan makna kumpulan atau kolektif dan menyatakan makna urutan, makna numeralia dengan prefiks se- menyatakan kolektif atau kumpulan, makna numeralia dengan prefiks be- menyatakan kolektif atau kumpulan.   Kata Kunci: Numeralia Bahasa Melayu Dialek Kapuas Hulu   Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze numeralia Malay language used in the village Nibung Selimbau District of Kapuas Hulu. Aspects studied and analyzed from the numerali is the form, function and meaning numeralia Malay. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are fishing techniques and techniques semuka face. From the data obtained it can be concluded form BMDKH numeralia consists of numeralia monomorfemis and polimorfemis. BMDKH numeralia function in units of syntax can fill some syntactic function, among others, the subjective function, serves predicate, object function, and function information. Numeralia meaning BMDKH consists of a prefix meaning numeralia to-stated meaning or collective collection and express the meaning of the order, meaning numeralia with all prefixes declared collective or group, with a prefix meaning BE- numeralia states collectively or collection.   Key words: Number in mayal language of kapuas hulu

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengamatan terhadap tradisi selamatan membangun rumah pada masyarakat Melayu Sambas. Selamatan membangun rumah yang dimaksud adalah tradisi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat sebelum mendirikan sebuah rumah baik pada tahap prapelaksanaan maupun proses pelaksanaan selamatan membangun rumah. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif, yaitu dengan menerjemahkan data kosakata permainan rakyat Melayu Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan etnolinguistik yang memandang hubungan bahasa dengan unsur budaya di dalam masyarakat Melayu Sambas. Analisis yang dilakukan peneliti terhadap data yang dikumpulkan adalah analisis mengenai inventarisasi data, makna leksikal dan makna kultural, dan fungsi makna istilah dalam tradisi selamatan membangun rumah masyarakat Melayu Sambas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti berhasil menghimpun penelitian ini berhasil menghimpun 44 istilah dalam tradisi selamatan membangun rumah masyarakat Melayu Sambas terdiri dari 25 istilah alat, 6 istilah proses, 3 istilah waktu, 4 istilah pelaku, 1 istilah tempat, dan 5 istilah pada serapah yang digunakan.   Kata Kunci: Peristilahan tradisi selamatan membangun rumah, etnolinguistik, Melayu Sambas. Abstract: This study focused on observing the tradition of building homes in the community of salvation Melayu Sambas. Salvation build the house in question is a tradition practiced by the people before taking up a good home on the stage of the implementation process of salvation prapelaksanaan or build a house. Data collection activities conducted in the District of South Jawai Sambas district. Researchers used descriptive method with a form of qualitative research, by translating the data vocabulary Malay folk games Sambas district. This study also uses entholinguistic approach that sees its relations with the language of cultural elements in Malay society Sambas. The analysis conducted by researchers of the data collected is an analysis of the data inventory, the lexical meaning and cultural meaning, and function of the meaning of the term in the tradition of salvation building houses Sambas Malay society. Based on the research conducted, the researchers managed to collect this study managed to collect 44 terms in the tradition of salvation build public houses Melayu Sambas consists of 25 terms appliance, 6 term process, three terms of time, four term offender, one term spot, and 5 terms on profanity that used. Abstract

AbstractStorytelling skills have a very important role for students to carry out learning activities. Storytelling skills need to be mastered by students. The results of interviews and observations made with Indonesian Language and Literature teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Kembayan 2014/2015 Learning year, there were several problems in the learning process of storytelling. The problem was related to the process and learning outcomes of students who still have not reached the value of completeness. This problem arises because of several factors. One of them, namely the selection of learning methods that were less varied. Teachers tend to use lecture or conventional methods in the learning process so that the learning process seems monotonous and boring for students. The efforts carried out in this study were to apply puppet media. Keywords: Ability, Puppet media, Storytelling.

Abstract

AbstractThe research was conducted in Sebalos backwoods, village of Sango at Sanggau Ledo District of Bengkayang Regency. This study also involved three speakers as informants to get data related to the treasury of terminology. The research question of this study was how the pattern of the perpadian lingual unit, the lexical meaning of occurrence, cultural meaning, and the level of understanding of the lexicon is.The method used in this study was descriptive in forms of qualitative research. Based on data analysis, this study got conclusions as follows (a) lingual unit form (b) terminology (c) cultural meaning and (d) level of understanding of terminology. Based on the results of data analysis, the research found that there are 104 data, age ≥45 years, age 25-44 years, age 12-24 years. There are 54 lexical meanings and 49 cultural meanings.Keywords: Terminology, Perpadian, Dayak Bekatik Riok

Abstract

AbstractThis study tries to analyze the stylistics in the novel Para Priyayi by Umar Kayam. To answer this problem, this research uses descriptive research method and a qualitative research  form  with an objective approach. The research data was collected by using the documentation method through the reading of semiotic models, namely heuristic reading and hermeneutic. The results of the study show the facts about the selection and use of vocabulary in the  novel Para Priyayi by Umar Kayam. The uniqueness of the selection and  the use of vocabulary is seen in (1) the selection and the use of  Javanese language vocabulary, (2) the selection and the use of Dutch vocabulary, (3) the selection and the use of Japanese vocabulary, and (4) the selection and use of greeting. There are particularities in the use of figurative linguistic styles which include the use of expressions, proverbs, images, and figure of speech. The uniqueness or the peculiarities of language use in the Para Priyayi novel are motivated by socio-cultural and educational factors of the writer which is expressed through the description of the story. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan mengukur kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks prosedur kompleks. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan bentuk penelitiannya adalah kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah siswa kelas              X MIA 5 yang berjumlah 38 orang. Data penelitian adalah hasil tes teks prosedur kompleks “Pembuatan E-KTP”. Teknik yang dilakukan dalam penelitian adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung. Kemampuan menulis siswa dengan menerapkan struktur teks prosedur kompleks “Pembuatan E-KTP” dikategorikan kurang baik dengan persentase 74,34%. Kemampuan siswa menerapkan kalimat imperatif teks prosedur kompleks “Pembuatan KTP Elektronik dikategorikan kurang baik dengan persentase 73,68%. Kemampuan siswa menerapkan konjungsi temporal teks prosedur kompleks “Pembuatan E-KTP” dikategorikan tidak baik dengan persentase 69,29%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan menulis teks prosedur kompleks “Pembuatan E-KTP” pada siswa kelas X MIA 5 SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak kurang baik dilihat dari hasil analisis terhadap tulisan siswa dengan nilai yang tidak memenuhi standar KKM (78,00) mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah tersebut. Kata kunci: keterampilan, menulis, teks prosedur kompleks Abstrac: The research aims measure students’ skill in writing text procedure complex. The method used research was descriptive, and the form of research  was qualitative. The resource of data investigation was ten (x) grade students of X MIA 5 calculated 38 persons. Data in research was result of text procedure complex “making E-KTP”. The technique did in research was technique indirect communication. The students’ writing skill applied structure text procedure complex on “Making E-KTP” categories inadequate with percentage 74,34%. The students’ skill in applied imperative sentence on text procedure complex “Making E-KTP categorizing inadequate with percentage 73,68%. The students’ skill in applied conjunction temporal inadequate with percentage 69,29%. Based on result of investigation as concluded in general that skill writing of text procedure complex “Making E-KTP” on students ten (X) grade of MIA 5 SMA Negeri 4 Pontianak inadequate looked from result of analysis toward students’ writing with score that did not fill standard KKM (78,00) major Indonesian in that school. Abstract

AbstractThe research problem of this study is, how is the terminology in abuh dapor lawakng tangak traditional ceremony. The general problem is limited to four subproblems: description of terminology description, component of meaning, and lexical meaning. The method used in this research is conversation and descriptive method using qualitative form. Techniques used were interview and live conversations. Data collection tools used were a research instrument in the form of sentences (to filter the data asked by the researcher to the informant), data card used to facilitate data and recorder. Based on data analysis that has been done by researcher, can be concluded that from the five categories of the abuh, the researcher succeeded in collecting 33 terminology in the process of performing the abuh dapor lawakng tangak traditional ceremony covering the five categories of abuh, 20 terms of custom rite equipment in traditional ceremony of abuh kahagokng and abuh agokng, 19 terminology of custom rite equipment in traditional ceremony of abuh bagi, abuh popah, dan abuh naribokng, 33 terminology of banquet equipment, 17 terminology of foodstuff, and 12  terminology of food names. Keywords: Abuh dapor, lawakng tangak, lexical meaning.

Abstract

AbstarctCampur kode dan alih kode komunikasi di  SMAN 1 Menjalin ada dua macam, yaitu (1) berwujud alih bahasa, dan (2) alih tingkat tutur. Yang berwujud alih bahasa meliputi alih kode dari bahasa Dayak ke bahasa Indonesia dan alih kode dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Dayak.  Campur kode dalam komunikasi di kopersasi SMAN 1 Menjalin. Ada dua bentuk campur kode,(1) campur kode intern dan (2) campur kode ekstern. Campur kode intern berwujud (1) kata,  (2) frasa, dan (3) perulangan kata. Sementara itu campur kode ekstern mencakup (1) bahasa Melayu, dan (2) bahasa Cina.  Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya alih kode dalam komunikasi di SMAN 1 Menjalin  ada delapan, faktor yaitu (1) kemarahan siswa1 terhadap siswa2, (2) kejengkelan pembeli terhadap siswa1, (3) mempunyai maksud tertentu, (4) menyesuaikan dengan kode yang dipakai siswa2, (5) ekspresi keterkejutan siswa2, (6) kehadiran calon siswa lain  ada saat tawar-menawar berlangsung, (7) bercanda pada pembeli, (8) basa-basi penjual pada pembeli. Ada dua faktor yang menyebabkan timbulnya campur kode, yaitu (1) identifikasi peran dan (2) identifikasi ragam.  Ada tiga fungsi alih kode dalam komunikasi di  SMAN 1 Menjalin, yaitu  (1)  alih kode tingkat tutur kasar, (2) alih kode tingkat halus, dan (3) alih kode tingkat sedang. Adapun fungsi campur kode ada dua, yaitu (1) untuk menjelaskan dan (2) untuk menghormati siswa. Kata Kunci: Campur Kode dan Alih Kode Dalam Berkomunikasi Di SMAN 1 Menjalin

Abstract

AbstractThe low writing skill grade VIII students is caused by several factors including: students attitudes that are easy to write, students write more often, so as not to focus on writing, lazy student habit. This research with the research object of SMP Kanaan which amounted to 15 students. The data were collected by several techniques, such as observation and test. Data analysis in this research is a research procedure that data in the form of written words. Data collection tool used in this research is guidance or observation and test. Audiovisual the result of observation and judgment about media usage in news writing material have better change of direction. In the first cycle the use of audiovisual media scores reached 31 with a value of 60 into the category very well. From the results of the written test on the first cycle average score 70 students with classical completeness of 46,6% and written test results on the second cycle student average score 83,9 with classical completeness of 93,3%. The improvement that students gain on each cycle proves that the use of audiovisual media on news text writing materials can be said to be effective. Keywords: application, audiovisual media, news teks Â
