Abstract

The students' knowledge of Physics Science material, especially in the subject of the motion of objects, is still below the expected KKM standard. Motion material is the basis or prerequisite for understanding further science material related to object motion material in class VIII to class IX. So far, there has never been an assessment related to the abilities of students' knowledge dimensions. This research focuses on assessing faktual, konseptual and prosedural knowledge according to the IC issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The purpose of this research is to describe the process of developing factual, conceptual and prosedural knowledge questions and to find out the dimensions of students' knowledge on the material motion of objects. The data obtained in this research is in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. Empirical validity analysis of 14 multiple-choice items and essays yielded the characteristics of the questions consisting of validity of 13 (92.8%) valid items, reliability of items with Cronbach's alpha 0.630 on 8 multiple-choice items and Cronbach's alpha 0.638 on 5 essay items greater than the r table value of 0.6, the level of difficulty is 64,3% items with moderate criteria, the discriminating power is 28,57% very good, 28,57% good questions, and 28,57% sufficient.

Abstract

Augmented Reality-based learning media is an innovation in teaching and learning activities. Augmented Reality has the advantage of combining objects with the real world, creating new quality and experiences for students. The objective of this research was to create Augmented Reality-based learning media on Solar System material and to determine its validity and practicality. This research was a development study using the 4D Thiagarajan model but without conducting the Disseminate stage. The research subjects were media experts, material experts, teachers, and students. Data collection used validation instruments and student responses with a Likert scale of 1-4. The evaluation results from material experts, media experts, and teachers (users) achieved an average validity of 91%, which was categorized as very valid. The results of the small-scale test of the Augmented Reality-based learning media obtained an average of 78%, categorized as fairly practical. The results of the large group trial obtained an average of 88%, categorized as very practical. Therefore, the Augmented Reality learning media on the Solar System material was deemed suitable for use in seventh-grade classrooms.

Abstract

Purpose – To assess the ideological construction of gender–ecology in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Christian Religious Education (PAK) elementary-level textbooks under the Independent Curriculum (Merdeka Curriculum) used in Sekolah Penggerak (2021–2023), addressing the research gap that has not regarded textbooks as a state ideological product Design/methods/approach – A descriptive qualitative study using van Leeuwen’s Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) combined with ecofeminism. Data: eight books (grades 1–4) published by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology and the Ministry of Religious Affairs; a text–visual documentation study; online interviews with five informants (two teachers, one editor, two authors); purposive sampling; categories of inclusion/exclusion, activation/passivation, role allocation, genericisation/specification; source triangulation and research ethics were applied. The scope is limited to eight books and two subjects. Findings – Identifies patterns of domestication of women; marking of femininity (e.g., the color pink); involvement of women in ecological activities that are subordinate and anonymous, whereas men are named/activated as protectors or givers; women are passivated as recipients of assistance. The integration of gender equality values and ecological awareness is not systematic. The state, through the Ideological State Apparatus (ISA), reproduces patriarchal–anthropocentric discourse. Research implications – Proposes a CDA–ecofeminism rubric–based audit–revision across the entire publishing cycle; editorial–design guidelines (balance of roles, equal naming, avoidance of essentialist visual codes); discourse literacy training for teachers; as well as periodic, transparent evaluations with feedback channels from schools and religious communities.

Abstract

se pollution and household waste accumulation are interrelated environmental challenges that demand sustainable and innovative solutions. This study aimed to develop eco-friendly sound-absorbing materials from household waste through a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach to enhance students’ ecopreneurship skills. The research employed a developmental design involving 16 students from the Science Education Study Program at Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari enrolled in the Environmental Science course. The project-based approach comprised problem identification, project design, product fabrication and testing, reflection, and presentation. Data were collected through observations of project implementation, Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) measurements, and ecopreneurship skill questionnaires. Results showed that the project was effectively implemented (88.40%), and the developed sound absorber composed of recycled paper, wood dust, and textile waste achieved a maximum NRC of 0.83 at mid-to-high frequencies, indicating good acoustic performance. A paired-sample t-test revealed a statistically significant improvement in students’ ecopreneurship skills (t(15) = 6.21, p < 0.001), especially in sustainability orientation and creative innovation. The project-based activities also helped students better understand the physics of sound absorption and its real-world applications. These findings demonstrate that integrating project-based learning with environmental contexts strengthens physics education while fostering sustainable innovation and green entrepreneurial competence.

Abstract

This research is based on learning that applies creative thinking skills in improving the speaking ability of high school students. the application of the 21st century in learning is stated to be very necessary and able to improve students' abilities in this modern era. Researchers describe the results and changes experienced by students before and after learning by applying creative thinking during class. The purpose of this research is to improve students' speaking skills to be better and fluent by applying creative thinking in every meeting and class learning. The researchers using qualitative descriptive data to explain the result and for the strategy researcher choose discovery learning by utilizing creative thinking consist of 25 students in a class. This methodology has several advantages including classroom action research which consists of planning and taking surveys through online data collection.the instrument will be collect from intervew and questionaire. Data analysis showed that most of the students in one class showed satisfactory results with a parameter which is an assessment table that in accordance with the abilities that must be achieved by students to make their speaking skill better. This is indicated by the increasing ability of students during the final test. The average score of students to be better 85% based on the calculation of the graph. Speaking skills such as pronunciation, vocabulary and intonation are getting better. During learning, students feel comfortable and enjoy. So, from the results obtained, it can be said that students' creative thinking is encouraged and their speaking skills are increased.. Key Words: Creative thinking, speaking skill

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gender terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Darul Ulum 5 Jombang mata pelajaran IPA materi Pemanasan Global menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode true experimental design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Darul Ulum 5 Jombang pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A (putri) dan kelas VII B (putra) SMP Darul Ulum 5 Jombang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu metode tes, observasi dan angket. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar tes (posttest), lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan angket respon siswa. Hasil uji hioptesis menggunakan independent sample t-test dengan SPSS’25 menunjukkan bahwa posttest kelas putri dan putra diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t tersebut terdapat pengaruh gender terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Darul Ulum 5 Jombang mata pelajaran IPA materi Pemanasan Global menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran kelas gender menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning materi Pemanasan Global kelas VII di SMP Darul Ulum 5 Jombang terlaksana dengan sangat baik, persentase nilai rata-rata keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pertemuan pertama kelas putri 98,5% dan terlaksana 97% pada kelas putra, sedangkan persentase pada pertemuan kedua dan ketiga kedua kelas gender sebesar 100%. Pembelajaran IPA materi Pemanasan Global dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning respon positif siswa kelas putri sebesar 89,2% dan 91,4% oleh kelas putra dengan kriteria sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Gender, Hasil Belajar Siswa, Mata Pelajaran IPA, Discovery Learning.

Abstract

Tujuan umum dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengembangkan LKPD IPA Sistem Tata Surya berbasis model pembelajaran tipe GI yang layak berdasarkan validitas. Sedangkan tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan LKPD IPA berbasis GI pada materi Sistem Tata Surya berdasarkan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE, dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan LKPD IPA Sistem Tata Surya yang dikembangkan berdasarkan Validitas LKPD IPA Sistem Tata Surya berbasis model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI. Penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan menghasilkan produk LKPD IPA berbasis GI pada materi Sistem Tata Surya. Proses pengembangan menghasilkan 3 draft LKPD yang telah mendapat saran dan masukan dari dosen pembimbing dan validator dari ahli materi, ahli media dan guru IPA. Hasil penilaian dari validator terhadap LKPD IPA berbasis GI yang dikembangkan menunjukkan bahwa LKPD IPA berbasis GI yang dikembangkan mendapat skor rata-rata 3, 71 dengan kategori sangat valid. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media flashcard pada materi tata surya kelas VII di MTsN 11 Jombang berdasarkan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE dan mendeskripsikan produk hasil pengembangan setelah proses validasi. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu Analisis, Rancangan, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Penelitian pengembangan yang dilakukan tanpa adanya tahap implementasi dikarenakan pandemi Covid-19. Data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pengembangan media flashcard pada materi tata surya kelas VII di MTsN 11 Jombang setelah proses validasi diperoleh kriteria sangat valid dengan persentase 95,4%. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas media flashcard ini valid digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Media Flashcard, Model ADDIE, Tata Surya

Abstract

The problem in this research is motivated by data about daily assessment questions that still use low-level abilities (LOTS), while 21st century learning requires students to have higher-order thinking skills. This research aims to develop and determine the theoretical and empirical validity of the HOTS questions on the human digestive system for class VIII SMP/MTs. The research conducted is a type of research development, this research produces HOTS questions on the Human Digestive System. The development of this HOTS question refers to the ADDIE model development procedure which consists of five stages, (analyze), (design), (development), (implementation) and (evaluation). This development research produces a product HOTS questions on the material of the human digestive system class VIII, which consists of 8 questions. The results of the average score percentage of theoretical validity by material experts, construction experts, and science teachers are 95.3%, 94.7%, and 98.7%, very valid categories. and empirical validity which contains the validity of the items with 8 questions declared valid, with an average score of 0.597, Reliability resulting in an average score of 0.627 being declared reliable, Distractor producing an average score of 18.7% with poor criteria, and discriminating power produce an average score of 0.35% with sufficient criteria. This shows that the product of HOTS questions that have been developed is feasible to use.
