Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis faktor?faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kebidanan di Puskesmas Martubung Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik berdasarkan rancangan penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien (ibu hamil, nifas dan ibu yang memiliki bayi 0-28 hari yang berkunjung pada bulan Maret sampai dengan  Juni sebanyak 314 orang. Ibu hamil sebanyak 138 orang, ibu nifas sebanyak 130 orang dan ibu yang memiliki bayi 0-28 hari sebanyak 46 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah 145 responden. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Analisa data menggunakan pendekatan bivariat dan multivariat dengan uji analisis chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan bukti fisik (tangible) dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kebidanan dengan p value 0.000, hubungan kehandalan (reliability) dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kebidanan dengan p value 0.000, hubungan ketanggapan (responsiveness) dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kebidanan dengan p value 0.000, hubungan jaminanan (assurance) dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kebidanan dengan p value 0.000, hubungan empati (empathy) dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kebidanan di Puskesmas Martubung Tahun 2022 dengan p value 0.000<0,05. Faktor yang paling dominan yaitu kehandalan dengan p value 0.000, berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kebidanan. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan semakin meningkatkan kualitas petugas KIA dengan mengikuti pelatihan kebidanan yang bermanfaat dalam meningkatakn kualitas pelayanan ibu hamil, nifas dan neonatal.

Abstract

Background :Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a bacterium that causes the infectious disease Tuberculosis (TB). As of 3 february 2020, the number of tuberkulosis cases in Indonesia increased from year to year by 526,977 cases with a CNR of 197 / 100.000 population, where in 2018 there were 511,873 cases with a CNR of 193 / 100.000 popuation. The purpose of this study was to determine the spread of tuberculosis cases in Samosir Regency in 2019 and 2020. Methods : The research design used is ecology using secondary data. What can be used is aggregate data with data analysis using the help of Quantum GIS software.Results : The distribution of high cases of tuberculosis by sub-district in Samosir Regency in 2019 has three sub-districts while in 2020 there are two sub-districts. The distribution of high cases of tuberculosis based on population density in Samosir Regency in 2019 was in two sub-districts and in 2020 in three sub-districts.Conclusion : Based on the results of mapping tuberculosis cases in Samosir Regency, it was found that all districts had tuberculosis cases. The distribution of sufferers in the form of red color accumulates in Pangururan District followed by Simanindo District. In terms of population density, the 3 areas with the highest number of red cases are those with a fairly high density, namely Pangururan District, Sitiotio District and Harian District.Keywords :Tuberculosis, Mapping, Samosir.

Abstract

Rabies dapat dicegah dengan pemberian Vaksin Anti Rabies (VAR). Pemberian vaksin akan memberikan perlindungan terhadap dampak gigitan rabies dan kematian hingga 100 persen. Vaksin rabies yang banyak digunakan di Indonesia adalah Nobivac dan Rabisin. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan  vaksinasi pada anjing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Tetehosi Kecamatan Idanogawo Kabupaten Nias. Hasil uji chi-square pendidikan dengan vaksinasi rabies didapatkan nilai p=0,003, pekerjaan dengan vaksinasi rabies nilai p=0,14, himbauan petugas peternakan dengan vaksinasi rabies nilai p=0,23, himbauan kepala desa dan tokoh masyarakat dengan vaksinasi rabies nilai p=0,001 dan penyuluhan dengan vaksinasi rabies nilai p=0,01. Hasil penelitian ini ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan vaksinasi rabies. Ada hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan vaksinasi rabies. Ada hubungan antara Himbauan petugas peternakan dengan vaksinasi rabies. Ada hubungan antara Himbauan kepala desa dan tokoh masyarakat dengan vaksinasi rabies. Ada hubungan antara mengikuti penyuluhan dengan vaksinasi rabies. Disarankan agar masyarakat untuk mengvaksinasi anjing yang baru lahir sebagai tindakan dini dalam pencegahan penyakit rabies.  Disarankan kepada kepala desa tetehosi agar selalu aktif mendorong masyarakat dalam hal melakukan kegiatan pemberian vaksinasi rabies pada anjing sebagai tindakan pencegahan. Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Nias agar selalu rutin melakukan penyuluhan terkait penyakit rabies. Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Nias untuk aktif melakukan kegiatan vaksinasi rabies secara berkala.

Abstract

There is a serious problem of stunting in Indonesia, specifically stunted growth due to malnutrition during a child's growth period. This condition not only affects physical health but also affects cognitive, emotional, and mental aspects. Therefore, specific measures are needed to overcome this problem. With the aim of overcoming developmental delays, this service explores the potential of the TOR BISCUIT innovation as a Breast Milk Supplement (MP-ASI) for stunted children aged 12-18 months. The service uses a case study approach and combines quantitative and qualitative methods. The service's sample included 77 stunted children who received cookies, and the military also conducted face-to-face interviews with parents in the target service area, specifically the Belawan region. This undertaking not only aims to explore the effectiveness of TOR BISCUIT Innovation as MP-ASI but also aims to provide concrete and effective solutions to tackle the problem of stunting in Indonesia. By applying a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches, it is hoped that this service can provide a comprehensive picture of the impact of providing these biscuits on growth and development of stunted children. It is hoped that the results of this service can provide a solid basis for governments, health organizations and communities to implement effective and sustainable interventions to reduce stunting rates. in Indonesia. In this way, it is hoped that Indonesia's young generation can grow and develop optimally, thereby better contributing to the country's progress.

Abstract

Purpose: Quality of service is a form of patient assessment of the level of service received with the expected level of service. Quality service gives satisfaction to its users. Patient satisfaction is a form of reaction as an attitude that arises as a result of the evaluation process within the individual which then provides conclusions on the stimuli that can be in the form of good or bad, positive, negative, pleasant or unpleasant or emotional ratings related to the quality of services provided by the Puskesmas and patient expectations of the service. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction level of outpatients at the Kenangan Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency in 2022. Method: The correlation analytic study design used a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were outpatients at the Kenangan Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency, from January to May 2022, with an average of 869 patients per month. The sampling technique used the Purpose Sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study were 90 people. The instruments used were questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results: The results showed that the quality of outpatient services at the Kenangan Health Center in Deli Serdang Regency in 2022 assessed the quality of health services as not good at 51.1% with a total of 46 respondents and outpatient satisfaction at the Kenangan Health Center in Deli Serdang Regency in 2022 which assessed patient satisfaction was not satisfied by 53.3% with a total of 48 respondents, there is a significant relationship between the relationship between the quality of health services and the level of outpatient patient satisfaction at the Kenangan Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency, in 2022 (p value = 0.000 <0.05). Disscusion and Conclusion: Suggestions to the Kenangan Health Center in Deli Serdang Regency for service workers to further increase empathy for patients so that patients feel really cared for by officers so they feel satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Background: Health services are an important factor in improving the health and welfare of every human being throughout the world. Good health services are a community need and often become a benchmark in the success of development. Patient satisfaction in assessing good service quality is an important measurement that is fundamental to service quality. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to patient satisfaction with services at the Titi Papan Health Center, Medan Labuhan District. Method : The design of this study uses descriptive analysis with a cross sectional approach. The population is all new patients who come for treatment at the Titi Papan Health Center in August-September 2017. The sample in this study is 115 respondents who come for treatment at the Titi Papan Health Center which is determined by the case accidental sampling technique. Results: The results of the study were analyzed with SPSS using the chi square test. The results showed that the majority of patients' perceptions of services at the Puskesmas were good and the majority of patients' satisfaction with services at the Puskesmas were satisfied. The results of the hypothesis test showed that there was a relationship between direct evidence (p=0.000), reliability (p=0.000), responsiveness (p=0.000), assurance (p=0.000), and empathy (p=0.000) with patient satisfaction. Disscusion and Conclusion : The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with outpatient satisfaction at the Titi Papan Health Center. Suggestions to the Puskesmas for the future can compile and adopt policies to make it easier for services in an effort to improve the quality of Titi Papan Health Center health services.

Abstract

Bencana banjir merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi di berbagai wilayah, termasuk di Indonesia. Dampak dari bencana ini tidak hanya merusak infrastruktur, tetapi juga mengancam kesehatan dan keselamatan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, kesiapsiagaan rumah sakit umum dalam menghadapi bencana banjir menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi kesiapsiagaan rumah sakit umum dalam menghadapi bencana banjir, serta memberikan penyuluhan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan wawancara dengan tenaga medis dan manajemen rumah sakit di beberapa rumah sakit umum yang rawan banjir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dalam sistem manajemen bencana di rumah sakit, termasuk kurangnya pelatihan dan simulasi bencana, serta minimnya fasilitas dan peralatan darurat. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dilakukan penyuluhan yang mencakup pelatihan evakuasi, penggunaan peralatan darurat, dan koordinasi antarunit rumah sakit. Penyuluhan yang diberikan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan tenaga medis serta manajemen rumah sakit dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Evaluasi setelah penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesiapsiagaan rumah sakit, termasuk respon cepat dan terkoordinasi saat terjadi banjir. Kesimpulannya, penyuluhan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan rumah sakit umum siap menghadapi bencana banjir, sehingga dapat meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dan keselamatan pasien.

Abstract

Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan kepuasan pasien, khususnya di fasilitas pelayanan tingkat pertama seperti Puskesmas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di UPT Puskesmas Sukaramai, Kota Medan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan tingkat kepuasan pasien melalui pelatihan tenaga kesehatan, edukasi masyarakat, serta penyediaan media informasi pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukatif-partisipatif dengan pendekatan pelatihan, sosialisasi, observasi langsung, dan evaluasi kuesioner. Waktu PkM di bulan Mei-Juni 2025, Lokasi PkM di UPT Puskesmas Sukaramai. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek komunikasi pelayanan, efisiensi waktu, serta kenyamanan fasilitas. Skor kepuasan pasien meningkat pada hampir seluruh indikator, termasuk keramahan petugas, kecepatan layanan, dan kejelasan informasi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa intervensi sederhana yang terstruktur mampu mendorong peningkatan mutu layanan secara berkelanjutan di tingkat pelayanan primer.

Abstract

Anthocyanin is one of the chemical compounds contained in read spinach leaf (Amaranthus tricolor L.) and plays an important role in providing color. The red spinach leaf ethanol extract is very well used as a natural dye in eye shadow cream preparations. The purpose of this study was to formulate eye shadow cream preparations using ethanol extract of red spinach leaves as a dye, find out whether the preparation of eye shadow cream with ethanol extract of red spinach leaves meets the quality requirements and evaluate the irritation test on the skin. The eye shadow cream was formulated using talc, titanium dioxide, beeswax, Na2EDTA, glycerin, methyl paraben, propyl paraben, parfum, and paraffin liq with varying concentrations of ethanol extract of red spinach leaf ethanol extract 0%, 6%, 10%, and 14%. Physical quality examination includes organoleptic test, homogeneity test, smear test, cream type test, spreadability tes, pH test, viscosity test, stability test and irritation test and preference test for eye shadow cream preparations. The results of research conducted at a concentration of 0% gave a white color, a concentration of 6% gave a pink color, a concentration of 10% gave a light pink color, and a concentration of 14% gave a deep pink color. The conclusion of this study is ethanol extract of red spinach leaves can be used as a colorant in eye shadow cream preparations, meets the quality requirements of the preparation and does not cause irritation when used.
