Abstract

In Hospital’s Minimum Service Standards, completeness of medical record filling is done 1 x 24 hours after completion of service, with the standard completeness of filling 100% medical record. But in RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli of Pidie Regency was still found incomplete filling in the patient's medical record. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of physician discipline on the completeness of the contents of the medical record of inpatients in RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli of Pidie Regency. This research is a survey research with explanatory type. This study was conducted on all general practitioners and specialist doctors RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli of Pidie Regency as many as 65 people and 65 records of medical records of patients in the observation of completeness filling by general practitioners and specialists. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results showed that the objective and ability variables, justice had no effect and were not significant to the completeness of the contents of the medic record in RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli of Pidie Regency. While exemplary leadership, waskat, assertiveness and humanitarian relations have a positive and significant impact on the completeness of the contents of medical records at RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli of Pidie Regency. While the variables of remuneration, and sanctions have a negative and significant impact on the completeness of the contents of medical records at RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli of PidieRegency. The variable of human relations is the most dominant variable affecting the completeness of the content of medical record at RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli of Pidie Regency. Thus RSUD Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli of Pidie Regency should paid more attention to aspects related to the completeness of filling in the patient's medical record so that the patient's medical record service became more optimal.

Abstract

The result of a preliminary survey by the writer found that Tanjung Pura Hospital not yet implemented and a team for Occupational Health and Safety. Whereas, that was stated in ministry regulation at number PERMENKES 66/2016 and has to prove it with the absence of report due to occupational health and safety cases in Tanjung Pura Hospital. Based on the background, this study aimed to analyze the management wisdom on occupational health and safety. This study used the qualitative method with case study design. To collect the data the writer used interviews with several informants, that is Director of Tanjung Pura Hospital, Head of Division, Quality Team, and Occupational Health and Safety’s Team. The result of the study found that the regulation of occupational health and safety in Tanjung Pura Hospital not formed yet. In another hand, the planning and also the implementation process of monitoring and evaluation of occupational health and safety not worked. In conclusion, all the wisdom of occupational health and safety at Tanjung Pura Hospital not operated, and this study should be the basis to implement the ministry regulation PERMENKES 66/2016.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to assess the Covid-19 vaccine related to acceptability, knowledge and willingness to pay among public health students in North Sumatra Province. The research design is an online cross-sectional survey using "Google Form" with a sample of all public health students at Sari Mutiara Indonesia University and Prima Indonesia University who have not received the Covid-19 vaccine (91 respondents). The study found that the acceptability of the Covid-19 vaccine among public health students in North Sumatra Province was still low (46.2%) as was the willingness to pay (36.3%). There is no relationship between knowledge and acceptability of the Covid-19 vaccine. The majority of public health students think vaccines are a cure for COVID-19. There is a significant relationship between willingness to pay and the acceptability of the Covid-19 vaccine for public health students, so the free vaccine program will determine the level of coverage of the Covid-19 vaccination. Health education campaign interventions about the Covid-19 vaccine from public health experts are needed to straighten students' knowledge of the Covid-19 vaccine, which is ultimately expected to be able to build confidence in the effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Abstract

The government's policy through the COVID-19 vaccination program in Indonesia which began to be implemented on January 13, 2021 can accelerate the occurrence of herd immunity which will have an impact on reducing the number of infected cases so that prospective pilgrims whose departure has been postponed since 2019 can leave. perform the pilgrimage. The World Health Organization (WHO) explained that vaccine performance can be seen from three measurements, namely through the efficacy, effectiveness, and impact of the vaccine. The booster vaccination program policy can be carried out effectively because it is a mandatory requirement for prospective Hajj pilgrims. However, the effectiveness of deferred departures does not work as well as the implementation of the vaccination program regulated by the government, so the government must continue to make educational efforts and encourage active community involvement to comply with the COVID-19 health protocol. The research was conducted using the literature study method by collecting related data throughout the pandemic period in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan perawat terhadap penularan virus Corona. Desain penelitian ini adalah Cross Sectional Study. Data dikumpulkan dengan besar sampel 74 perawat rawat inap dan 18 perawat ruang isolasi Covid-19 di Ruang Rindu B  Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Haji Adam Malik Medan. Dari hasil penelitian kecemasan terhadap penularan dari 92 perawat sebanyak 10 perawat (10,9%)  cemas berat, 27 perawat (29,3%)  cemas sedang, 49 perawat (53,3%) cemas ringan dan 6 perawat (6,5%) tidak cemas. Sedangkan frekuensi penularan virus Corona dari 92 perawat, 58 perawat (63%) tertular Covid-19 dan 34 perawat (37%) tidak tertular. Hasil tabulasi silang pengaruh kecemasan terhadap penularan virus Corona diperoleh 10 perawat (10,9%) cemas berat paling banyak mengalami penularan Covid-19, 9 perawat (9,8%), dari 27 perawat (29,3%) yang mengalami cemas sedang paling banyak mengalami penularan Covid-19 sebanyak 21 perawat (22,8%), dari 49 perawat (53,3%) yang mengalami cemas ringan paling banyak mengalami penularan Covid-19 sebanyak 26 perawat (28,3%) dan dari 6 responden (6,5%) yang tidak mengalami cemas paling banyak tidak mengalami penularan Covid-19 sebanyak 4 responden (4,3%). Dari hasil uji regresi sederhana diketahui nilai t hitung diperoleh 11,518 sedangkan t tabel 0,05.Dengan demikian t hitung 11,518>t tabel 1,987 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05, sehingga gejala cemas terhadap penularan Covid-19 pada perawat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penularan Covid-19 . Sehingga jika perawat mengalami kecemasan maka penularan terhadap virus Corona sebesar 0,124 satuan. Kata Kunci : Perawat, Kecemasan, Penularan Covid-19

Abstract

Latar Belakang Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), hepatitis B adalah masalah kesehatan global, mempengaruhi 257 juta orang di seluruh dunia. Bersadarkan Riskesdas tahun 2018 angka kematian sebesar 887.000 orang meningggal yang penyebabnya adalah hepatitis B. Berdasarkan hasil Survei Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) 2018 proporsi imunisasi HB0 di Indonesia sebesar 83,1% (Riskesdas, 2018). Berdasarkan hasil  cakupan  imunisasi  HB0  Indonesia  yang  dilansir  Riskesdas  tahun  2018,  pencapaian  target  cakupan imunisasi HB0 masih di bawah target UCI kecamatan yang ditetapkan Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Sedikitnya 94,4% jumlah bayi di desa (0-7 hari) yang diimunisasi HB0 (Kemenkes RI, 2015).Tujuan dari  penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh cakupan  imunitas  HB0 di  Puskesmas  KotaMedan.Metode kuantitatif analitik pendekatan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Seluruh populasi adalah seluruh  tenaga  kesehatan  di  Puskesmas  Kota  Medan  yang  memberikan  pelayanan  imun  dengan  teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yang diminati dengan jumlah 55 responden. Data dalam penelitian adalah primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan bivariat dan multivariat.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cakupan imunisasi HB0 p = 0,030 berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, cakupan imunisasi HB0 p = 0,001 memiliki pengaruh pemantauan, dan cakupan imunisasi HB0 p berpengaruh terhadap lama masa pelayanan. = 0,041. Nilai prediksi dari probabilitas atau persamaan adalah 0,884 (> 0,05).Kesimpulan  Ada  pengaruh  motivasi,  supervisi,  lama  bekerja,  terhadap  cakupan  imunisasi  HB0  di Puskesmas Kota Medantahun 2020.Saran   Untuk   pengawan  dan   masa   kerja   mempengaruhi   cakupan   imunisasi   HB0   dengan   nilai 88.4%.Pimpinan didorong untuk meningkatkan dan meningkatkan kualitas pengawasan dan menambah insentif, terutama untuk meningkatkan kinerja juru bahasa dan kemudian mempengaruhi perluasan jangkauan kekebalan. Kata Kunci : Imunisasi HB0, Juru Imunisasi,Lama Bekerja, Motivasi, Supervisi                                    ABSTRACT                                                                                       Background: according to the World Health Organization (WHO) Hepatitis B is a world health problem that affects 257 million people worldwide. Based on the results of the HB0 immunization coverage in Indonesia reported by Riskesdas 2018 above, it can be seen that the achievement of the HB0 immunization coverage target is still below the UCI sub-district target set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health, which is at least 94.4% of the total number of babies (0-7 days). villages have received HB0 immunization (Kemenkes RI, 2015).Purpose: to know the factors that influence the coverage of HB0 immunization in Health Centers in Medan.Methods: a quantitative analytic survey using a cross sectional study design was used. The population were all health workers who provide immunization services at the Health Centers in Medan with the sampling technique using purposive random sampling with a total of 55 respondents. The data used included primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used bivariate and multivariate approaches.Results of this study indicated that there was an effect of motivation on HB0 immunization coverage with p =0.030, meaning that there was an effect of supervision on HB0 immunization coverage with p = 0.001, and there was an effect of length of service on HB0 immunization coverage with p = 0.041. Supervision was the most dominant variable affecting HB0 immunization coverage with an Exp (B) 10,000 value (95% CI: 2,580-38,756).Conclusion: there was an influence of motivation, supervision, length of work, on the coverage of HB0 immunization at the Medan City Health Center in 2020.Suggestion It is recommended that the leadership improve and improve the quality of supervision, and add incentives, so that health workers can improve their performance, especially immunization officers, so that later it will have an impact on increasing immunization coverage. Keywords: HB0 Immunization, Immunizers ,Motivation, Length of Working, Supervision

Abstract

One effort to improve the quality of Puskesmas health services in the implementation of the National Health Insurance Program is the implementation of the Commitment Fulfillment Capitation (KBPK) payment, but in its implementation many puskesmas cannot reach the capitation payment target that should be received by the puskesmas as a Health Facility Level First (FKTP) implementing KBPK. A qualitative descriptive study has been conducted with a case study approach at the Puskesmas located in Langkat District, with the aim of explaining the availability of resources, the role of the cross-sector, the Officer Expectations and how the planning process is implemented at the Puskesmas in the context of implementing KBPKP by utilizing informants, among others: , P-Care Officer, and Person in Charge in the Langkat District Health Office and Health BPJS. The results of the study show that planning and meeting the needs of officers is still lacking, so the authors assume this is the reason for the low achievement of the implementation of KBPKP in Puskesmas in Langkat District, while the resources of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the role of Cross Sector are not a problem. It is recommended to the Langkat Regency Government and the Head of the Puskesmas to immediately compile a good plan so that the implementation of the KBPKP in the Puskesmas can run well.

Pada tahun 2015, diperkirakan sebanyak 887.000 orang meninggal akibat komplikasi hepatitis B. Berdasarkan hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2018, persentase yang sudah mendapatkan imunisasi HB0 di Indonesia sebesar 83.1% (Riskesdas, 2018). Berdasarkan hasil cakupan imunisasi HB0 di Indonesia yang di laporkan Riskesdas tahun 2018 di atas, terlihat bahwa pencapaian target cakupan imunisasi HB0 masih di bawah target kelurahan UCI yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan RI yaitu minimal 94.4 % dari jumlah bayi (0-7 hari) yang ada di kelurahan tersebut sudah mendapat imunisasi HB0 (Kemenkes RI, 2015). Tujuan Penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi cakupan imunisasi HB0 di Puskesmas Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah survei analitik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Populasi adalah seluruh petugas kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan imunisasi di Puskesmas Kota Medan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling dengan jumlah 55 responden. Diperoleh nilai Probabilitas atau Predicted dari persamaan adalah 0,884 (>0,05) , dengan kata lain variabel supervisi dan lama bekerja mempengaruhi cakupan imunisasi HB0 di Puskesmas Kota Medan sebesar 88,4%. Disarankan kepada pimpinan agar memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas supervisi, dan menambah insentif, agar tercapai peningkatan kinerja khususnya bagi juru imunisasi sehingga nantinya akan berdampak pada peningkatan cakupan imunisasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMenurut Kementerian Kesehatan tentang Capaian Kinerja Puskesmas Tahun 2018 di Indonesia belum maksimal, posyandu yang mampu melaksanakan kegiatan utamanya hanya 50% dan melakukan kegiatan tambahan sebesar 61%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas kesehatan di PuskesmasKenangan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei yang bersifat analtik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kenangan berjumlah 46 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner, dianalisis dengan uji statistik Chi Square pada α = 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kemampuan (p value = 0,000 ) dengan kinerja petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kenangan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja (p value = 0,000 ) dengan kinerja petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kenangan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan ada hubungan antara  kepemimpinan (p value = 0,000 ) dengan kinerja petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kenangan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Disarankan puskesmas menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelatihan kepada para pegawai dengan mengundang pakar/ahli guna meningkatkan kemampuan pegawai, diharapkan kepada pimpinan puskesmas memberikan motivasi kepada pegawai agar pegawai lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepemimpinan yang dimiliki guna mencapai tujuan kinerja yang ada agar tercipta kinerja yang baik.  Kata Kunci :  Kemampuan, Motivasi Kerja,  Kepemimpinan, Kinerja
