Abstract

Latar Belakang: Banyak hal yang menyebabkan pencapaian Pelayanan KB belum sesuai harapan. Kegiatan Komunikasi, Informasi dan Edukasi (KIE) yang dilakukan kepada masyarakat belum mampu mengubah nilai tentang jumlah anak ideal yang diinginkan maupun perilaku masyarakat dalam mendapatkan pelayanan kontrasepsi sesuai kebutuhan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang IUD yaitu dengan konseling KB menggunakan lembar balik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui Pengaruh Konseling KB Dengan Alat Bantu Lembar Balik KB Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Ibu Tentang IUD di Desa Tanjung Agung Kecamatan Way Lima Tahun 2025. Methods: Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy Experimental desain posttest-only control group. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 30 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh konseling KB dengan alat bantu lembar balik KB terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang IUD di Desa Tanjung Agung Kecamatan Way Lima Tahun 2025 dengan nilai p-value = 0,000.

Abstract

Education and training are important things to increase the knowledge and skills of employees and have an impact on one's performance at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education and training on the performance of employees of the Maluku Province Human Resources Development Agency.This research is a quantitative research, with a sample of 40 respondents. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analysis tool used is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 software.Based on the results of data analysis, education and training have a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Maluku Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. This is evidenced by the results of the t test having a t-count value of 3.026 > t-table 2.012 and a significant value of 0.004 <0.05.Keywords : Education and training, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant effect of online learning perceptions on the learning outcomes of students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP UMMY Solok. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a correlational research method. The population in this study were students of the UMMY mathematics education study program in the 2021/2022 academic year. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics with SPSS 21.0. The results of the study obtained a simple linear regression equation of the effect of perceptions of online learning on learning outcomes, namely Y = 64.814 + 0.264 X. The results of the Fhitung test = 2.296 with a significance level of 0.144> 0.05 so it can be concluded that student perceptions of online learning do not significantly affect learning outcomes. The result of the coefficient of determination (KD) = 9.5% means that the perception of Mathematics Education study program students contributes to learning outcomes by 9.5%. So it can be concluded that the perception of online learning does not significantly affect the learning outcomes of students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP UMMY Solok.
