Abstract

This study uses competence as a moderating variable in SMEs to assess and evaluate the impact of motivation and spiritual capital on SME performance. Primary and secondary data, gathered from 100 respondents, were used in this study. Path analysis is used to process the data after the non-probability sampling methodology using purposive sampling method was used in this study. The study's findings suggest that, in structure I, spiritual capital and motivation play a major role in competence. Competency is not significantly impacted by motivation at the same time as it is by spiritual capital. The elements of competence, spiritual capital, and motivation have a big impact on success in structure II. The results of the Adjusted R Square analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) in structure I show that the combined effect of spiritual capital and motivation is 75%, with other variables influencing the remaining. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) in structure II show an Adjusted R Square of 60%, indicating that other factors have an influence on the remaining 40% of the effect, which is the simultaneous influence of competence, spiritual capital, and motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review previous articles, looking for relationships between variables. This study is a literature review, does not involve data processing, and does not have a research sample. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the variables observed in previous research, which supports the review of the literature in this article. What is new in this article is that no one has taken into account all the independent variables of the addict. The number of important articles allows the article to become a reference for further research and quantitative developments.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of leadership, workload and burnout on employee performance in garment companies in Tangerang Regency. The research design used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach, which aims to find cause-and-effect relationships between the variables studied. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to garment company employees using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population of this research was 74 employees of garment companies in Tangerang Regency, who were also used as research samples using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data processing involves measurement tests, structural tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. However, workload and burnout do not have a significant influence on employee performance. Thus, these findings highlight the importance of the role of leadership in improving employee performance in garment companies. Although workload and burnout do not significantly influence employee performance in the context of this research, this does not reduce the need to pay attention to and manage these factors in the context of human resource management. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Kalimutu Mitra Perkasa. Data was collected through a questionnaire using the Likert scale method, and data analysis was carried out using Structural Data Analysis, specifically the Partial Least Square Equation Model. Evaluation was carried out on the measurement model (Outer Model) and structural tests (Inner Model) using the SEM PLS data processing tool. The research results show that work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.438, and a t-statistic value > t-table (2.767 > 1.96), indicating that work motivation has a significant effect on performance. Work Discipline has also been proven to have a positive effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.358, and a t-statistic value > t-table (2.262 > 1.96), indicating that Work Discipline has a significant impact on employee performance. However, Leadership Style was not proven to have a significant influence on Employee Performance, with an original sample value of 0.106, and a t-statistic value < t-table (0.872 < 1.96). Conclusion, that Leadership Style does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT Kalimutu Mitra Perkasa. In conclusion, this research contributes to understanding the factors that influence employee performance in these organizations, and can be a basis for developing more effective human resource management strategies. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Distributive Justice, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Burnout on employee performance at Depot in Jakarta. The research design is descriptive quantitative. The population consists of 100 employees of the Depot in Jakarta. The sample for this study is also 100 employees, using the saturation sampling method, where all employees are included as samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM PLS (Partial Least Square). The first stage of making research instruments, distributing questionnaires and processing data. The second stage examines the effect of each variable of distributive justice, occupational health and safety (OHS), and burnout on employee performance. The results showed that the distributive justice variable had an effect on employee performance, the occupational health and safety (OHS) variable had an effect on employee performance, and the burnout variable had an effect on employee performance at Container Depot in North Jakarta

Abstract

The strategy article for improving employee work quality: Analysis of training implementation, career development and team work is a scientific literature review article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management science. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous studies relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as publish or perish, google scholar, garba digital reference and journal sinta. The results of this article are: 1) Training has an effect on improving the quality of employee work; 2) Career development has an effect on improving the quality of employee work; and 3) Team work has an effect on improving the quality of employee work.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan gambaran hasil yang ada dari penelitian sebelumnya dan memberikan kesimpulan dari peneliti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review yang berasal dari artikel ilmiah yang ada di berbagai jurnal dunia yang relevan dengan variabel tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong employee engagement pada karyawan, variabel intervening yang secara langsung dan tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi employee engagement, dan apa yang diyakini dapat mendorong employee engagement dalam organisasi. Hal ini untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel independen. Artikel sebelumnya terkait dengan judul. Ternyata ada beberapa variabel yang signifikan dan tidak signifikan. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya kerangka model penelitian yang baru,system informasi manajemen dan hasil studi literature review menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kompensasi dengan employee engagement, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dapat menciptakan employee engagement. Anda dapat menggunakan jumlah hari sebagai referensi.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali variabel yang berperan dalam meningkatkan minat beli di media sosial. Studi kasus ini menggunakan objek penelitian pengguna media sosial Instagram. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat menggunakan google form. Kemudian di distribusikan kepada 120 responden yang berprofesi sebagai Mahasiswa dan Dosen di Jakarta Barat yang merupakan target responden utama. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil analisis penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa persepsi harga dan electronic word of mouth memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli di media sosial, sedangkan brand awareness tidak mempunya hubungan signifikan dalam minat beli di sosial media. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang hanya berfokus pada responden di lingkungan universitas di Jakarta Barat, sehingga saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah agar dapat melakukan analisis dengan responden lebih luas lagi dan menggunakan analisis studi banding dengan platform media sosial selain Instagram.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang luar biasa terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, berdasarkan survey e-commerce 2022 mencatat 27,65% pelaku usaha e-commerce mengalami peningkatan. Langkah yang dilakukan pelaku UMKM untuk mengurangi dampak pandemi covid-19 ini diantaranya menurunkan produksi barang/jasa, mengurangi jam kerja dan jumlah karyawan, serta saluran penjualan dan pemasaran. Dengan mengadopsi e-commerce tentunya banyak keuntungan yang ditawarkan untuk pelaku UMKM, namun dibalik keuntungan tersebut masih ada kendala yang dihadapi yaitu penguasaan teknologi oleh para pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pertimbangan kepada UMKM tradisional untuk mengadopsi penjualan dan pemasaran secara online yang memberikan dampak pada peningkatan omzet. Pertimbangan yang dihasilkan nantinya berasal dari para pelaku UMKM yang memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai saluran penjualan dan pemasarannya. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah UMKM perlu memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai sarana penjualan dan pemasaran selama pandemi virus covid-19. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu para konsumen pengguna e-commerce popular. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket dimana responden menjawab pertanyaan yang disusun dalam bentuk pilihan dan skala pertanyaan menggunakan skala Likert (1-5). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM dan alat SmartPLS 3.3.
