Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi manajemen pendidikan di era digital dengan fokus pada tantangan dan peluang dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan library research untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai perubahan paradigma manajemen pendidikan akibat revolusi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital dalam manajemen pendidikan memiliki dampak multidimensi, meliputi perubahan dalam strategi kepemimpinan, pengembangan kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, hingga evaluasi pendidikan. Terdapat lima tantangan utama yang dihadapi lembaga pendidikan, yaitu kesenjangan digital, keterbatasan kompetensi digital pendidik, permasalahan privasi dan keamanan data, resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta kebutuhan investasi infrastruktur teknologi. Di sisi lain, era digital juga membuka peluang berupa personalisasi pembelajaran, aksesibilitas pendidikan yang lebih luas, efisiensi administratif, kolaborasi global, dan peningkatan analitik pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi manajemen pendidikan di era digital memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang memadukan aspek teknologi, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan redesain proses pendidikan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang adaptif dan berkualitas.

Abstract

Kurangnya aktivitas pembelajaran eksploratif yang melibatkan mahasiswa secara aktif masih menjadi masalah dalam pembelajaran matematika. Blended problem-based learning (BPBL), sebagai perluasan dari model problem-based learning (PBL), ditawarkan sebagai solusi alternatif untuk mengoptimalkan keterlibatan dan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek efektivitas produk perangkat BPBL berbasis LMS Moodle dalam menunjang aktivitas pembelajaran matematika. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 28 mahasiswa PGMI IAIN Bone, dengan fokus pada kriteria efektivitas produk terkait aktivitas belajar. Data efektivitas diperoleh melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif deskriptif dan kualitatif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa BPBL berkontribusi positif terhadap keaktifan mahasiswa, baik dalam pembelajaran tatap muka maupun pada pembelajaran online. Keaktifan mahasiswa pada aktivitas fisik seperti aktivitas lisan, menulis, visual, dan motorik memenuhi kriteria tinggi. Hasil penelitian juga mengindikasikan adanya efek potensial produk yang positif pada aktivitas emosional dan mental. BPBL cukup efektif dalam menstimulasi ketertarikan, motivasi dan kemandirian belajar serta mampu memfasilitasi interaksi dan kolaborasi dalam pembelajaran. The lack of explorative learning activities that actively involve students remains problematic in mathematics education. BPBL, as an extension of PBL model, is proposed as an alternative solution to optimize student engagement and learning experience. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of BPBL using the Moodle LMS in mathematics learning. This is a descriptive qualitative study involving 28 PGMI IAIN Bone students. Effectiveness criteria focus on potential effects related to student activities, with data gathered from observations, questionnaires, and interviews. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The major finding indicates that BPBL positively contributed on students’ activeness in both face-to-face and online learning. The students’ physical activeness in oral, writing, visual and motor activities were in high category. The finding also reveals other potential effects of product such as in emotional and mental activities. BPBL was considerably effective to stimulate students’ motivation, self-paced learning as well as facilitate interaction and learning collaboration.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how PT. X applies performance management and performance as a measuring tool. The data collection method in this research is library research. In its implementation, Library Research is carried out by reading, studying and taking notes on various literature or reading materials that are appropriate to the subject matter, then filtered and outlined in a theoretical framework of thought." (Kartini Kartono: 1998). The conclusion that can be drawn is Company PT X in the 2018-2022 period there were increases and decreases, this condition was related to Covid 19 where external factors such as the occurrence of Covid 19. The highest profitability occurred in 2018. By looking at these data, the performance of the PT company can be assessed. X is good. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini termasuk dalam ruang lingkup pelayanan kebidanan ibu dan balita. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah retrospective. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 37 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pelaksanaan IMD sebagian besar termasuk dalam kategori melaksanakan IMD sebanyak 30 (81,1%) responden, keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif sebagian besar termasuk dalam kategori memberikan ASI secara eksklusif sebanyak 30 (81,1%) responden. Ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini dengan keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu bayi usia 7-12 bulan di Kelurahan Patemon Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang dengan nilai p value 0,000. Saran yang disampaikan kepada tenaga kesehatan yaitu menerapkan inisiasi menyusu dini dengan benar serta dapat memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan motivasi kepada ibu hamil tentang ASI dan inisiasi menyusu dini sehingga meningkatkan pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini serta pemberian ASI eksklusif. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of parental involvement on early childhood development through a case study on a group of children in one of the early childhood education institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that active involvement of parents, both in educational, emotional, and social aspects, has a significant influence on cognitive development, language, motor, and character of children. Factors such as frequency of interaction, quality of communication, and emotional support have been shown to contribute positively in shaping children's behavior and abilities. These findings confirm the importance of collaboration between parents and educators in creating an environment that supports optimal child development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of inquiry-based learning in enhancing critical thinking skills among students. Inquiry-based learning, as an instructional approach, encourages learners to actively explore problems, raise questions, and construct knowledge through investigation and reflection. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving a control group and an experimental group that implemented inquiry-based learning strategies. Data were collected using critical thinking skill tests and analyzed through statistical techniques to determine significant differences between groups. The findings indicate that students who engaged in inquiry-based learning demonstrated higher levels of critical thinking, particularly in areas of analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving, compared to those taught with conventional methods. These results suggest that inquiry-based learning can be an effective pedagogical strategy to foster critical thinking skills, making it highly relevant for educational practices in the 21st century.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a major challenge in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas with limited access to nutrition education, sanitation, and health services. This community service program aims to improve the knowledge of pregnant women and mothers of toddlers regarding balanced nutrition as a means of preventing stunting in Assisted Village X. Activities included balanced nutrition counseling, demonstrations on making nutritious complementary foods (MP-ASI), screening for toddler nutritional status, and mentoring families at risk of stunting. A total of 65 participants (22 pregnant women and 43 mothers of toddlers) participated in the program. Results showed an increase in participant knowledge, with an average pre-test score of 55.3, rising to 86.1 in the post-test. Furthermore, 12 toddlers at risk of stunting were identified and provided with further mentoring. The program also encouraged the formation of "Village Nutrition Friends" (Sahabat Gizi Desa) cadres as a sustainability effort for the program. This program has proven effective in increasing community knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of balanced nutrition to prevent stunting.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di tingkat SMP sering menghadapi kendala keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang kontekstual, menarik, dan sesuai dengan lingkungan siswa. Di SMPN 1 Lebak Gedong, Kabupaten Lebak, guru cenderung menggunakan sumber belajar umum yang kurang mencerminkan budaya lokal, sehingga motivasi dan pemahaman kosakata siswa belum optimal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam mengkreasi kamus Bahasa Inggris bergambar berbasis budaya lokal Lebak dengan format flipbook. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan pembuatan konten kosakata bergambar yang mengintegrasikan unsur budaya lokal (permainan tradisional, objek wisata, makanan lokal dan kuliner, alat tradisional, adat dan kebiasaan, pakaian tradisional, pertanian dan perkebunan), pembuatan desain digital flipbook, serta uji coba penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam memproduksi media pembelajaran digital berbasis kearifan lokal, serta tersusunnya kamus bergambar interaktif yang dapat diakses siswa melalui perangkat digital flipbook. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pelestarian budaya lokal serta peningkatan motivasi dan pemahaman kosakata Bahasa Inggris siswa

Abstract

Transformasi desa wisata menuju pendekatan berkelanjutan menjadi isu penting dalam dinamika pariwisata kontemporer, terutama seiring meningkatnya perhatian terhadap keseimbangan antara konservasi lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses transformasi desa wisata menuju Eco Wellness Tourism berbasis kearifan lokal dalam perspektif Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan pada tiga desa wisata di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola desa wisata, tokoh masyarakat, dan pelaku pariwisata lokal, serta didukung oleh observasi lapangan dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara tematik dan diinterpretasikan menggunakan kerangka Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) untuk memahami tahapan serta pola transformasi desa wisata menuju Eco Wellness Tourism. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi berlangsung secara bertahap melalui penguatan praktik konservasi, partisipasi komunitas, serta integrasi nilai budaya dalam pengalaman wisata. Analisis TALC mengindikasikan bahwa masing-masing desa berada pada fase perkembangan yang berbeda, sehingga strategi penguatan eco-wellness perlu disesuaikan dengan karakter dan tahap destinasi. Penelitian ini memperdalam operasionalisasi konsep Eco Wellness Tourism dalam konteks desa wisata berbasis komunitas dan memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan destinasi berkelanjutan yang kontekstual.
