Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) Development of BUMDes in Modelidu Village, Telaga Biru District which is related to organizational behavior, organizational structure and organizational process systems. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of Bumdes in Modelidu Village, Telaga Biru District. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach and data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show (1) The development of BUMDes in Modelidu Village, Telaga Biru District is related to organizational behavior, in terms of ethics, responsibility and leader motivation needs to be improved and developed. Regarding the organizational structure, in terms of overlapping duties and responsibilities and lack of focus on tasks in accordance with TUPOKSI. Regarding the organizational process system in terms of decision making, communication through socialization is also still lacking. (2) Inhibiting factors from a budget perspective, such as increasing additional capital and increasing public awareness regarding loan repayment, are still lacking. In terms of human resources, such as understanding computerization and work procedures is still lacking, and the amount of private support is limited. Supporting factors are the government's commitment to developing BUMDes further in the future, as well as the potential for natural resources such as agricultural management because the population of Modelidu Village is mostly farmers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) How the state civil apparatus performs in the social service and community empowerment of Gorontalo City, and (2) What factors determine the performance of the state civil apparatus in the Gorontalo City social and community empowerment service seen from several aspects ( a) Motivation Factor, (b) Ability Factor. This research method is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The research results show that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Gorontalo City Social and Community Empowerment Service is not yet optimal in terms of quality, quantity, implementation of duties and responsibilities. Quality of work that has not reached the desired standard, quantity of work that has not reached work targets due to differences between existing regulations and the situation in the field, lack of experience in carrying out tasks that are not optimal, lack of awareness about increasing initiative and concern in carrying out tasks causes responsibility does not reach the desired level. The factors that determine the performance of state civil servants in the Gorontalo City Social and Community Empowerment Service are motivation and ability. In this case, there are several state civil servants who depend on other people and lack the ability to manage risks in carrying out their work.

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain and analyze This study employed a quantitative method with simple regression analysis. The population for this study was 34 employees at the Office of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province. Moreover, the sample consisted of the entire population using the saturation sampling method. Based on the results of hypothesis testing/partial t-test, which demonstrated that the calculated t-value exceeded the tabulated value (2,738 1,693), and the significance value (0,001) was lower than the alpha probability value (0,05). Based on this explanation, it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study was accepted or Ho was rejected, and Ha was confirmed, indicating that, individually, the Archival Management variable had a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Efficiency at the Office of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province. The magnitude of the influence of archival management on employee work efficiency at the Office of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province was 30,4%, while the remaining 69,6% was influenced by factors such as; work desire, work abulity, and work skills in performing tasks.

Abstract

quality values in the Boalemo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service through the dimensions (1) Tangible, (2) Reliability, (3) Responsiveness, (4) Assurance, (5) Empathy. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of public service quality values in the Boalemo Regency Dukcapil Disdukcapil has been carried out well and is in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning public services. In terms of dimension (1) Tangible, it is in accordance with the service standards set to provide satisfaction to the community served, however, the attitudes and behavior of employees in providing services to vulnerable communities must be given more attention. (2) Reliability, employee attitudes and behavior in confirming service procedures are in accordance with both technical and administrative requirements that are easy to understand and implement. (3) Responsiveness, the completion time for types of services still needs to be adjusted so that the targets to be achieved are more effective and efficient. (4) Assurance, service fees are in accordance with Law Number 25 of 2009 where there are no fees charged to the public. (5) Empathy, is good enough to understand the desires and needs to satisfy the community as service recipients.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The influence of employee performance on community satisfaction at the One Stop Integrated Services and Investment Service of Gorontalo Regency" and is under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Asna Aneta, M.Si, as supervisor I and Mr. Dr. Ismet Sulila S.E, M.Si, as supervisor II. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of employee performance on community satisfaction at the Gorontalo Regency One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service in terms of employee performance in providing services to the community. This research uses quantitative methods using simple regression analysis, the sample used was 96 respondents. From the calculation of hypothesis testing (t test) it can be seen that the t-calculated value of the results which describes "The Influence of Employee Performance on Community Satisfaction in the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service of Gorontalo Regency" is 18.091, then this value is consulted with the t-table, with N = 96 with a significance level of 5% or 0.05, it is known that the t-table value is 1.66123. So, the hypothesis which states that "there is an influence of employee performance on community satisfaction in the Gorontalo Regency One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service" can be said to be accepted.

Abstract

This research aimed to understand and describe the effectiveness of poverty alleviation efforts by the Social Affairs Agency in Gorontalo City. The approach used was qualitative, specifically descriptive research. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and documentation. Primary data was obtained through interviews with key informants such as the Head of the Program Subdivision from the Social Affairs and Community Empowerment Agency of Gorontalo City, members of the Social Empowerment, Institutional, and Poverty Alleviation Division from the same agency, and 9 beneficiary families (KPM) of the poverty alleviation program. The research findings indicate that poverty alleviation efforts by the Social Affairs Agency in Gorontalo City, measured through four indicators: program targets, program socialization, program achievement, and program monitoring. have been effective. The results show that the efforts to alleviate poverty by the Social Affairs Agency in Gorontalo City have increased the community’s welfare and have been optimally sustained. Considering the achievement of the four effectiveness indicators, namely program targets, program socialization, program achievement, and program monitoring, the poverty alleviation programs have reduced the financial burden of the beneficiary families and assisted them in meeting their daily basic needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, dimana sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang pegawai dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan desain penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner kepada pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji analisis regresi yang menunjukan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama (H1) dapat dibuktikan atau diterima. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,412 dengan kata lain bahwa sebesar 41,2% dari variable bebas yaitu (X1) Kepemimpinan, (X2) Disiplin Kerja memberikan kontribusi untuk variable (Y) Kinerja Pegawai, adapun sisanya sebesar 58,8% berupa kontribusi dari variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate (1) the role of communication in the implementation of Keluarga Berencana Family planning program. Policy in Kota Tengah Sub-district, Gorontalo City, (2) the resources involved in the implementation of this policy; (3) the disposition of stakeholders in the policy implementation; and (4) the bureaucratic structure influencing the implementation of Keluarga Berencana in Kota Tengah Sub-district, Gorontalo City. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method and aimed to prove the effectiveness of Keluarga Berencana in Kota Tengah Sub-district, Gorontalo City. The findings indicate that the implementatition of Keluarga Berencana Policy in Kota Tengah Sub-district Office, and resource standards have not been identified, including challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has altered critical elements, particularly among the target population. Consequently, the researcher posits that addressing Keluarga Berencana’s Challenges requires applying George C. Edwart III’s structured and efficient implementation theory. This entails the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance standards for policy implementers, alongside ensuring that human resource needs are met in terms of quantity and the educational qualifications of personnel involved at the Kota Tengah Sun-district Office.

Abstract

This study aims to explore women's leadership in the context of private higher education governance (PTS) in Gorontalo Province. Through a qualitative approach, this study analyzes the factors that influence leadership styles, including masculine and feminist leadership styles, as well as the challenges and obstacles faced in managing educational institutions.The results show that female leaders tend to adopt a democratic and collaborative leadership style, listen to input from team members, and create an inclusive work environment. Despite obstacles related to a centralized management system, leaders can still implement strategies that build synergy and collaboration among team members. This study identifies supporting factors such as foundation support, strategic campus locations, and innovative team commitment as key elements in improving the quality of education management.The implications of these findings indicate the importance of integrating masculine and feminist leadership styles to achieve organizational success. The recommendations produced aim to maximize the effectiveness of women's leadership in the context of PTS, as well as encourage the development of more inclusive and collaborative policies in the management of higher education in Gorontalo Province. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of education and women's empowerment in the realm of higher education leadership.

Abstract

This study examines the topic of Institutional Revitalization: Realizing the Synchronization of Regional Legislative Programs with Local Government Work Plans in Gorontalo, Indonesia. The thesis statement of the research is that the initial conditions, institutional design, leadership, and collaborative governance process will run optimally when institutional revitalisation is carried out between the Regional People's Representative Council and the Gorontalo Provincial Government so that it can achieve harmony between the main points of thought and the Regional Government Work Plan. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that between the Regional People's Representative Council and the Gorontalo Provincial Government have not established effective communication for the planning process, in this case there are different visions and goals to prioritize the interests of the community; aspects of Leadership, based on research findings that ineffective leadership has an impact on lack of integration between institutions, ineffective internal and external supervision, and weak collaboration between stakeholders; The collaboration process, in accordance with the findings of the research that there are political interests, sectoral ego, lack of effective coordination, lack of commitment, unclear direction and objectives, lack of monitoring and evaluation, lack of public understanding of the division of authority, disconnected communication between government units, lack of involvement of the Regional People's Representative Council in the Planning Process, and mismatch of goals between the Regional People's Representative Council and the Government Province so that the collaboration process has not been maximally achieved. Based on the research findings, in harmonising the Ideas of the Regional House of Representatives and the Regional Government Work Plan in Gorontalo Province, institutional revitalisation in collaborative governance is needed so that the initial conditions, institutional design, leadership and collaboration process between institutions can be achieved effectively.
