Abstract

This study explores the effects of government expenditure allocations in education, health, and social sectors on the Human Development Index (HDI) levels in Aceh Province, Indonesia. The Human Development Index, introduced by the United Nations Development Programme, measures a country's achievements in health (life expectancy), education (mean years of schooling and expected years of schooling), and standard of living (GNI per capita). Recognizing the pivotal role these expenditures play in enhancing community welfare, this research aims to address the critical issues of economic disparities and limited access to education and healthcare in the Babussalam District, Southeast Aceh Regency. By employing a quantitative approach and analyzing data from 314 respondents through multiple regression analysis, the findings indicate that allocations for education, health, and social programs significantly influence the HDI levels, highlighting the crucial impact of targeted government spending on improving human development outcomes. The study underscores the importance of development and empowerment programs, advocating for strategic investments in these key area to foster community welfare and development

Abstract

This study aims toanalyze the role of the "Front Mahasiswa Nasional" branch of Medan in providing alternative education through the Serve of the People program and to analyze the obstacles faced by the FMN in providing alternative education through the Serve the People program. data analyzed uses theories and concepts related to the data collected including the conception of education and the concept of youth. The data presented in this study are the results of various databases that are primary and secondary. The data is obtained through direct interviews, to literature studies conducted on books, journals, newspapers, internet sites, organizational documents and various other related literature. Front Mahasiswa Nasional Branch of Medan plays a role as social control by raising awareness of their responsibilities, rights and obligations as citizens. However, conflicts that occur at the leadership level also become one of the major obstacles that affect the decline in the work of the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) and the effectiveness on online-based licensing services in the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service of Sumatera Utara Province. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the study obtained that the Index of Community Satisfaction with online-based licensing services obtained a value of 86.29. Based on KepMenPAN Number: KEP/25/M.PAN/2/2004 on General Guidelines for The Preparation of Community Satisfaction Index of Government Agency Service Units included in the quality of service "A" with the performance of service units "Very Good" because it is at the IKM Conversion Interval Value between 81.26 - 100.00. The effectiveness obtained a value of 86.02% with a very effective category because it is on interpretation of 81-100%.

Abstract

The strategy to overcome traffic jam in Medan City is by using train transportation mode. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division I of North Sumatera as the operator has operated passengers train with Medan-Belawan route, however the train only operated for 2 years (2010-2011). The objective of the research is to analyze potential of passenger train, revenue of train operator, feasibility of train project investment, as the effort to re-operate passenger train. Based on analysis result, it can be concluded that a concept of transit oriented development (tod) around the Belawan station is required to increase potential of total passengers

Abstract

Development aims to improve and increase the welfare of the public and create innovation in the community. A A business has an important role in the economy. Because it can absorb labor, in addition, it takes the ability to understand all the needs and desires of consumers to generate higher incomes. The study aims: 1) to determine and analyze what strategies can be done in the development of J-Walk so that the revenue of entrepreneurs in J-Walk Medan increase, 2) to determine and analyze whether the factors of product, price, place and promotion affect the purchase interest of J-Walk Medan consumers. The research is carried out at J-walk Medan which is located in the residential area of J-City, Medan, precisely in the Medan Johor area. the results demonstrate that: 1) Product has positive and significant effect on purchase interest. 2) Place is not significant to purchase interest. 3) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest. 4) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest
