Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan pengolahan ikan di masyarakat Malind disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, terutama kurangnya pemahaman teknis dan manajerial yang memadai dalam proses pengolahan ikan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sebuah program pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif telah dirancang dan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengolahan ikan di kalangan masyarakat. Program ini melibatkan 50 peserta yang berasal dari berbagai latar belakang masyarakat Malind. Pelatihan tersebut dilakukan melalui pendekatan yang komprehensif, termasuk ceramah yang mendalam untuk memberikan pemahaman teori yang kuat, diskusi interaktif yang memungkinkan peserta berbagi pengalaman dan solusi, serta praktik langsung yang menitikberatkan pada penguasaan keterampilan teknis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil utama penelitian ini sangat menggembirakan, dengan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan para peserta. Mereka tidak hanya mampu menguasai aspek teknis dalam pengolahan ikan, seperti penggunaan alat dan teknik pengawetan yang lebih efektif, tetapi juga mulai memahami pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk mereka di pasar. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih berpihak pada peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, yang pada gilirannya dapat berdampak positif pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan pengurangan angka kemiskinan di daerah-daerah yang bergantung pada sektor perikanan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Klambu Kabupaten Grobogan adalah pusat Kecamatan Klambu yang jarang terpublikasikan. Website pemdes maupun media sosial terkait, masih minim menampilkan foto Desa Klambu yang informatif. Padahal sebagian besar warga Desa Klambu memiliki handphone dan bisa melakukan fotografi aktivitas sehari-hari. Permasalahan tentang minimnya informasi dan publikasi Desa Klambu bisa diatasi dengan pendampingan fotografi aktivitas warga. Lalu bagaimana proses pendampingan tersebut? Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan fotografi aktivitas warga Desa Klambu. Upaya ini dilakukan agar informasi dan publikasi tentang Desa Klambu semakin meningkat. Sesuai dengan format kegiatannya, pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan metode workshop selama 2 hari. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) kolaborasi dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam (KPI) IAIN Kudus ini bermitra dengan beberapa pihak. Mitra-mitra tersebut adalah pemerintah dan masyarakat Desa Klambu serta Production House Lumpia Picture. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 15 orang yang merupakan unsur pemerintah dan masyarakat Desa Klambu. Selama workshop, para peserta nampak antusias dan bisa mempraktikkan materi dari Lumpia Picture. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan; media; komunikasi; digital; desa. Abstract: Klambu Village, Grobogan Regency is the center of Klambu District which is rarely published. The village government website and related social media still lack informative photos of Klambu Village. Even though most of the residents of Klambu Village have handphones and able to do photography of daily activities. The problem of the lack of information and publications in Klambu Village can be overcome with assistance in photography of residents' activities. Then how is the assistance process? The purpose of this service is to provide photographic assistance for the activities of Klambu Village residents. This effort is carried out so that information and publications about Klambu Village are increasing. In accordance with the format of the activity, this assistance is carried out by the workshop method for 2 days. Community Service (PKM) is a collaboration between lecturers and students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program (KPI) IAIN Kudus in partnership with several parties. These partners are the government and the people of Klambu Village and the Lumpia Picture Production House. The participants of the activity amounted to 15 people who were elements of the government and the community of Klambu Village. During the workshop, the participants seemed enthusiastic and could practice the material from Lumpia Picture. Keywords: Assistance; media; communication; digital; village

Abstract

The lack of environmental awareness and concern among school-age children poses a challenge in fostering environmentally responsible character from an early age. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Sekolah Lapang program on students' environmental awareness. Specifically, it seeks to measure changes in attitudes before and after participating in the program and to evaluate its effectiveness in cultivating environmental consciousness among children. This study employs a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest design. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 20 statements measuring students' environmental awareness. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive techniques to identify general trends and inferential analysis using a t-test to examine significant differences before and after the intervention. The findings indicate that the Sekolah Lapang program significantly enhances students' environmental responsibility. The average score increased by 16.85 points, with the t-test results showing a significance value of 0.00 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant change. These findings confirm that the Sekolah Lapang program is an effective strategy for instilling environmental awareness in school-age children and can serve as a sustainable environmental education model.

Abstract

Research and Development (R&D) plays a crucial role in modern education to create innovative and effective learning products and solutions. This article discusses the R&D method in education, covering the stages from needs analysis, prototype development, validation testing, to large-scale implementation. This research uses a literature review method to gather information from various credible sources. The results show that the R&D method, with a structured and iterative approach, is capable of producing relevant and adaptive educational products, thus improving the quality of learning and supporting student and teacher engagement. However, challenges such as limited resources and understanding of research design are obstacles that need to be overcome. In conclusion, R&D offers a strong foundation for continuous and evidence-based educational innovation.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional dalam pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu akademik dan non-akademik di tingkat Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepala sekolah TK menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam menjamin mutu pendidikan serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi kepemimpinan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan meninjau berbagai literatur ilmiah terkait kepemimpinan transformasional di TK dalam konteks peningkatan kualitas akademik dan non-akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah TK berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan motivasi guru, inovasi pembelajaran, serta pengelolaan sekolah yang lebih efektif. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan kurangnya pelatihan bagi guru masih menjadi kendala dalam implementasi model kepemimpinan ini. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi kepala sekolah serta peningkatan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan keberhasilan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan TK.

Abstract

Lesson Study is an activity that involves teachers in designing, implementing, observing, and reflecting on the learning process. This study aims to analyze the application of Lesson Study in an effort to improve the quality of mathematics learning. This research is qualitative research carried out in conjunction with the Introduction to Education Field (PLP) activity from September 9 to October 25, 2024 at SMA Negeri 10 Yogyakarta. The subject of the study is class XI 4 students consisting of 36 students in the 2024/2025 school year. Data were collected through observations, interview, and documentation of the learnin process. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that each stage of Lesson Study, namely plan, do, and see, has been carried out in 2 cycles well. At the plan stage, the model teacher arranges learning tools as needed. Furthermore, in the do stage, the model teacher implements a learning plan that includes preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. Finally, in the see stage, the model teacher and the observer conduct reflection to evaluate the success and improvement of learning. The results of the study also showed an improvement in the quality of mathematics learning. The improvement indicator can be seen from the increase in student activity during the learning process and the increase in student learning outcomes. These findings show that the implementation of the right learning strategies can have a positive impact on the quality of mathematics learning in the classroom.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the improvement in the quality of higher education based on the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) policy. One form of policy of the Minister of Education and Culture in improving quality is through the MBKM policy. This study is an idea presented based on literature reflection where data is collected through literature review, analyzed and presented in discussion. Improving the quality of human resources through improving the quality of education is an investment made by the government. The Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM) is a real effort made by the government to answer future challenges. There are four main MBKM programs, namely ease of opening new study programs, changes to the higher education accreditation system, ease of state universities becoming legal entity PTNs and the right to study three semester study programs outside. The concept of implementing MBKM is to create an autonomous and flexible learning process in higher education so as to create an innovative learning culture that suits student needs, and is able to encourage students to master various knowledge that is useful for entering the world of work, as well as providing opportunities for students to determine their major they will take.

Abstract

This study aims to initiate the role of Economic Value Added (EVA) as an assessment of corporate management performance in the contemporary business era. The approach method used in this study is a literature study to assess the effectiveness of Economic Value Added (EVA). In addition, this study also provides practical suggestions for the application of Economic Value Added (EVA) and aims to deepen the understanding of corporate management performance assessment. The findings in this study indicate that Economic Value Added (EVA) offers a comprehensive approach by considering cost capital, providing a more accurate picture of the increase in company value. However, the use of Economic Value Added (EVA) also requires strong analytical skills and access to complete data, and must be combined with other evaluation methods to provide a holistic understanding of company performance.

Abstract

In this modern era, the development of the industrial and business world is growing rapidly. This causes business owners to have to compete with tight competition. One of the problems that makes the competitiveness of MSMEs still low is the limited ability of business actors in marketing. The research method used in the Digital Marketing Strategy study for MSMEs in the Digital Era is a qualitative method. This research was conducted through a series of qualitative interviews with MSME actors. The results of the study show that MSME actors who implement digital marketing get higher sales. Therefore, digital marketing strategies can be an effective solution for MSMEs in increasing their sales. In addition, this article also states that marketing strategies in the digital era are not only aimed at achieving sales targets, but also to increase awareness and branding of the business itself.
