Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program modal bergulir dalam mendukung pengembangan usaha serta mendorong inovasi pada produk olahan pangan lokal. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, meliputi tahap persiapan dan pemetaan potensi lokal, sosialisasi program, seleksi dan penetapan penerima modal, pelatihan manajemen keuangan dan pengelolaan modal, pelatihan inovasi produk olahan pangan lokal, penyaluran modal bergulir, pendampingan dan monitoring berkala, serta evaluasi dan penguatan keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program modal bergulir dan pengembangan produk olahan pangan lokal memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas usaha masyarakat. Perluasan akses permodalan membantu pelaku usaha kecil memperkuat keberlangsungan produksi, meningkatkan skala usaha, serta menerapkan perencanaan yang lebih sistematis. Pendampingan yang diberikan turut mendorong perbaikan kualitas produk, inovasi dalam pengolahan dan pemasaran, serta peningkatan daya saing produk lokal di pasar. Selain itu, program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan, tumbuhnya rasa tanggung jawab kolektif, dan penguatan solidaritas antaranggota kelompok. Dampak ekonomi terlihat dari meningkatnya pendapatan dan stabilitas keuangan keluarga secara bertahap, sementara dampak non-materiil tercermin pada meningkatnya kepercayaan diri dan pola pikir jangka panjang para pelaku usaha. Secara keseluruhan, program ini tidak hanya memperkuat aspek ekonomi, tetapi juga membangun fondasi sosial dan mentalitas kewirausahaan yang mendukung keberlanjutan usaha secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of school leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of Generation Z teachers at SD Kalam Kudus Indonesia, utilizing organizational commitment as an intervening variable. In the rapidly changing educational landscape, understanding the specific factors that motivate Generation Z teachers is critical, given their distinct characteristics in learning and workplace interaction. The research employed a quantitative methodology using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) analyzed via SmartPLS software. Data were gathered through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to Generation Z teachers using purposive sampling techniques. The findings reveal that organizational culture exerts a highly significant and positive direct influence on teacher performance (p-value 0.000; path coefficient 0.931). Interestingly, the leadership style of the school principal was found to have no statistically significant direct impact on teacher performance (p-value 0.419). Instead, leadership style possesses a notable indirect effect through the mediation of organizational commitment. Additionally, organizational culture significantly enhances teachers' commitment to the school. These results highlight that organizational commitment functions as a vital intervening variable that bridges the gap between the organizational environment and individual performance. The study concludes that to optimize the performance of Generation Z teachers, school leaders must prioritize cultivating a supportive culture that values collaboration, transparency, and innovation. Strategic recommendations include increasing teacher involvement in decision-making and providing robust professional development support to strengthen emotional bonds and professional engagement. This research provides valuable insights for educational administration, particularly in managing the unique dynamics of younger teacher cohorts within primary education in Indonesia. Abstrak: Di tengah dinamika dunia pendidikan yang terus berkembang, kinerja guru menjadi faktor penentu utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Generasi Z di SD Kalam Kudus Indonesia, dengan menempatkan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Fenomena ini menjadi sangat krusial untuk diteliti karena karakteristik unik guru Generasi Z dalam berinteraksi dan bekerja menuntut penyesuaian gaya kepemimpinan serta budaya kerja yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada guru Generasi Z menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang mencakup wilayah kota metropolitan, kota menengah, hingga kota kecil. Instrumen penelitian dirancang untuk mengukur lima variabel utama, termasuk gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang sangat kuat terhadap kinerja guru (path coefficient 0,931; p-value 0,000). Sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (p-value 0,419), namun memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dalam membangun komitmen organisasi guru (path coefficient 0,593). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa komitmen organisasi berperan sebagai mediator penting yang memperkuat hubungan antara faktor organisasi dengan efektivitas kerja individu. Simpulan penelitian menekankan bahwa untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja guru Generasi Z, kepala sekolah harus memprioritaskan pengembangan budaya sekolah yang inklusif, kolaboratif, dan transparan. Saran strategis mencakup peningkatan keterlibatan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan serta pemberian dukungan bagi pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan guna memperkuat ikatan emosional guru dengan sekolah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi ilmiah bagi manajemen pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia lintas generasi di Indonesia. Abstract

This study examines the effect of using interactive WordWall media on the early reading ability of Grade II slow learner students in elementary school. Employing a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group, 40 slow learner students were divided equally into experiment and control groups. The experimental group received instruction using WordWall interactive activities, while the control group received conventional reading instruction. Data were collected via standardized reading fluency and comprehension tests, observation checklists, and student interviews. Results showed that the experimental group exhibited significantly greater improvements in reading ability (fluency, word recognition, and comprehension) compared to the control group (p < 0.05). The effect size (Cohen’s d) was medium to large, indicating a practically meaningful impact. Compared with prior studies in Indonesia and abroad that used WordWall or other gamified media, our findings confirm and extend evidence that interactive media can support reading development especially for weaker learners. This research contributes novelty by focusing specifically on slow learner students in lower primary reading and demonstrates that WordWall—previously used predominantly for vocabulary or language learning—can be adapted for reading remediation. Implications for educational practice and future longitudinal studies are discussed.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of gender characteristics and leadership style of school principals on teacher performance in State Junior High Schools in Sidoarjo Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The results showed that: (1) the gender characteristics of the male principal were gender characteristics with the androgynous type which was a combination of masculine and feminine gender characteristics; (2) the leadership style adopted by the principal is a democratic leadership style that always involves subordinates in the decision-making process; (3) the level of performance of the teachers of Junior High Schools in Sidoarjo Regency is classified as very high, the teacher is able to prepare lesson plans, implement learning, evaluate learning processes and outcomes, and carry out follow-up learning programs very well; (4) partially there is a significant influence between the gender characteristics of the principal's leadership on teacher performance and there is a significant influence between the leadership style of the principal on teacher performance; and (5) simultaneously there is an influence of gender characteristics and leadership style of school principals on teacher performance of State Junior High Schools in Sidoarjo Regency

Abstract

Abstract: The role of education in educating the nation is very important, so it is very important for schools to pay attention to the quality of education. Quality improvement management is considered an important factor, including the assessment of school performance through accreditation so that it will be known how good teacher competence is. Accreditation can be used as a means to ensure school quality. This study aims to determine: (1) the level of school accreditation implementation; (2) the level of teacher learning performance; (3) the level of education quality; (4) the effect of school accreditation implementation and teacher learning performance on education quality. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive and regression analysis. The results of the study illustrate: (1) The level of school accreditation implementation in SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu is in the range of 63-76 in the very good category; (2) The level of teacher learning performance in SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu is in the range of 65-80 in the very high category; (3) The level of education quality in SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu is in the range of 99-120 in the very good category; (4) There is an influence between school accreditation and teacher learning performance on the quality of education of SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu with an influence of 77.7%, with details between accreditation variables having an influence on the quality of education of SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu as much as 3.0%. Manajemen peningkatan mutu dianggap sebagai faktor penting, termasuk dalam penilaian terhadap kinerja sekolah melalui akreditasi sehingga akan diketahui seberapa baik kompetensi guru. Akreditasi dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menjamin mutu sekolah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat implementasi akreditasi sekolah; (2) tingkat kinerja pembelajaran guru; (3) tingkat mutu pendidikan; (4) pengaruh implementasi akreditasi sekolah dan kinerja pembelajaran guru terhadap mutu pendidikan. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe; (1) how high is the management of blended learning FIP UM (2) how high is the learning motivation of FIP UM students; (3) how high the learning achievement of FIP UM students is; (4) how is the relationship between blended learning management and learning achievement of FIP UM students; (5) how is the relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement of FIP UM students; and (6) how is the relationship between blended learning management and learning motivation and learning achievement of FIP UM students. This research uses a quantitative approach by utilizing descriptive and correlation analysis methods. This research is located at FIP UM. The population in this study was FIP UM students class of 2019 which amounted to 962 students and a sample of 286 students. The validity test uses pearson moment products while the reliability test uses Cronbach’s alpha. Furthermore, data analysis uses classical assumptions consisting of; (1) normality; (2) linearity; and (3) homogeneity and correlation tests. The results of the study with the use of descriptive and correlation analysis showed various conclusions, namely; (1) FIP UM students have a “Good” perspective on blended learning management; (2) FIP UM students have the motivation to learn with “Very Good” conditions; (3) FIP UM students have learning achievements in the “Praise” qualification; (4) no relationship between blended learning management and learning achievement had a significance value of .738 > 0.05; (5) there is no relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement which has a significance value of .025 > 0.05; and (6) no simultaneous relationship between blended learning management and learning motivation and learning achievement had a significance value of .371 > 0.05.

Efforts to realize Pancasila Student Profiles based on the local culture of the Tengger tribe are a process of realizing students with character based on the values and culture that develop in a tribe. This study aimed to explain the phenomena that occur at SD di Atas Awan Jarak Ijo to realize the Pancasila Student Profile based on the local culture of the Tengger tribe. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of research design through case studies. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentary studies with snowball sampling. The research showed that SD di Atas Awan Jarak Ijo Malang Regency embodies the Pancasila Student Profile based on the local cultural values of the Tengger tribe by adopting the local culture of the Tengger tribe, namely Kasada, and Karo. The school adopted Kasada and Karo’s activities with a permit/dispensation strategy and went home early. Efforts to realize the Pancasila Student Profile are supported by internal driving factors, namely domicile teachers, culturally strong school members, and student awareness, and there are also external driving factors, namely support from parents, society, and technological developments. However, there are also internal inhibiting factors, namely students playing on mobile phones, and facilities, while external inhibiting factors, namely globalization, community environment, and per capita income.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims at describing the tendency of the type of organizational culture and its impact on leadership effectiveness in elementary school. The design of research was using the research development involving 300 teachers as a sample and was selected purposively and proportional in five districts in Malang. The results showed that some types of organizational culture prevailed school organization including bureaucratic, supportive, innovative, market, adhocratic, and clan types. The entire types deem to be significant influence on the behavior and effectiveness of school leadership including the efforts of the principal in (1) the development of vision, mission, and organizational goals, (2) human resources management, (3) implementation of functions as manager, (4) role of leader, (5) the improvement of professional teacher, and (6) the development of school organizational climate. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan kecenderungan tipe budaya organisasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan di sekolah dasar. Rancangan penelitiannya menggunakan penelitian pengembangan yang melibatkan 300 orang guru sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara purposive dan proportional dari lima kecamatan di Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan sejumlah tipe budaya organisasi mewarnai organisasi sekolah meliputi tipe birokratis, supportif, inovatif, market, adhokrasi, dan klan. Kesemua tipe memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku dan efektivitas kepemimpinan sekolah meliputi usaha-usaha kepala sekolah dalam (1) pengembangan visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi, (2) pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, (3) pelaksanaan fungsi sebagai manajer, (4) pelaksanaan peranan sebagai leader, (5) peningkatan professional guru, dan (6) pengembangan iklim organisasi sekolah.
