Abstract

Radiotherapy installations are among the high-risk healthcare service units due to the use of ionizing radiation in cancer treatment. Evaluating the implementation of risk management is essential to ensure the safety of patients, healthcare workers, and the surrounding environment. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which risk management has been implemented in the Radiotherapy Installation at Grandmed Hospital Lubuk Pakam in 2023. A descriptive qualitative method was used through observations, interviews with healthcare personnel, and document analysis of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident reports. The results of the study indicate that risk management practices have been implemented, but not yet optimally, particularly in aspects such as incident reporting and regular training. Strengthening the reporting system, continuous training, and internal audits are necessary to improve the effectiveness of risk management in the facility.This study employed a descriptive approach using qualitative methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with radiotherapy unit staff, direct observations, and document reviews related to the risk management system. The evaluation was conducted based on the ISO 31000 risk management standard and guidelines from the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN).The evaluation results indicated that most hospitals have implemented the basic components of risk management, such as hazard identification, risk analysis, and risk control. However, it was found that the processes of risk monitoring and evaluation have not been carried out systematically. In addition, not all installations had complete risk documentation or conducted regular training updates.The implementation of risk management in radiotherapy installations is at a promising early stage, but improvements are still needed, particularly in the areas of documentation and the strengthening of safety culture. Strong management commitment and ongoing training are essential to enhance the effectiveness of the risk management system to ensure the safety of both patients and medical personnel

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ada beberapa faktor yang berkaitan dengan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Kurang adanya motivasi, cara mengajar guru yang tidak menarik yang kuat menjadi salah satu penyebab terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Dalam pembelajaran di sekolah guru merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru hendaknya memilih dan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Model pembelajaran yang tepat digunakan adalah kooperatif Tipe STAD yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Nisam Antara pada materi perubahan wujud benda perlu adanya stategi pembelajaran yang inovasi dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Benda di Sekitarku melalui Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan selama 2 siklus. Adapun subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Setiap siklus PTK dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil belajar pada saat pretes jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 6 siswa atau 30% sedangkan sebanyak 14 siswa atau 70% siswa yang tidak tuntas. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan didapatkan hasil belajar pada siklus I menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 16 siswa atau 80% dan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 4 siswa atau 20%. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus II didapatkan bahwa siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 17 siswa atau 85% dan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 3 siswa atau 15%.Berdasarkan hasil tes pada siklus 1 dan siklus II menunjukkan adanya peningkatan antara siklus 1 dan siklus II sebesar 5% di. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator keberhasilan PTK telah tercapai. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Model pembelajaran Koopertif Tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi wujud benda dan perubahanya.

Abstract

UD. Anggi Jaya adalah salah satu pabrik yang mengolah limbah padat karet menjadi blanket. Bahan baku limbah karet didapatkan dari PT. BAM yaitu pabrik pengolahan karet yang ada di Kembang Seri. Usaha pembuatan blanket ini  merupakan yang pertama dan satu-satunya yang ada di kecamatan Karang Tinggi Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Pengolahan limbah padat karet menjadi blanket memiliki prospek usaha yang cukup menguntungkan sebab memiliki harga jual yang cukup tinggi. Setiap usaha yang dijalankan tidak terlepas dari berbagai permasalahan dalam proses produksi, penjualan, lingkungan, dan sumber daya manusia. Sebelum memulai suatu usaha, perlu dilakukan penilaian-penilaian untuk mengurangi risiko yang akan dihadapi.  Menilai kelayakan investasi dari aspek finansial dan non finansial sangat penting  untuk  keberhasilan dan pengembangan suatu usaha.Penelitian ini untuk bertujuan untuk :1) menganalisis kelayakan non finansial dan kelayakan finansial usaha pembuatan blanket pada UD. Anggi Jaya, 2) menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha pembuatan blanket UD Anggi Jaya, 3) menganalisis sensitivitas usaha pembuatan blanket jika terjadi perubahan kenaikan harga input dan penurunan harga output. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive) di UD. Anggi Jaya. Pada penelitian ini mengunakan metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang digunakan untuk kelayakan aspek non finansial dan kuantitatif deskriptif pada aspek finansial dengan perhitungan kelayakan investasi, serta analisis sensitivitas dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UD. Anggi Jaya ini layak berdasarkan pada penilaian dari enam aspek non finansial, selanjutnya berdasarkan analisis finansial dengan tingkat suku bunga 12% maka didapatkan hasil nilai NPV sebesar Rp 1.265.382.613, nilai IRR sebesar 14%, nilai Net B/C sebesar 2,82, nilai Gross B/C sebesar 1,08, dan nilai profitability index sebesar 2,40. Dan hasil analisis sensitivitas dikatakan tidak layak setelah terjadi perubahan kenaikan harga input sebesar 15% dan penurunan harga ouput sebesar 10%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) Analyze what production factors affect rice production in different strata of land area in Bengkulu Province. 2) Analyze the level of input substitution in paddy rice farming at different strata of land area in Bengkulu Province. The location determination method uses Three stages cluster sampling and the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling sampling method, the sample number of 175 rice farmers. The data analysis method used is the cobb-douglass and MRTS production functions. 1) The results of the analysis show that only the land area factor (ha) has a real effect on production in all strata of land area. Meanwhile, in strata III and the combination of factors the use of female labor has a real effect on production, and on the combined land area the use of KCL fertilizer has a real effect on production. 2) Only the combination of male labor to female labor in Strata I is fully substituted with a substitution elasticity (ES) value greater than 1 (≥ 1) while in combination the use of fertilizer inputs is only partially substituted. Meanwhile, in strata II, III, and combined, both the combination of fertilizer inputs and male and female labor are only partially substituted.

Abstract

A new maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique based on the bio-inspired metaheuristic algorithm for photovoltaic system (PV system) is proposed, namely tunicate swarm algorithm-based MPPT (TSA-MPPT). The proposed algorithm is implemented on the PV system with five PV modules arranged in series and integrated with DC-DC buck converter. Then, the PV system is tested in a simulation using PowerSim (PSIM) software. TSA-MPPT is tested under varying irradiation conditions both uniform irradiation and non-uniform irradiation. Furthermore, to evaluate the performance, TSA-MPPT is compared with perturb & observe-based MPPT (P&O-MPPT) and particle swarm optimization-based MPPT (PSO-MPPT). The TSA-MPPT has an accuracy of 99% and has a reasonably practical capability compared to the MPPT technique, which already existed before.

Abstract

Indirect Field Oriented Control (IFOC) is one of the vector control methods that can be applied to induction motor in the industrial world rather than Direct Field Oriented Control (DFOC) because of the flux is obtained from the formulation. However, IFOC can not guarantee the robustness and stability of the systems. Stability analysis such as Lyapunov Stability Theory can be used to make the system stable but not the robustness. Model based controller that can guarantee the stability and robustness such as sliding mode control (SMC) and fuzzy needs to be added in IFOC system to achieve proportional response system. Robust current regulator using sliding mode control was designed in this paper from state space model for model based controller. In transient response and under disturbance SMC shows better performance than PID in rising time and robustness at rotor speed and stator current.
