Abstract

Ringkasan: Latar belakang: Stunting merupakan masalah nutrisi kronis yang mempengaruhi 21,6% balita di Indonesia (2022), dengan prevalensi 19,5% di Kota Kendari. Defisiensi pengetahuan gizi ibu dan asupan mikronutrien menjadi faktor penentu terjadinya stunting di wilayah pesisir. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan gizi dan asupan mikronutrien terhadap status gizi balita stunting di wilayah pesisir Kota Kendari. Metode: Studi cross-sectional dengan 108 balita di Puskesmas Mata, Benu-Benua, dan Abeli ??periode Januari 2024. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional stratified random sampling. Data pengetahuan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang tervalidasi, asupan mikronutrien menggunakan formulir recall 2x24 jam. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square dengan ?=0,05. Hasil: Prevalensi stunting 37,0% (40/108 balita). Pengetahuan gizi baik sebesar 69,4%, asupan vitamin A baik 56,5%, vitamin C kurang 59,3%, vitamin D baik 51,9%, vitamin B9 kurang 59,3%, iodium baik 66,7%, zink baik 66,7%, zat besi kurang 55,6%, dan kalsium kurang 65,7%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi (p<0,001), asupan vitamin A, C, D, B9 (p<0,05), dan mineral iodium, zink, Fe, kalsium (p<0,05) dengan kejadian stunting. Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan gizi ibu dan asupan mikronutrien berkurang signifikan dengan status gizi balita stunting. Saran: Optimalisasi edukasi gizi berbasis komunitas dan suplementasi mikronutrien terintegrasi untuk pencegahan stunting di wilayah pesisir.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of technology in the representation of the true people in Nano Riantiarno's play "Demonstran". Using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach, this research aims to identify signs that represent the true people in the context of the play. Through digital media, elements such as stage settings, costumes, visual settings, music, background sounds, and sound effects are used to strengthen the representation of the people. This research explores how technology affects the way folk representations are understood and received by the audience. As such, it contributes to the understanding of the relationship between technology, semiotics and folk representation in the context of performing arts.

Abstract

Heroic values can be used as an example for humans reflected in the characters contained in folklore. Overall, the heroic value in the story has a strong appeal and provides many benefits for the reader or audience. This study aims to describe the heroic value contained in the folklore of The Golden Child of Radin Jambat by Yuliadi M.R. using media technology The data in this study are in the form of quotations or conversations obtained from the folklore of The Golden Child of Radin Jambat by Yuliadi M.R. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed the existence of heroic values in the folklore of The Golden Child of Radin Jambat by Yuliadi M.R in the form of courage, loyalty, and self-sacrifice

Abstract

The study in this research focuses on the analysis and description of the character of responsibility contained in the book Spring It's Named Al-Qur'an by Aulia Musla. The research data are sentences in the dialog and narration of the book Spring Named Al-Qur'an that contain the character of responsibility. Data collection is done by reading and recording techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the character of responsibility in the book is reflected in the form of responsibility towards God, social responsibility, and responsibility towards oneself. First, the character of responsibility towards God is reflected in the attitude of the character who invites to murojaah and be grateful for all the blessings that have been bestowed by Allah SWT. Second, the character of social responsibility is reflected in the attitude of Aunt Ida who likes to share and Altan who loves cats as living creatures. Third, the character of responsibility towards oneself is reflected in the attitude of Altan who takes the initiative to find solutions to solve problems and is able to take responsibility for his actions

Abstract

This research aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of Flip PDF-based e-modules in learning procedure texts at junior high school level grade VII. The use of the ADDIE approach is the basis for the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and product evaluation. The assessment results show that this e-module is suitable for use in the teaching and learning process with a score of 80.3%, because it is able to facilitate understanding of the material, increase learning motivation, and is visually appealing and interactive. The evaluation also identified the need for improvement, such as adjusting the content to the local context and adding technical guidelines. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of effective and innovative technology-based learning media in improving learners' literacy skills, especially in understanding procedure texts

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is characterized by a low proportion leaving the organization and low employee absenteeism. The survey on the job satisfaction of health workers at the Bahteramas Hospital BLUD showed 46% were satisfied at work such as conducive working conditions, and incentives received according to workload while 54% were dissatisfied because there was no compensation related to time of attendance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between working conditions, incentives, work performance and satisfaction of health workers. This research is a quantitative (Observational) research design cross-sectional study. The research was conducted from 1 to 20 February 2023 in the inpatient rooms of Bahteramas Hospital with 139 from 213 health workers using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire and carried out a chi-square test and a closeness test. The results of the study found that more respondents with supportive working conditions were satisfied (p=0.006, j=0.233). Respondents with appropriate incentives were more satisfied with their job satisfaction (p=0.000, j=0.302). Furthermore, respondents with appropriate organizational policies were more satisfied with their job satisfaction, (p=0.005, j=0.237). The conclusion is that there is a moderate relationship between working conditions, incentives and achievement with health worker satisfaction in the BLUD Inpatient Room of Bahteramas Hospital.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the directive speech act of the teacher in the Indonesian whatsapp group class IX-1 SMP N 3 Gadingrejo. This study aims to describe the direct and indirect directive speech acts of teachers in the in the whatsapp group and its implications for learning Indonesian in junior high school. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data source of this research is the teacher who teaches in the Indonesian whatsapp group Class IX-1. The results of this study indicate that direct speech acts ask for 8 data, direct speech act asking 12 data, direct speech acts rule 9 data, direct speech act prohibits 3 data, direct speech acts allow 7 data, and direct speech acts advising 3 data, while indirect speech acts ask for 2 data, indirect speech acts ask for 4 data, indirect speech acts command 1 data, and indirect speech acts advise 1 data. The results of the communicative form of asking, asking, ordering, prohibiting, permitting, and advising. This research can be implicated in Basic Competence 3.6 examining the structure and linguistic aspects of procedure texts on how to do and how to make something from various sources that are read and heard. The results of the study are implied as material in learning.Masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah tindak tutur direktif guru di grup whatsapp bahasa Indonesia kelas IX-1 SMP N 3 Gadingrejo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur direktif langsung dan tidak langsung guru di grup whatsapp, fungsi komunikatif tindak tutur direktif guru di grup whatsapp dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa guru yang mengajar di grup whatsapp bahasa Indonesia Kelas IX-1, sedangkan data dalam penelitian ini berupa tindak tutur direktif di grup whatsapp bahasa Indonesia kelas IX-1 SMP N 3 Gadingrejo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tindak tutur langsung meminta sebanyak 8 data, tindak tutur langsung menanya 12 data, tindak tutur langsung memerintah 9 data, tindak tutur langsung melarang 3 data, tindak tutur langsung mengizinkan 7 data, dan tindak tutur langsung menasihati 3 data, sedangkan tindak tutur tidak langsung meminta 2 data, tindak tutur tidak langsung menanya 4 data, tindak tutur tidak langsung memerintah 1 data, dan tindak tutur tidak langsung menasihati 1 data. Hasil penelitian fungsi komunikatif berupa menanya, meminta, memerintah, melarang, mengizinkan, dan menasihati. Penelitian ini dapat diimplikasikan ke dalam Kompetensi Dasar 3.6 menelaah struktur dan aspek kebahasaan teks prosedur tentang cara melakukan dan cara membuat sesuatu dari berbagai sumber yang dibaca dan didengar. Hasil penelitian diimplikasikan sebagai materi dalam pembelajaran. Keywords: directive speech act, learning in whatsapp group

Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini, yakni masih kurangnya bahan bacaan bagi pemelajar BIPA level 1 yang berada di Lampung dan terintegrasdengan kebudayaan Lampung. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jeni penelitian pengembangan dengan metode DDD-E (Decide, Design, Development, dan Evaluation) yang mengacu pada pendapat Ivers dan Baron. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah produk LKPD membaca BIPA untuk pemelajar BIPA yang berada di level 1 dengan muatan materi kebudayaan Lampung. Pengembangan produk ini dinilai layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penilaian kelayakan tersebut diperoleh dari hasil evaluasi validasi ahli materi dengan jumlah skor sebesar 112; rata-rata sebesar 3,8; dan persentase kelayakan sebesar 77,2%. Selanjutnya, hasil dari evaluasi validasi ahli media, produk memperoleh jumlah skor sebesar 156; rata-rata sebesar 3,9; dan persentase kelayakan sebesar 78%. Jumlah skor diperoleh dari hasil kalkulasi seluruh skor yang diberi oleh validator pada setiap indikator penilaian di instrumen. Nilai rata-rata diperoleh dari pembagian antara akumulasi skor yang didapatkan dengan banyaknya data/indikator pada setiap aspek, baik aspek materi atau media. The problem in this research is the lack of reading materials for level 1 learners of Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) in Lampung that are integrated with Lampung culture. This study falls into the category of development research using the DDD-E method (Decide, Design, Development, and Evaluation) referring to the opinions of Ivers and Baron. The result of this research is an LKPD product for reading BIPA for level 1 learners with content on Lampung culture. The development of this product is considered suitable for use in learning. The feasibility assessment is obtained from the results of the material expert validation evaluation with a total score of 112; an average of 3.8; and a feasibility percentage of 77.2%. Furthermore, the results of the media expert validation evaluation, the product obtained a total score of 156; an average of 3.9; and a feasibility percentage of 78%. The total score is obtained from the calculation of all scores given by validators on each assessment indicator in the instrument. The average value is obtained by dividing the accumulated scores obtained by the number of data/indicators in each aspect, whether it is material or media aspect. Kata kunci: Bahan ajar, membaca, kebudayaan Lampung

Abstract

The problem in this research is the politeness of language spoken by students and teachers in class X Indonesian language learning at SMA Negeri 13 Depok for the 2022/2023 academic year. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of describing language politeness in the form of compliance and violations in the speech of students and teachers in class X Indonesian language learning at SMAN 13 Depok for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The data source in this research is student and teacher speech and their context in Indonesian language learning in class X at SMAN 13 Depok for the 2022/2023 academic year. The data collection technique uses field note techniques. Then, data analysis techniques use heuristic analysis and techniques for presenting data analysis results using informal methods. The results of the research show that there are violations and violations of language politeness. The dominant language politeness observance is the maxim of agreement, while the one that is least frequently found is the maxim of generosity. The dominant violation of language politeness is the maxim of wisdom, while the one that is least found is the maxim of sympathy. The amount of data obtained from the results of this research was 236 data. From the research results, compliance with the principles of language politeness was found to be more common than violations of the principles of language politeness.Masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah kesantunan berbahasa tuturan siswa dan guru pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas X SMA Negeri 13 Depok Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk mendeskripsikan kesantunan berbahasa baik berupa penaatan maupun pelanggaran  dalam tuturan siswa dan guru pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas X SMAN 13 Depok Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah tuturan-tuturan siswa dan guru beserta konteksnya pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas X SMAN 13 Depok Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik catatan lapangan. Kemudian, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis heuristik dan teknik penyajian hasil analisis data dengan metode informal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penaatan dan pelanggaran kesantunan berbahasa. Penaatan kesantunan berbahasa yang dominan adalah maksim kesepakatan, sedangkan yang paling sedikit ditemukan ialah maksim kedermawanan.  Pelanggaran kesantunan berbahasa yang dominan adalah maksim kearifan, sedangkan yang paling sedikit ditemukan ialah maksim simpati. Jumlah data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini sebanyak 236 data. Dari hasil penelitian, penaatan prinsip kesantunan berbahasa lebih banyak ditemukan daripada pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa.Keywords: language politeness, obedience and violation, learning

Abstract

Phonological Structure of Indonesian and Vietnamese: A Contrastive Analysis. Objectives: The objectives of this study were to describe the differences in the phonological structure of Indonesian and Vietnamese. Methods: In this case study qualitative research, the informant is a Vietnamese-speaking student who is studying Indonesian. Data was collected through interviews and observations and analyzed by identifying similarities and differences in phonological structure data, coding the data, analyzing and describing the data, and reflecting them as research findings. Findings: The differences in the phonological structure of Indonesian and Vietnamese are (1) spectacle and tonal structures; (2) bisyllabic and monosyllabic syllable structures; (3) the number of vowels, consonants, and diphthongs. Conclusion: This difference in phonological structure makes it difficult for Vietnamese speakers to pronounce Indonesian sounds.
