Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of principal supervision on teacher performance, the influence of teacher motivation on teacher performance, and the influence of principal supervision and teacher motivation simultaneously on teacher performance. In this research, quantitative research methods were used with a sample size of 36 respondents, namely teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the hypothesis was carried out in two ways, namely partial tests and simultaneous tests. Apart from knowing the influence between variables, this research also includes a correlation coefficient test which functions to see how big the relationship between variables is and a coefficient of determination test to find out how big their contribution is. The results obtained in this research are that there is a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, of the principal supervision variables (X1) and teacher motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y), this means that when there is an increase or decrease in school principal supervision and Teacher Motivation, it will also have an impact on increasing or decreasing Teacher Performance

Abstract

Students' problem-solving abilities in solving mathematics story problems could be much higher. Innovation and special studies are needed regarding learning models that can improve problem-solving abilities. This research aims to determine the differences in the test results of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in solving story problems taught using the think pair share type cooperative learning model with the problem-based learning approach and the results of tests of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities taught using the conventional model on cube and block material. The subjects of this research are class VIIIA, which is taught using a think pair share type cooperative learning model with a problem-based learning approach, and class VIIIB, which uses a conventional learning model. The two classes are homogeneous or equal. The data in this study were taken from the pre-test and post-test results from both classes. Thus, the test results of students' ability to solve mathematical problems to solve story problems are better using the think pair share type cooperative learning model with a problem-based learning approach than the conventional learning model using cube and block material.

Abstract

Study This aim is to know the influence use media online learning Edmodo on simulation learning outcomes and digital communication class X student at SMK Negeri 1 Kakas. The population in this study were all students Class X of SMK Negeri 1 Kakas has 92 students. The sample in this research is class X TKJ with 20 students as the experimental class, and class X TKR amount 20 students as the class control. Study This uses an experimental method study Pre-Test, Post-test research type Control Group Design. Method analysis data use test normality Liliefors obtained Fcount = 0.137 And Ftable = 0.19 with level significant 0.05, showing data distribute normal, test Homogeneity use F-test showing sample Which researched obtained Fcount = 1.55 And Ftable = 2.17 based on criteria testing Fcount < Ftable so class experiment And class control Variance Which The same or Homogeneous And test hypothesis use T-test obtained Tcount = 7.13 and Ttable = 2.20 based on the test criteria tcount > ttable shows that the experimental class learning outcomes are greater than the classroom learning outcomes control. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of online learning media Edmodo on simulation and communication learning outcomes.
