Abstract

The incidence of degenerative diseases, such as hyperuricemia, hypercholesterolemia, obesity, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus, is increasing, primarily due to unhealthy lifestyles. Holistic treatment, involving pharmacology and lifestyle modification, is recommended. The Wellness program, covering diet, exercise, and relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga offers a holistic approach to reduce the incidence of degenerative diseases. Adopting a Wellness program could have positive outcomes, including cost-effectiveness, nutritional balance, and improvements in both physical (through yoga) and mental (through meditation) well-being, but the potential downsides include lack of control groups, inadequate consideration of age and gender, insufficient sample sizes, limited observation days, and an excessive number of measured parameters. This study aims to see the effectiveness and influence of the Wellness program on reducing uric acid levels, cholesterol, blood sugar levels, systolic and diastolic blodd pressure. The intervention is designed for women aged 30-60 who experience rage. However, individuals who are consuming medications or supplements, pregnant, breastfeeding, or not following a prescribed diet are excluded. This study used the quasi-experimental pre-posttest design to see the Wellness program’s effectiveness on uric acid, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and total cholesterol. Sample size calculation was performed using G*Power version 3.1.9.7, and data analysis utilized the T-paired sampled test. The findings from a 3-day study involving 47 participants revealed significant differences post-implementation of the Wellness program, indicating a reduction in uric acid levels and an increase in blood sugar levels with a p-value<0.05.

Abstract

SOSIALIZATION AND MENTORSHIP IN THE ASPECTS OF CULINARY AND NON-CULINARY FOR COMMUNITY ON TANJUNGSEKAR, INDONESIANThis community service aims to provide knowledge about business permits and online marketing to culinary and non-culinary business actors. The service method involves communicating with the community and sub-district heads in Tunjungsekar Village. This approach is integrated as a learning and practice method, which includes online marketing theory and business license theory, as well as direct practice of online marketing via social media and business license registration via OSS Online. The results of this service include increasing the knowledge and experience of business actors, socializing online marketing, and registering business permits in 2022. The results of this service are expected to increase income for culinary and non-culinary business actors (laundry services).Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan pengetahuan tentang ijin usaha dan pemasaran online kepada pelaku usaha kuliner dan non-kuliner. Metode pengabdian melibatkan pendekatan komunikasi kepada masyarakat dan kepala kelurahan di Kelurahan Tunjungsekar. Pendekatan ini diintegrasikan sebagai metode pembelajaran dan praktek, yang mencakup teori pemasaran online dan teori ijin usaha, serta praktek langsung pemasaran online melalui media sosial dan pendaftaran ijin usaha melalui OSS Online. Hasil dari pengabdian ini meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pengalaman pelaku usaha, sosialisasi pemasaran online, pendaftaran ijin usaha Tahun 2022. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan bagi pelaku usaha kuliner dan non-kuliner (jasa laundry).

Abstract

Informasi menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan sangat membantu dalam mencari informasi yang baik bagi peserta didik. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah kurangnya penggunaan media teknologi terutama komputer oleh pihak sekolah RA Nurul Hasanah dalam memberikan materi ajar kepada siswa. Sehingga membuat informasi yang diterima oleh siswa kurang update. Selain itu sistem evaluasi dalam bentuk ujian juga masih menggunakan cara-cara manual (paperbased test). Metode kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dengan membuat sebuah program aplikasi yang berbasis web. Tujuan aplikasi yang dibangun adalah agar pembelajaran lebih menarik serta evaluasi siswa tidak lagi menggunakan cara manual akan tetapi sudah menggunakan aplikasi. Aplikasi tidak hanya sebatas untuk evaluasi melainkan juga dapat memberikan informasi kepada orang tua siswa tentang informasi siswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran di sekolahp. Hasil yang didapat sekolah akan memiliki sebuah aplikasi dan menjadi sesuatu yang baru tentang sebuah media pembelajaran dan evaluasi menggunakan aplikasi SICERDAS yang berbasis WEB.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stunting pada balita dapat menjadi faktor predisposisi terjadinya masalah-masalah kesehatan lain hingga dewasa. World Health Organization (WHO) menyebutkan bahwa prevalensi balita stunting pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 149,2 juta atau sebesar 22% balita yang mengalami stunting. Salah satu program prioritas pembangunan kesehatan dalam periode tahun 2020-2024 adalah penurunan prevalensi stunting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian makanan tambahan nuget tempe terhadap peningkatan BB dan TB pada balita 24-59 bulan di Desa Karangmuncang Kecamatan Cigandamekar Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasi eksperimental dengan desain pre-test and post-test control group. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode Consequtive Sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah balita 24-59 bulan di Desa Karangmuncang Kecamatan Cigandamekar Kabupaten Kuningan yang memenuhi kriteri inklusi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 balita, 30 orang untuk kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang kelompok kontrol. Hasil: Diperoleh nilai p value = 0,000 yang menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan TB balita antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan berupa pemberian makanan tambahan nuget tempe. Untuk koefisien korelasinya didapatkan nilai positif dan nilai positif 0,998 untuk TB yang berarti korelasinya sangat kuat. Kesimpulan: Pemberian PMT Modifikasi berbasis kearifan lokal  dalam hal ini nuget tempe dapat menjadi alternatif program penanggulangan stunting dan gizi kurang.

Abstract

Sistem pendidikan bertujuan untuk kemajuan, keadilan, dan kemakmuran bangsa. Kerjasama antara pemerintah, guru, orang tua, murid, dan masyarakat sangat penting dalam pendidikan formal dan nonformal untuk memperluas wawasan. Peran guru dalam proses belajar mengajar sangat krusial, tetapi guru honorer sering mengalami ketidakadilan dan kesejahteraan yang kurang dibandingkan dengan guru PNS. Peraturan Permenpan-RB Nomor 27 dan 28 Tahun 2021 tentang pengadaan PNS dan PPPK telah menimbulkan perdebatan di kalangan dunia pendidikan. Pemerintah berupaya mengatasi masalah ini, namun implementasinya sering tidak memenuhi harapan, menunjukkan perlunya kajian mendalam untuk meningkatkan keadilan dan kesejahteraan guru honorer. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memfokuskan pada rumusan Bagaimana status hukum guru honorer menurut peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku? Penelitian ini bersifat normatif dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa guru honorer adalah tenaga pendidik tidak tetap yang dapat diberhentikan sewaktu-waktu berdasarkan regulasi yang berlaku.

Abstract

Three recent decades, the problem of haze from forest fires and peatland in Indonesia become an international problem because it causes pollution in the neighboring country (transboundary pollution), so that Malaysia and Singapore protested against Indonesia on the occurrence of this problem. ASEAN as a regional organization level ASIA formulate handling pattern smoke haze pollution in Southeast Asia in an ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution was signed by 10 participating countries of ASEAN, Indonesia's ratification of this agreement began in 2014 through Law No. 26 of 2014 on Ratification AATHP, because it has not been established Government Regulations Implementing Regulations treaty AATHP Indonesia to fill the legal vacuum, based pacta sun servanda and asaz jurisdictions, Indonesia in the implementation of the ratification of this treaty can use legislation related to existing, including: Act No. 32 In 2009, Law No. 24 In 2007, Law No. 41, 1999, PP 4, 2001.

Abstract

The instructor is the main academic implementer in the Institute for Aviation Education and Training (LPP). One of the factors that influence the success of LPP Aviation in improving student quality is the commitment and performance of instructors. One method used is to conduct an instructor performance appraisal process. The large number of Instructors in LPP Aviation is a separate issue in the assessment process, considering the process is based on subjectivity and has a great chance of making mistakes in the decision making, namely the selection of instructors who do not meet the desired standards and are not in accordance with the determination of instructor performance evaluation priorities. For this reason, a decision support system is needed in conducting the instructor's performance appraisal process. The Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) model has been widely used by decision makers to solve decision making problems with a variety of methods that can be used to find the best solution, but from these methods can still be developed with the aim of providing maximum decision results. In this research a decision support system model will be built with a combination of two methods, namely the Fuzzy Resistant method and TOPSIS which aims to manipulate the success data of instructors who are ambiguous by conducting a search for appropriate and accurate data for the criteria used in the assessment process LPP Aviation instructor performance by using Fuzzy-Resistant to get priority criteria in the form of rules, then ranking will be done by using TOPSIS in getting the quality of teaching conducted by LPP Aviation Instructors as the best instructor selection. The results of the flight instructor's performance evaluation with a combination of the Fuzzy Resistant method and TOPSIS, are based on 250 data tested samples, therefore, the accuracy value is 93%.

This is can cause discrimination and marginalization to groups prone to. Globalization presents both opportunities and challenges that require societies to adapt while preserving their core values and principles. Constitutional education plays a pivotal role in preparing individuals to navigate these changes effectively. This study explores the significance of constitutional education in addressing the challenges posed by globalization. It highlights how an understanding of constitutional principles fosters critical thinking, promotes active citizenship, and strengthens democratic values in a globalized world. Through a qualitative approach, this research examines the relationship between constitutional education and the development of a well-informed and socially responsible citizenry capable of addressing global issues without compromising national identity. The findings emphasize the need for integrating constitutional education into curricula to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to balance global integration with local governance and cultural preservation. By enhancing constitutional literacy, societies can build resilience against the disruptive forces of globalization while contributing to sustainable and inclusive development

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pada 2022, sekitar 22,3% anak dunia menderita stunting dan 6,8% wasting. Di Indonesia, prevalensi stunting mencapai 21,6% dan wasting 7,7%. Di Jawa Barat, prevalensi stunting, wasting, dan underweight masing-masing 24,5%, 5,3%, dan 15%, sementara di Puskesmas Jagasatru, prevalensi stunting, wasting, dan underweight pada balita adalah 17,38%, 8,64%, dan 19,45%. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pemberian makanan tambahan lokal dan edukasi gizi terhadap berat badan, tinggi badan dan lingkar kepala balita.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan pre-post test tanpa kontrol. Sampel diambil dengan Total Sampling, melibatkan 160 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Uji-t berpasangan, Chi Square, dan Uji Regresi Logistik.Hasil: Analisis bivariat menunjukkan pemberian makanan tambahan lokal dan edukasi gizi berpengaruh pada peningkatan BB, TB, dan lingkar kepala balita.Kesimpulan: Diharapkan orang tua khususnya ibu balita lebih memperhatikan pemenuhan gizi anak dengan memberikan makanan bergizi dan beragam.
