Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi prinsip-prinsip hukum tata negara dalam proses peradilan pidana dan perdata di Indonesia. Prinsip-prinsip hukum tata negara seperti supremasi hukum, kesetaraan di hadapan hukum, dan prinsip non-diskriminasi merupakan fondasi penting bagi terciptanya sistem peradilan yang adil dan efektif. Namun, implementasi prinsip-prinsip ini sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk intervensi politik, kapasitas penegak hukum yang terbatas, dan kurangnya kesadaran hukum di kalangan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, analisis dokumen hukum, dan wawancara dengan praktisi hukum serta akademisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supremasi hukum sering kali diabaikan dalam kasus-kasus korupsi dan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia. Diskriminasi sosial, ekonomi, dan politik masih terjadi dalam proses peradilan, baik pidana maupun perdata, yang menghambat kesetaraan di hadapan hukum. Selain itu, prinsip non-diskriminasi belum sepenuhnya diterapkan, terutama dalam kasus-kasus yang melibatkan kelompok minoritas dan marginal. Rekomendasi yang diajukan untuk meningkatkan implementasi prinsip-prinsip hukum tata negara dalam proses peradilan pidana dan perdata meliputi reformasi hukum, peningkatan kapasitas penegak hukum, promosi kesadaran hukum di masyarakat, dan pengawasan serta evaluasi berkala terhadap kinerja penegak hukum. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan sistem peradilan di Indonesia dapat berjalan lebih adil, transparan, dan non-diskriminatif, serta mampu menegakkan prinsip-prinsip hukum tata negara secara efektif.

Abstract

Academic stress is a common challenge faced by elementary school students, which can negatively impact their emotional well-being and academic achievement. One strategy that can help students cope with stress is ice-breaking activities. This study aims to analyze the role of ice-breaking activities in helping students at SDN Waru manage stress. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observations and interviews with teachers and students involved in ice-breaking activities. The findings indicate that ice-breaking activities create a more enjoyable learning environment, enhance social interactions, and help students better regulate their emotions. Various activities, such as group games, physical movements, humor or funny stories, breathing exercises, and singing, have been proven effective in reducing stress and increasing students' learning motivation. Therefore, implementing ice-breaking activities in the learning process not only transforms the classroom atmosphere into a more engaging one but also plays a crucial role in supporting students' psychological well-being.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of the open unemployment rate, average years of schooling, and population growth on poverty levels in districts and municipalities across East Java Province during the 2019-2023 period. By employing panel data regression and a quantitative approach, the study identifies key determinants of poverty and visualizes their geospatial distribution. The findings indicate that the open unemployment rate significantly increases poverty, whereas the average years of schooling significantly reduces it. On the other hand, population growth exhibits a positive but statistically insignificant effect. A simultaneous test confirms that the independent variables collectively influence poverty, contributing 99.03% to its variation. The study underscores the importance of improving access to education, creating employment opportunities, and managing population growth as essential strategies for poverty alleviation. These findings are intended to serve as a foundation for strategic and sustainable poverty reduction policies in East Java.

Abstract

Wabah Corona virus (COVID-19) saat ini sudah menyebar pada seluruh dunia dan tidak terkecuali di Indonesi. Kondisi seperti ini tidak pernah sebelumnya terjadi sehingga belum ada vaksin dan obatnya. Oleh karena itu salah satu cara untuk menghadapinya agar pandemi tersebut tidak cepat meluas yaitu menerapakan protokol kesehatan yaitu memakai masker, jaga jarak dan sering cuci tangan. Akan tetapi belum semua masyarakat terbiasa dengan protokol kesehatan, sehingga menjadi penting untuk disosialisasikan agar semua masyarakat dapat menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Pengabdian masyarakat melalui sosialisasi protokol kesehatan dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan diberbagai daerah di wilayah Jawa Timur yaitu Kabupaten Lumajang, Kota Batu, Kabupaten Gresik, Kabupaten Tulungagung, Kabupaten Ngawi, Kabupaten Trenggalek, Kota Malang. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan tahapan membuat dan mendesain poster-poster protokol kesehatan menghadapi pandemi Covid-19, melatih dan membagikan masker untuk dipakai kegiatan sehari-hari dan melatih pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan untuk penyediaan pangan keluarga. Hasil yang dapat disampaikan dari kegiatan sosialisasi protokol kesehatan dalam menghadapi pandemi adalah masyarakat dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan menghadapi pandemi covid-19 meningkat, masyarakat dapat membuat masker dan mulai memanfaatkan pekarangan untuk menyediakan pangan keluarga.

Abstract

Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka merupakan salah satu program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang bertujuan untuk mendorong mahasiswa menguasai berbagai ilmu sebagai persiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Artikel ini adalah hasil laporan kegiatan Modul Nusantara yaitu kontribusi sosial yang dilakukan di Desa Jehem, Kecamatan Tembuku, Kabupaten Bangli, Bali. Tujuan dari kontribusi sosial ini adalah membantu masyarakat yang terkena dampak tanah longsor, khususnya masyarakat Desa Jehem dan untuk meningkatkan semangat sosial mahasiswa pertukaran merdeka belajar. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan kontribusi sosial ini, yaitu: Masyarakat jadi lebih paham tentang public speaking dan personal branding melalui penyampaian materi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa pertukaran merdeka belajar, antusiasme masyarakat atas bantuan yang telah diberikan. Dengan adanya kegiatan kontribusi sosial ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kekuatan dan semangat kepada masyarakat yang terkena dampak bencana tanah longsor.

Abstract

Southern Malang region is the center of cassava producers in Malang Raya area. In Tempursari Village, Donomulyo District, Malang Regency, processing of cassava has not been done optimally. There has been limited effort to enrich the processed cassava with additional high nutrition. Cassava peel waste also has not been utilized optimally by the residents. Therefore, counseling and advocacy activities of nutrition enrichment technology on cassava processing is essential to be applied. Service activities were done through diffusion activities related to the application of cassava processing technology to Islamic Women Organization based on Nahdhatul Ulama (Muslimat-NU) board in Tempursari Village, Donomulyo District, Malang in a participatory way. The technology applied was a simple nutrient fortification technology, with green bean-crushed cassava steam, cassava brownies, protein-rice cassava rice, protein-rich cassava flour, natural healthy cassava peel sauce. The results of this activity were: a. There was an increasing pattern of public understanding of the importance of cassava enrichment nutrition among the participants. It encouraged them to do various innovations in creating high economic value of cassava processed food. b. There was an increasing pattern of skill society in adopting cassava processing fortification technology. It showed that feasibility of cassava as the resource of nutritious staple food increased. Therefore the community will become more productive and innovative, and the technology disseminated in this activity could be further developed and popularized.

Abstract

Plastic waste is difficult to decompose, so it causes environmental problems. The amount of environmental pollution by plastic waste in Indonesia is due to the lack of balance between the volume of waste and its handling efforts. The increasing volume of plastic waste has an impact on the severity of waste processing in Integrated Waste Disposal Sites. The community service team in collaboration with Mulyoagung Village Head held a community service program to change people's habits from passive about waste to active through waste saving education. There are three activities in this program, namely educate the public to reduce household waste especially plastic, carry out a campaign to save plastic waste by making and installing posters or billboards in strategic places, and encourage the Mulyoagung Village apparatus to initiate the use of tumbler. The result of this activity is the high participation of the community as seen from attendance of participants and enthusiasm of participants to ask questions, installation of posters and billboards, also used of tumblers to village office every day. To make this activity can be continuity and sustainable, the community service team will do community service program in the same place with the theme of environmental problems.

Abstract

Abstract Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School has a social institution called Baitul Maal Hidayatullah which focuses on da'wah and education. Apart from that, Baitul Maal Hidayatullah became Mitra Zakat, a part and partner of the National Amil Zakat Institution. Baitul Maal Hidayatullah is at the Surya Melati Hidayatullah Educational Institution Bandung Tulungagung. This research will look at how Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Zakat Partners, Tulungagung Regency collect and distribute zakat, infaq and alms. This research aims to find out how Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Zakat Partners, Tulungagung Regency collect donations, zakat funds and alms and how these funds are distributed. This research adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive methods as its basis. Information was collected through a documentation process and in-depth interviews; Data analysis is carried out through reduction, delivery and conclusions. Research findings show that there are three strategies for raising funds through zakat, infaq and alms: the traditional method involves visiting the prospective muzaki's home, where programs are presented in the form of proposals, and the muzaki can visit the office directly to make donations. Meanwhile, the modern approach utilizes online platforms that provide information related to the programs being implemented, with the use of social media to build sympathy from muzaki. In following the evolution of the times, this approach always adapts to technological advances that make transactions easier for muzaki. Donation funds were given directly to the Surya Melati Hidayatullah Bandung Tulungagung Educational Institution, to be further managed by the financial department in accordance with the zakat, infaq and alms program at Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Zakat Partners, Tulungagung Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance mechanisms on state-owned banking companies. The variables in this study are the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Institutional Ownership. The number of samples in this study is 39. The analysis method used is multiple linear analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solutions) version 25 program. The results of the study indicate that the variables of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee have a positive and insignificant effect on ROA, the variable of Institutional Ownership has a positive and significant effect on ROA.
