Abstract

This research examines economic growth patterns in developed Asian countries during the 2014-2023 period. Employing a quantitative method based on secondary data, this study applies panel data analysis that combines cross-sectional information from six developed Asian countries (namely Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, and Israel) along with time series data spanning ten years. Data collection was carried out through a series of steps including tracking, categorization, and documentation sourced from the World Bank database. Data processing utilized Panel Data Regression techniques executed through the Eviews-12 program, with Fixed Effect (FE) selected as the most appropriate model. The research findings reveal two distinct patterns: exchange rates and imports had significant negative effects on economic growth, while exports contributed significantly positive effects to economic growth across the five developed Asian countries during the study period. Statistical calculations through the regression model indicate optimal reliability, as evidenced by an R-Square value of 0.998185.

Abstract

Achieving genuinely equitable and sustainable national progress depends on understanding and effectively measuring inclusive economic development, a complex and often elusive goal. Despite Indonesia's sustained economic growth over the past decade, questions persist about the extent to which this progress has translated into inclusive outcomes across regions and dimensions of well-being. This study addresses the empirical gap in comprehensive measurement by developing and applying a rigorous quantitative framework to estimate the Inclusive Economic Development Index across 34 Indonesian provinces from 2011 to 2023. Using national data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and supplementary records from other government bodies, we construct province-level inclusive development scores that encompass multiple dimensions of inclusive economic development, including economy, social factors, political aspects, ICT, governance, and the environment. The findings reveal significant variation in inclusive development across provinces, with West Sumatra, West Java, and Bali leading in the 4-dimensional model; West Sumatra, Maluku, and Aceh in the 5-dimensional model; and Maluku, East Nusa Tenggara, and East Kalimantan in the 6-dimensional model. Despite these provincial disparities, overall inclusivity levels demonstrate relative consistency. Nationally, the index fluctuated during the period, peaking at 4.65 in 2011 and hitting a low of 3.75 in 2022, resulting in an average of 4.18. These results underscore that inclusive development remains a persistent systemic and structural challenge for Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui tindakan di kelas oleh guru atau peneliti. Penelitian tindakan dapat dikategorikan menjadi empat, yaitu: (1) penelitian tindakan partisipasi (participatory action sesearch), penelitian tindakan kritis (critical action reseach), penelitian tindakan sekolah (institutional action research), dan penelitian tindakan kelas (clasroom action recearch). Dalam pendidikan formal, yang banyak dikembangkan guru di sekolah adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) karena sasaran atau subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa. Peraturan Menteri Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 tentang jabatan guru dan angka kreditnya memberlakukan mulai Januari 2013. Salah satu materinya adalah petunjuk teknis pelaksanaan kinerja guru yang profesional. Implementasinya adalah dengan melaksanakan serta membuat laporan hasil penelitian di bidang pendidikan utamanya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian tersebut merupakan salah satu cara yang strategis bagi pendidik untuk meningkatkan dan atau memperbaiki layanan pendidikan bagi pendidik dalam konteks pembelajaran di kelas. Niff (1992) menegaskan bahwa dasar utama bagi dilaksanakannya penelitian tindakan kelas adalah untuk perbaikan.Langkah-langkah praktis pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas tersebut dapat dijabarkan. Oleh sebab itu, tulisan ini akan berfokus pada kegiatan-kegiatan pokok seperti : (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, (4) reflecting. Penelitian yang terkait dengan persoalan praktik pembelajaran misalnya rendahnya minat baca siswa.Dengan penelitian tindakan kelas dapat dicoba berbagai tindakan yang berupa program pembelajaran dengan membiasaakan membaca cerita-cerita lokal, menggunakan buku yang dimiliki cerita lucu, dan sebagainya. Peneliti wajib menyusun laporan penelitian.Yang perlu ditulis pada laporan berkaitan dengan: (1) setting, (2) hasil per siklus, (3) analisis antarsiklus. Kata kunci: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, planning, acting, observing, reflecting.   Abstract Action Research is a study conducted through classroom action by teachers or researchers. Research related to learning practice problem such as low reading interest of students. With classroom action research can be tried various actions in the form of learning programs by reading local stories, using books that have funny stories, and so on. The researcher must prepare a research report. That need to be written on the report related to: (1) setting, (2) result per cycle, (3) analysis antarsiklus. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stres kerja merupakan kondisi psikologis yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan, khususnya perawat. Tuntutan kerja tinggi, sistem shift, serta beban emosional dari pasien dan keluarga dapat memengaruhi kinerja jika tidak dikelola dengan baik.Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat rawat inap di RS Hermina Karawang tahun 2025.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel adalah seluruh perawat rawat inap sebanyak 31 orang yang diambil dengan total sampling. Stres kerja diukur menggunakan DASS-21, sedangkan kinerja dinilai melalui Key Performance Indicators (KPI) rumah sakit. Analisis data menggunakan Fisher’s Exact Test.Hasil: Sebagian besar responden mengalami stres ringan (90,3%) dan sebagian kecil stres berat (9,7%). Sebanyak 71,0% perawat memiliki kinerja baik. Tidak ditemukan hubungan signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat (p=0,195). Namun, perawat dengan stres berat memiliki risiko 2,6 kali lebih besar untuk memiliki kinerja tidak baik dibandingkan perawat dengan stres ringan (PR=2,667; 95% CI: 0,956–7,43).Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja perawat rawat inap. Faktor lain seperti kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja kemungkinan lebih berperan. Dukungan organisasi dan pelatihan manajemen stres direkomendasikan.
