Abstract

Background: Since the 2020 version, the content of family emergency planning (FEP) has been included in the Indonesian Maternal and Child Health (MCH) handbook.  However, there is still limited information on whether pregnant women, especially those who are living in disaster-prone areas like Yogyakarta Province, practice it in their day-to-day lives.  Purpose: to analyse the relationship between the current knowledge’s satisfaction of disaster preparedness and the practice of FEP among pregnant women based on the MCH handbook.  Methods: A quantitative descriptive survey with a cross-sectional design was applied in this study.  Data collection was conducted between March and September 2024 using three questionnaires, which included demographic data, current knowledge’s satisfaction with disaster preparedness, and practice of FEP.  The samples were 277 pregnant women.  Data were analysed with a chi-square test and Cramer’s V test Results: Most of respondents reported of having quite satisfied (43.32%) with their current knowledge of disaster preparedness.  As many as 135 respondents (48.73%) reported practicing FEP, but only 35.56% of them completed the practice.  There is a significant relationship between the satisfaction of current knowledge about disaster preparedness with the practice of FEP, but the association is weak (p=0.04, Cramer’s V=0.04).  Conclusions:  The current knowledge’s satisfaction with disaster preparedness and the practice of FEP has a significant relationship, but the association is weak.  Policymakers need to develop disaster preparedness and FEP strategies based on the findings in the field and the identification of barriers.  Health care professionals should improve pregnant women’s FEP and ensure that they practice it in their daily lives through various activities such mobile reminders, group education, and integration into digital platforms.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking services (BSI Mobile) on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all BSI KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya customers. Meanwhile, the sample in this research is some BSI KCP Diponegoro 2 Surabaya customers who use the BSI Mobile application. Considering the large population so that the exact number cannot be known and the limited time in conducting research, this research uses the Lemeshow formula with a maximum estimate of 7% and an error rate of 5% as a guideline in finding the number of samples used. So through this technique a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires using incidental sampling technique. The data analysis process uses simple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that the quality of BSI Mobile services has an influence on customer satisfaction. The influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 79.2%, while 20.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. This research can help increase customer satisfaction in using the BSI Mobile application.

Abstract

This study analyzes the marketing strategies of Productive Generalist Sales (SGP) in microcredit distribution at PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kudus Alun-Alun. The study is based on Bank Mandiri’s strategic role as a state-owned bank distributing KUR and KUM loans to MSMEs, yet experiencing a decline in borrowers over the past five years. Using a qualitative descriptive method through interviews, observations, and documentation, the research employs SWOT analysis to identify internal and external factors affecting SGP performance. Findings show strengths in competitive credit products, experienced SGP staff, and strategic branch locations, while weaknesses include suboptimal digital promotion, inefficient outreach patterns, and relatively long disbursement processes. Opportunities come from government support, MSME market potential, and financial technology development, whereas threats include competition from fintech and rural banks, economic instability, and shifting customer preferences toward faster services. The resulting strategies include optimizing networks and flagship products (SO), strengthening brand image and fast services (ST), transforming promotions into digital platforms (WO), and enhancing SGP competence with product diversification (WT). The study concludes that the success of microcredit marketing strategies depends on leveraging internal strengths, external opportunities, technology-based innovations, and human resource capacity building. These findings contribute theoretically to SWOT-based microcredit marketing strategy models and provide managerial implications for improving Bank Mandiri’s credit distribution performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Terban Tourism Village in Kudus Regency using the Pentahelix model approach. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including documentation, in-depth interviews, surveys, and observations. Data analysis uses the Miles et al. model, comprising data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Terban Tourism Village has potential as a heritage tourism destination with advantages in the Patiayam Archaeological Site, Grenjengan Waterfall, and Japanese Cave, but collaboration among Pentahelix stakeholders is not yet optimal. Analysis of the tourism marketing mix identifies strengths in unique tourist attractions and multi-channel marketing strategies, while weaknesses are found in amenities, heritage value interpretation, and minimal academic involvement. SWOT analysis places Terban Tourism Village in Quadrant I (X=0.89; Y=1.02), indicating a strategic position for implementing aggressive growth strategies. Key recommendations include developing integrated heritage tourism products, optimizing digital marketing, strengthening interpretation through collaboration with academics, revitalizing the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), and establishing a Pentahelix coordination forum. Strategy implementation requires a clear role distribution among the five Pentahelix actors to realize Terban Tourism Village as a leading sustainable heritage tourism destination.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The rapid evolution of social media platforms has transformed digital commerce, with TikTok emerging as a prominent social commerce platform. TikTok's integration of entertainment and shopping features has attracted significant attention from businesses, particularly in reaching Generation Z consumers who represent the platform's largest user demographic. This research investigates the role of site visuals, site quality, and product benefits in shaping Gen Z purchasing decisions on TikTok, with shopping experience as a mediating variable. The study specifically examines Le Skin Aesthetic Wonosobo consumers' behavior on the TikTok platform. Materials and methods: A quantitative approach using survey methodology was employed to collect data from 140 Gen Z consumers (aged 15-28 years) who made purchases through TikTok Shop during March-May 2025. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 24.0 software. The research model examined five constructs: Site Visuals (X1), Site Quality (X2), Product Benefits (X3), Shopping Experience (Y1), and Purchase Decision (Y2), measured using validated multi-item scales. Results: Site Visuals (β=0.312, p<0.01) and Site Quality (β=0.384, p<0.001) demonstrated significant positive effects on Shopping Experience, collectively explaining 51.4% of its variance. Product Benefits exhibited the strongest direct effect on Purchase Decision (β=0.421, p<0.001). However, Site Visuals, Site Quality, and Shopping Experience showed no significant direct effects on Purchase Decision. Shopping Experience failed to mediate the relationships between exogenous variables and Purchase Decision. The overall model demonstrated excellent fit indices and explained 61.6% of variance in Purchase Decision. Conclusions: Gen Z consumers' purchase decisions on TikTok are primarily driven by tangible product benefits rather than site aesthetics or experiential factors. While site characteristics successfully shape the shopping experience, they do not translate into actual purchase behavior, revealing a notable disconnect between engagement and conversion in the social commerce context for skincare products.
