Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran media sosial dan pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas merek melalui kepercayaan merek sebagai variabel intervening, dengan studi pada konsumen brand fashion H&M. Fenomena loyalitas merek dalam industri fast fashion menjadi isu penting karena persaingan yang semakin ketat, terutama dengan adanya peran media sosial dan pengalaman merek dalam membangun hubungan konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 168 responden diperoleh melalui purposive sampling, yaitu konsumen yang pernah berbelanja produk H&M dan mengikuti akun media sosial merek tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner terstruktur, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan merek, namun tidak memiliki pengaruh langsungnya terhadap loyalitas. Sebaliknya, pengalaman merek berpengaruh positif baik terhadap kepercayaan maupun loyalitas merek. Kepercayaan merek terbukti menjadi prediktor paling kuat dalam meningkatkan loyalitas, serta berperan penting sebagai variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan pengaruh pemasaran media sosial dan pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas. Dengan demikian, loyalitas konsumen H&M lebih banyak dibentuk melalui penguatan kepercayaan yang didasari pengalaman nyata dan interaksi positif di media sosial. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran berbasis digital yang tidak hanya berfokus pada penyampaian informasi, tetapi juga membangun interaksi yang autentik. Selain itu, konsistensi pengalaman konsumen yang menyenangkan, kredibilitas merek, serta nilai keberlanjutan yang dijunjung H&M menjadi faktor kunci dalam menciptakan kepercayaan dan loyalitas jangka panjang.

Abstract

The golden generation is the successor of the nation. Seeing this, the growth and development of children must be monitored because this monitoring has the aim of finding irregularities early so that treatment can be carried out as soon as possible. Monitoring methods that are easy to carry out with results according to the guidelines are the facilities needed by caregivers. The purpose of this study was to design media for monitoring and development of early childhood at Littlecare PAUD. The action research method is used in this study. Implementation of these solutions is made systematically which includes health services and provides additional education or information. The activity was carried out from December 2022-April 2023. Respondents in this activity consisted of 3 admin teachers and 2 students. In the Design and Development of a Website-Based Child Development Measurement Application for Early Childhood Education in Little Care Yogyakarta, namely using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This new system provides convenience for its users compared to manual monitoring. This application has been designed according to the needs of the school, starting from facilitating the search for student data, knowing the current age, monitoring the growth and development of fine motor, gross motor, language, and socialization according to DDST. This application has also been designed with final conclusions regarding child development. The Little Pedia application that was compiled is stated to be able to help save time, make it easier to find student data when needed, as well as save the budget spent on reporting.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of entrepreneurial skills in enhancing competitive advantage among “Fresh Milk” Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Randu Padangan Village, Gresik, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research design with a saturated sample of 37 entrepreneurs, the study utilized a structured questionnaire and SPSS-based statistical analysis, including t-tests and determination coefficient (R²) analysis. The results confirm that entrepreneurial skills significantly and positively influence competitive advantage, with a determination coefficient of 91.9%, indicating that nearly all competitive advantage can be attributed to the entrepreneurs’ competencies. The findings offer empirical evidence for the critical function of entrepreneurial capacity—even in low-formal-education settings—in driving rural MSME performance. This study provides a microeconomic lens on how technical, social, and managerial skills among grassroots dairy entrepreneurs contribute to resilience and differentiation in a highly competitive market. Its contribution to international discourse lies in framing entrepreneurial skill development as a vital mechanism for achieving sustainable local economic competitiveness. Future research may expand this framework to cross-country comparisons of MSME ecosystems, examine digital entrepreneurship interventions, or analyze how informal entrepreneurial learning influences sectoral innovation in emerging markets.

Abstract

Pembelajaran game edukasi belajar mudah bahasa inggris ini adalah salah satu permainan yang dapat dimainkan oleh anak-anak. Permainan ini sangat membantu untuk anak usia dini untuk pemahaman Bahasa Inggris sebelum terjun ke sekolah sebagai alat pembelajaran di rumah agar menabah minat belajar Bahasa Inggris, pembelajaran ini adalah salah satu permainan anak yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana bermain dan menambah wawasan bagi anak.Untuk membuat proses belajar menjadi lebih menarik, penggunaan game sebagai media alternatif dalam penyampaian materi dianggap efektif karena game pada umumnya sering dimainkan banyak kalangan terutama kalangan anak-anak. Karena Psikologi anak adalah bermain. Pada proses penelitian jurnal ini, akan dirancang sebuah game untuk anak usia dini belajar mudah bahasa inggris, dengan menambahkannya efek suara dan animasi agar metode pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik yang di mainkan di smart phone berbasis android.

Abstract

Economic growth of a city is a multifaceted phenomenon that is influenced by various factors, including regulatory policies, technological infrastructure, and the quality of human resources. This quantitative analysis investigates these determinants in the context of Surabaya City. Through surveys data analysis, we use Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationship between regulatory policy, technological infrastructure, human capital quality, and economic growth. Our results show a significant positive relationship between these factors and economic growth, providing insights that can guide policymakers, business leaders, and academics in advancing the economic prosperity of Surabaya City.

Through theme analysis, influential publications, and keyword occurrences, the study unveils the multifaceted nature of the field. The most prevalent themes include Corporate Marketing, Green Marketing, Reputation, Communication, and Relationship Marketing, reflecting the dynamic interplay of strategic elements within corporate marketing. Noteworthy publications, such as "Principles of Corporate Finance" and "Corporate Social Responsibility: A Theory of the Firm Perspective," emerge as key influencers, shaping the intellectual discourse in the domain. The integration of these findings provides valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, offering a nuanced understanding of the current state of corporate marketing research. As the field continues to evolve, this research sets the stage for future inquiries, providing a foundation for strategic decision-making and ongoing scholarly exploration.

Abstract

Usia remaja adalah usia pubertas yang mulai muncul ketertarikan terhadap lawan jenis. Ketertarikan remaja seperti perasaan jatuh cinta, berpacaran, dan muncul gairah seksual muncul sebagai respon emosional. Tidak semua usia remaja matang secara emosional sehingga, remaja yang melampaui batas berpotensi tinggi terhadap risiko penyakit menular seksual seperti HIV/AIDS. Tujuan dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi seksual remaja: mengenali cara pencegahan HIV AIDS sedini mungkin. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di MAN 2 Bantul menggunakan metode ceramah, dan diskusi tanya jawab. Dalam kegiatan pegabdian kepada masayarakat ini menggunakan media laptop untuk menampilkan materi powerpoint, LCD dan proyektor. Sebagai media evaluasi dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner pretest dan posttest tentang materi HIV dan AIDS. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertema edukasi seksual remaja: mengenali cara pencegahan HIV AIDS sedini mungkin di MAN 2 Bantul berjalan lancar dan tepat sasaran yaitu remaja sekolah. Sebanyak 27 dari 32 peserta berpengetahuan kategori baik tentang HIV AIDS, 5 responden kategori cukup dan tidak ada yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang setelah edukasi.  Melihat hasil yang ada maka dapat disimpulkan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan memberikan pengaruh positif pada pengetahuan remaja untuk mewaspadai dan mencegah HIV AIDS sejak dini.

Abstract

Introduction: COVID-19 vaccination is the government's priority to control viral transmission. Drive-through system provides quick means of product or service delivery; however, it has not been extensively adopted as a vaccination method. This study aims to describe the implementation of the drive-through COVID-19 vaccination conducted by the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing at Universitas Gadjah Mada in collaboration with several national and regional, governmental and non-governmental institutions. Methods: The drive-through vaccination involved online registration, data collecting, reporting, on-site dose preparation, injection, and post-vaccination monitoring while participants remained in their vehicles. The events were scheduled between July and September 2021 in either FK-KMK UGM Campus or Grha Sabha Pramana, UGM. These venues are on the inner property side of UGM, therefore is no disruption of public traffic. Participants who are eligible and receive an invitation may attend the immunization venue according to the schedule. Results: In ten vaccination events, 20,870 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine were administered. Most participants were young people, with slightly more women than men. The drive-through vaccination went relatively well and offered many benefits such as improving vaccine coverage, time efficiency, social distancing, and herd immunity. Yet, issues like mild Adverse events following immunization and an accumulation of vehicles occurred. Therefore, careful planning and risk anticipation are necessary. Conclusion: The drive-through vaccination generally provides rapid and safe vaccine delivery to large communities. This method could be an alternative to delivering mass vaccinations requiring rapid and extensive coverage.

Abstract

Studi ini difokuskan pada pengujian keterkaitan antara penerapan CRM, mutu layanan, serta reputasi perusahaan dengan tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah di PT. BPR BKK Jepara. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat menitikberatkan pada sejauh mana dimensi-dimensi tersebut mampu membentuk kepuasan yang kemudian berimplikasi pada kesetiaan nasabah. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan paradigma kuantitatif, menggunakan survei kuesioner terhadap 180 nasabah kredit yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan SEM berbantuan AMOS untuk menilai hubungan kausal dan menguji kesesuaian model. Temuan empiris memperlihatkan bahwa CRM, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Selanjutnya, kepuasan terbukti menjadi determinan signifikan bagi loyalitas sekaligus bertindak sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh faktor-faktor independen. Model penelitian yang dibangun memenuhi kriteria goodness of fit dan menjelaskan 72,9% variasi loyalitas, sedangkan 27,1% sisanya dipengaruhi variabel eksternal yang tidak tercakup dalam kerangka penelitian. Keseluruhan hasil ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan hubungan dengan nasabah, pemberian layanan yang adaptif, serta pengelolaan citra yang baik merupakan strategi krusial bagi BPR dalam mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah dan meningkatkan daya saing di sektor perbankan.

Abstract

Background: Self-efficacy is crucial for emergency department nurses, as they must possess skills, make quick decisions, and consistently engage in critical thinking. Research related to self-efficacy of nurses working in emergency departments in Sleman Regency is limited. Objective: To determine the self-efficacy of nurses working in the Emergency Department (ED) in Sleman Regency. Methods: This study used a descriptive analytical method. The study was conducted in four hospitals, comprising one type A facility and three type B facilities, from September to October 2023. The sampling method used was total sampling, which included 122 ED nurses. Self-efficacy was assessed using the General Self-Efficacy (GSE) questionnaire. Univariate analysis, Mann-Whitney, and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used to analyze the data. Results: A total of 57% of ED nurses had a median self-efficacy score of 31 or higher, indicating high self-efficacy. The majority of emergency nurses demonstrated high self-efficacy, especially for the strength component; however, low self-efficacy was found in the magnitude dimension. Comparative analysis showed no significant differences in nurses' self-efficacy across all respondent characteristic variables and work location. Conclusion: The majority of emergency department nurses at Sleman Regency Hospital have high level of self-efficacy. The results of this study can be used to assess the efficacy and formulate policies to improve nurse self-efficacy.INTISARILatar belakang: Efikasi diri sangat penting bagi perawat di ruang gawat darurat karena perawat harus memiliki kecakapan, membuat keputusan cepat, dan secara konsisten terlibat dalam pemikiran kritis. Efikasi diri perawat yang bekerja di ruang gawat darurat di Kabupaten Sleman belum banyak diketahui. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efikasi diri perawat yang bekerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Kabupaten Sleman. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Penelitian dilakukan di empat rumah sakit, yang terdiri dari satu RS tipe A dan tiga RS tipe B pada bulan September – Oktober 2023. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, yang mencakup 122 perawat IGD. Efikasi diri dinilai dengan kuesioner Efikasi Diri Umum (General Self-Efficacy/GSE) dan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan uji beda dengan Mann Whitney dan Kruskal Wallis. Hasil: Sebanyak 57% perawat instalasi gawat darurat memiliki skor efikasi diri median ≥ 31 yang artinya memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi. Mayoritas perawat IGD memperlihatkan efikasi diri yang tinggi pada dimensi kekuatan, tetapi mereka memperlihatkan efikasi diri yang rendah pada dimensi besaran. Pada uji beda, tidak didapatkan perbedaan yang signifikan pada efikasi diri perawat terhadap seluruh variabel karakteristik responden dan tempat bekerja.Simpulan: Mayoritas perawat IGD pada rumah sakit di Kabupaten Sleman memiliki tingkat efikasi diri yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk menilai efektivitas dan merumuskan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri perawat.
