Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and bornout on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive survey research. The research design is a causal research design. The population of this study were 185 respondents in the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Rembang Regency. Proportional Random Sampling technique. The sample size was 126 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results and implications of this study are the workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, that is, the lower the workload, the more it increases the employee's performance. Burnout has a significant negative effect on performance, namely the lower the burnout, the better the performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Burnout has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan bornout terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan penelitian survei deskriptif. Desain penelitian adalah desain penelitian kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 185 responden di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Besar sampel adalah 126 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dan implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yaitu semakin rendah beban kerja maka semakin meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Burnout berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja, yaitu semakin rendah burnout maka semakin baik kinerjanya. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Burnout berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

In the digital economy era, the application of information and communication technology is the main support for MSMEs to improve operational efficiency. This study uses a systematic literature review method to review and analyze literature related to the adoption of digital technology in MSMEs. The results show that digital applications such as inventory management systems, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and financial applications can significantly improve the operational efficiency of MSMEs. However, the adoption of these technologies still faces barriers such as limited resources, lack of technical knowledge, and minimal infrastructure support. To encourage the adoption of digital technology, it is necessary to improve digital literacy, financial support, and strengthen infrastructure. Case studies show the success of MSMEs that have adopted digital technology in increasing sales and operational efficiency. This research provides practical recommendations for MSMEs, government, and other stakeholders in supporting MSME digitalization, which in turn is expected to contribute to the acceleration of the digital economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

The honeydew melon cultivation model using the hydroponic greenhouse method has been widely applied due to its ease in controlling nutrients and the environment. However, complaints from farmers regarding the inaccuracy of nutrient levels and the dynamic environmental changes, that hinder plant growth and fruit quality, have surfaced. The development of autonomous control technology is crucial as a strategic solution to this issue since the quality of honeydew melon management lies in achieving precise and accurate nutrient levels. On the other hand, managing standardized nutrient composition often becomes a challenge for farmers as the needs constantly change over time. Conventional systems are not yet capable of accurately measuring nutrient levels in line with the plant’s growth stages. According to the objectives of this study, which is to improve the productivity and quality of honeydew melons based on the increase in the sweetness index, the development of an autonomous nutrient control system is proposed. This system integrates artificial intelligence algorithms, namely CNN and Fuzzy Logic, to process plant height image data and multisensor data for system control processes. The research findings that applying this integrated technique has resulted in a sweetness increase of 11.7%, or from the previous value of 15 brix to 17 brix. Even a one-point increase in the brix value leads to a sugar increase of 1 gram per 100 gram of liquid content in the fruit, contributing significantly to the market value. These results indicate that AI-supported agricultural management can be realized in future modern farming practices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job analysis and career development on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. The research population consists of employees from the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports of Jepara Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, involving 168 employees. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the assistance of AMOS software version 24. The results show that job analysis and career development have a positive and significant influence on work motivation. Additionally, job analysis and career development also significantly affect employee performance. Furthermore, job analysis and career development influence employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Keywords: Strategy, Coffee Shop, Islamic Business Ethics The research in this thesis is motivated by the increasing number of unemployed in Gresik due to the difficulty of finding work in the formal sector. Seeing the habits of the people, especially men in Gresik Regency, who like to consume coffee drinks, this situation has become an opportunity to set up a coffee shop business. In Gresik you can find many coffee shop businesses, but many of these coffee shops are still classified as micro businesses that have been established for years but have not been able to develop. In this case, the researcher tested what factors influence the success of the coffee shop business in Menganti Satellite Indah Housing, so that the results of this research can be used as input and used as motivation so that entrepreneurs want to improve and develop their business in order to achieve the target, namely success in entrepreneurship. So that later it can be used as a choice for people in entrepreneurship to create jobs and reduce unemployment. This research focuses on what factors influence the success of the Fifa 99 coffee shop business in Menganti Satellite Indah Gresik Housing, whether there is an influence between factor 1 (capital, planning and location) on the success of the Fifa 99 coffee shop business in Menganti Satellite Housing. Beautiful Gresik. This research uses a qualitative approach with an ex post facto type of research. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire method. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire that was filled out by the owner of a coffee shop business in the Menganti Satelit Indah Menganti Housing Complex, Gresik, which was used as the sample in this research. The data analysis method uses validity and reliability tests, factor analysis then assumption tests and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that of the seven variables, namely entrepreneurial characteristics, capital, opportunities, planning, location, marketing and experience studied, there is one factor that influences the success of the coffee shop business in Menganti Satellite Indah Gresik Housing. namely factor 1 capital, planning and strategic location.

Abstract

Abstrak Gugus Penjaminan Mutu Fakultas Teknik adalah suatu Lembaga penjaminan mutu internal yang melaksanakan proses monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pelaksanaan aktivitas tridharma perguruan tinggi yang dilakukan oleh civitas akademik Fakultas Teknik Universitas Suryakancana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diawali adanya permasalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah sebagai berikut, belum ada sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola kegiatan-kegiatan pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu secara digital, Pelayanan informasi kepada pengguna berkaitan dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh gugus penjaminan mutu, dan seringnya terlambatnya penjadwalan pelaksanan monitoring dan evaluasi        mutu internal fakultas. Solusi yang dapat diambil dari permasalahan mitra tersebut adalah merancang dan membuat sistem digitalisasi gugus penjaminan mutu Fakultas Teknik dengan metodologi rekayasa perangkat lunak model waterfall. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah telah dilaksanakan sosialisasi mengenai implementasi penerapan Digitalisasi Sistem Gugus Penjaminan Mutu di Fakultas Teknik, sistem tersebut dapat membantu mitra dalam pengelolaan pemberian informasi pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu internal dan memberikan manfaat untuk peningkatan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kolaborasi dalam pengelolaan penjaminan mutu di Fakultas Teknik secara terintegrasi. Abstract The Faculty of Engineering Quality Assurance Group is an internal quality assurance institution that carries out the monitoring and evaluation process of the implementation of the tridharma activities of higher education carried out by the academic community of the Faculty of Engineering, Suryakancana University. This community service activity began with the following problems faced by partners, namely there is no information sistem that can manage the implementation of the quality assurance sistem digitally, Information services to users related to activities carried out by the quality assurance group, and frequent delays in scheduling the implementation of internal faculty quality monitoring and evaluation. The solution that can be taken from these partner problems is to design and create a digitalization sistem for the Faculty of Engineering quality assurance group with the waterfall model software engineering methodology. The result of this community service is the process of socializing the implementation of the Digitalization of the Quality Assurance Group Sistem which can help partners in managing the provision of information on the implementation of the internal quality assurance sistem and provide benefits for increasing efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration in managing quality assurance in an integrated manner in the Faculty of Engineering

Abstract

The research aims to find out the regression of job achievement motivation towards employee's working satisfaction, the regression of characteristic leadership towards employee's working satisfaction, internal culture towards employee's working satisfaction, job achievement motivation towards employee's working performance, the influence of characteristic leadership towards working performance, the regression of internal culture towards employee's working performance, and the regression of working satisfaction towards employee's working performance in PT. Pura Barutama, the company from Indonesia. The sample is 105 employees. The Questionnaire is used as the instrument while the data analysis is done by using Structural Equation Modeling program. The research found that there is a significant effect of achievement motivation variable towards working satisfaction shown by positive regression. It is also proven by the regression that characteristic leadership is not influential towards working satisfaction of employee; internal culture has a positive effect towards working satisfaction. Meanwhile, achievement motivation has positive regression towards working performance. Characteristic leadership towards working performance is also proven to have regression. Internal culture has a positive effect towards the working performance and working satisfaction also has a positive effect towards working performance.

Abstract

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting, ketersediaan listrik tetapharus selalu ada baik dirumah tangga, perkantoran, tempat-tempat umumataupun industri. Mekanisme stabilizer dalam menjamin fluktuasi listrikterutama yang berada pada wilayah industri merupakan suatu kebutuhan yangsangat diperlukan untuk menjaga keamanan peralatan listrik akibat terjadinyafluktuasi arus listrik yang sewaktu-waktu dapat terjadi. Komparator OpAmpmerupakan suatu komponen aktif elektronika yang dapat difungsikan sebagaipembanding tegangan listrik PLN yang sewaktu-waktu mengalami fluktuasi aruslistrik dengan tegangan referensi sehingga dapat mengantisipasi bila sewaktuwaktu terjadinya fluktuasi arus listrik yang secara otomatis dapat menghindarikerusakan peralatan listrik akibat hal tersebut.

Abstract

Smart Lighting LED adalah sebuah teknologi penerangan jalan yang dikembangkan untuk memberikan penerangan jalan dengan menggunakan konsep tenaga surya dan dilengkapi dua buah sensor, yaitu sensor cahaya dan sensor ultrasonik yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi kondisi cahaya dan obyek yang mendekati sistem Smart Lighting LED. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan solar sel yang akan mengisi tenaga listrik, sehingga listrik yang tersimpan pada sebuah baterai tersebut dapat mensuplai listrik pada malam hari untuk menyalakan lampu LED tersebut. Agar didapat penghematan yang sangat signifikan dibandingkan dengan lampu penerangan yang sudah ada sebelumnya, maka alat ini dilengkapi dengan sensor cahaya yang dapat membedakan cahaya terang dan gelap disuatu lokasi sistem, selain itu sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan sensor ultrasonik yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi suatu obyek yang mendekati sistem tersebut. Jadi sistem ini akan bekerja menyalakan lampu LED, bila kondisi cahaya gelap dan terdapat suatu objek yang melintas didekat area sistem, bisa berupa kendaraan atau manusia.Selain itu sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan rak yang berisi port-port USB yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengisi ulang baterai smartphone. Hal ini tentunya sangat bermanfaat sekali bagi masyarakat yang sedang melintasi jalan tersebut sambil menikmati suasana hiburan malam tanpa perlu kawatir bila suatu saat handphone yang dibawa mati secara mendadak, akibat lupa belum mengecas baterai saat menuju lokasi atau baterai handphone tersebut lowbat.

Abstract

Lampu LED Emergency merupakan sebuah lampu yang dapat menyala ketika gelap danterdapat objek (manusia) yang mendekati lampu. Dengan menggunakan Lampu LED Emergencyini maka aktivitas yang memerlukan bantuan cahaya lampu tidak terhambat hanya dikarenakanpemadaman kistrik oleh PLN yang membuat lampu mati seketika. Lampu LED Emergencydilengkapi sensor cahaya dan ultrasonik yang mendeteksi kondisi intensitas cahaya dankeberadaan objek disekitar lampu.
