ABSTRACT This study analyzes the effect of online marketing, e-service quality, e-recovery service quality on loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Shopee users in Kudus Regency with a sample of 200 respondents. Data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with research results in the first mathematical equation Z (satisfaction) = 0.045 X1 (online marketing) + 0.594 X2 (e-service quality) + 0.367 X3 (e-recovery service quality) with R2 = 0.726 and the second mathematical equation Y = 0.296 X1 + 0.326X2 + 0.150X3 +0.409Z with a value of R2 = 0.989. And the conclusion is that there is a positive and insignificant effect between online marketing on e-recovery service quality satisfaction and loyalty. There is a positive and significant effect of e-service quality on satisfaction, e- recovery service quality on satisfaction, online marketing on loyalty, e-service quality on loyalty, satisfaction on loyalty. Satisfaction only mediates e-service quality on loyalty and does not mediate online marketing on loyalty and e-recovery service quality on loyalty.ABSTRAKPenelitan ini menganalisis pengaruh online marketing, e-service quality, e-recovery service quality terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan konsumen pengguna Shopee di Kabupaten Kudus dengan sampel sebanyak 200 responden. These criteria make not all consumers of the Semarang Larissa Aesthetic Center able to be respondents in this study. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a confirmation approach and uses the AMOS program. The results of the analysis in te study are as follows: (1) celebrity support had a negative and significant effect on consumer trust. (2) brand image has a positive but not significant effect on consumer trust (3) product quality has a negative but not significant effect on consumer confidence (4) celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (5) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (6) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (7) consumer trust has a negative but not significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract Background: Cyclists are often exposed to elevated air pollution, and face masks have been suggested as a means to reduce inhalation of harmful pollutants. However, concerns persist that surgical mask use during cycling may reduce oxygen saturation. Aim: This study aimed to examine the effect of wearing a surgical mask on oxygen saturation during cycling among healthy adults. Methods: This quasi-experimental study used a one-group pretest–posttest design with convenience sampling and included 42 participants who cycled while wearing a surgical mask. Oxygen saturation was measured before and after cycling, and intervention effects were analyzed using a linear mixed model with Bonferroni adjustment to control for participant characteristics. Results: Mean oxygen saturation decreased slightly from 96.7% (SD = 1.4) before cycling to 96.1% (SD = 2.2) after cycling, but the difference was not statistically significant (p = .149). A linear mixed-effects analysis with a Bonferroni adjustment confirmed that neither time nor participant characteristics had a significant effect on oxygen saturation. Conclusions: Wearing a surgical mask while cycling did not cause a significant reduction in oxygen saturation among healthy individuals, suggesting that its use during moderate-intensity cycling is physiologically safe.

Abstract

IntroductionHalal-certified food small and medium-sized enterprises increasingly need to demonstrate not only compliance with halal requirements but also the organizational capability to sustain competitiveness and long-term business performance. Halal Supply Chain Management Practices may provide this capability by integrating supplier governance, traceability, production control, employee competence, and continuous monitoring throughout the supply chain.ObjectivesThis study examines the influence of Halal Supply Chain Management Practices on Business Sustainability among halal-certified food small and medium-sized enterprises and evaluates Competitive Advantage as the mechanism linking halal supply chain capabilities to sustainable business outcomes.MethodThe study employed a quantitative explanatory design using cross-sectional survey data from 150 owners or managers of halal-certified food small and medium-sized enterprises in Kudus Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The relationships among Halal Supply Chain Management Practices, Competitive Advantage, and Business Sustainability were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with measurement-model assessment, structural-model evaluation, and mediation analysis.ResultsHalal Supply Chain Management Practices had a strong positive effect on Competitive Advantage, while Competitive Advantage positively influenced Business Sustainability. The indirect effect of Halal Supply Chain Management Practices on Business Sustainability through Competitive Advantage was also positive and statistically significant, indicating that competitive positioning constitutes an important pathway through which halal supply chain capabilities generate sustainable organizational value. The model explained substantial variance in both Competitive Advantage and Business Sustainability. However, the direct relationship between Halal Supply Chain Management Practices and Business Sustainability should be interpreted cautiously because the available statistical outputs contain an inconsistency between the reported direct and total effects.ImplicationsThe findings indicate that halal certification should be treated as a foundation for broader capability development rather than as the endpoint of halal management. Managers and policymakers should emphasize supplier integration, traceability, employee capability, digital readiness, and post-certification development to strengthen long-term sustainability.Originality/NoveltyThis study integrates the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capability Theory to conceptualize halal supply chain governance as a strategic and adaptive organizational capability. It contributes a mechanism-based explanation showing how Halal Supply Chain Management Practices can create Business Sustainability through Competitive Advantage in halal-certified food small and medium-sized enterprises.
