Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of wom and brand image on repurchase interest with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Deco 100 Kuala Tanjung store. The research method used was a quantitative method using the help of SPSS version 25.00.which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to 96 Kuala Tanjung Deco 100 customers. The analytical method used in this study is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption tests are normality tests, multicolonearity tests, heteroscedasity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), hypothesis tests, namely T tests and path analysis (Path analysis). The results of SPSS in this study are Word Of Mouth variables affect consumer satisfaction, Brand Image variables affect consumer satisfaction, Word Of Mouth variables affect Repurchase Interest, Brand Image variables affect Repurchase Interest, consumer satisfaction variables affect Repurchase Interest And path analysis shows Word Of Mouth has no effect on Repurchase Interest through consumer satisfaction, and Brand Image has no effect on Repurchase Interest through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and product design on iPhone purchasing decisions (case study of customers of the Fdstore store in Tebing Tinggi City). The research method used is the Quantitative Method using SPSS version 25.00. The technique for determining the sample size used sampling. The total number was 56 respondents, namely consumers who bought iPhones at the Fdstore, Tebing Tinggi City. The sampling technique for this research uses Accidental Sampling. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research are 1) Product Quality influences Purchasing Decisions, 2) Brand Image influences Purchasing Decisions, 3) Product Design influences Purchasing Decisions, 4) Product Quality, Brand Image and Product Design simultaneously influence Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and brand image on buying interest and its impact on purchasing decisions Case study at Café Kopi Dolok Tebing Tinggi. The research method used is quantitative method using the help of SPSS version 25.00. which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to Café Kopi Dolok consumers as many as 96 respondents. The analysis method used in this study is to use instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedacity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing, namely the T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this study are that the location variable has an effect on purchase interest, the Brand Image variable has no effect on Purchase interest, the location variable has no effect on purchasing decisions, the Brand Image variable has no effect on purchasing decisions, the purchase interest variable has an effect on purchasing decisions, the Purchase Interest variable can mediate the relationship between Location affects purchasing decisions, the Purchase Interest variable can mediate the relationship between Brand Image affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Experience and Facilities on Employee Performance at the Dolok Merawan District Office with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The analysis method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis (R2), hypothesis tests, namely T tests and Path Analysis. The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this study are that work experience affects work motivation, work facilities affect work motivation, work experience does not affect performance, work facilities affect performance, work motivation affects performance, Work Motivation can mediate the relationship between work experience does not affect employee performance, Work Motivation cannot mediate the relationship between work facilities and performance.
