Abstract

This perception and communication is very important to know because it understands behavioral science. Communication occurs when someone wants to convey information to others. And this communication can work properly and correctly and if the delivery of the information conveys it properly, and the recipient of the information receives it not in the form of a ride. Perception is essentially a cognitive process experienced by everyone in understanding information about their environment, through sight, hearing, appreciation, feeling and smell. Communication is the process of conveying information from one person to another, either by telephone, letter, conversation, expression, a combination of these methods, and so on. In essence, perception is a process of evaluating a person against a particular object. Because perception is an activity of sensing, integrating and providing an assessment of physical objects and social objects, and this sensing depends on physical and social stimuli in the environment. In the process of individual perception required to provide an assessment of an object that can be positive/negative, happy or not happy and so on. With the existence of perception, attitudes will be formed, namely a stable tendency to apply or act in a certain way in certain situations

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to implement the independent learning curriculum in an Islamic perspective. This research is Library Research (library), aims to collect data and information from books, magazines, documents, records, and historical stories and other stories, the data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The analysis in this study uses content analysis or content analysis. Content analysis will produce a conclusion regarding the language style of the book, ideas in the contents of the book and grammar. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in an Islamic perspective, provides guidance to students for independent learning, and has high creativity, by increasing solidarity, as well as establishing hospitality and in the implementation of independent learning, there is an ethos of fastabiqul khairat (competition in virtue) that must be cultivated.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk efektivitas kebijakan pendidikan dalam mengatasi tantangan aksesibilitas, pemerataan, dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, analisis dokumen kebijakan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kebijakan berhasil meningkatkan akses pendidikan untuk kelompok prasejahtera, tantangan dalam implementasi, seperti ketepatan sasaran dan kelengkapan data, masih menjadi kendala. Selain itu, Kurikulum Merdeka menunjukkan potensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, tetapi membutuhkan dukungan pelatihan guru dan infrastruktur yang memadai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya evaluasi kebijakan berbasis bukti dan pelibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan. Evaluasi yang berkelanjutan dapat menjadi katalisator untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan nasional yang adil, berkualitas, dan adaptif terhadap dinamika global.

Abstract

In schools, paper waste is a serious problem because high usage for assignments, duplication of materials, and administration is not balanced with effective waste management, so waste paper is often thrown away without being recycled, leading to waste accumulation and negative impacts on the environment. To overcome this, activities with a service learning (SL) approach are carried out, integrating student learning with community service. This approach not only allows students to apply the knowledge gained in the classroom, but also develops social skills, empathy, and responsibility. This activity went through the stages of problem identification, planning, service implementation, reflection, demonstration, evaluation, and sustainable development, attended by 25 students of SMP Negeri 16 Surabaya and supported by the Surabaya City Environmental Agency, as well as PPG students of the State University of Surabaya. The result was the creation of a 3-dimensional map of Indonesia's islands from paper waste, which showed good enthusiasm and student participation.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to provide counseling and evaluation about the importance of law-based education in the use of social media, as well as providing guidance for users to behave ethically and responsibly. The benefit of this social media wise education is that the public gains insight into the impact of media use. social and legal rules governing the use of this platform. The implementation methods we use are observation, socialization and mentoring. This socialization is provided by providing a direct understanding of the impact of using social media based on the laws governing the use of social media, so that people can be wiser in using social media. After the socialization, it is hoped that the public will gain a good understanding of the law, which can help social media users avoid legal problems and increase positive interactions in cyberspace.

Abstract

AbstrakUrgensi psikologi di dalam ilmu komunikasi interpersonal menjadi salah satu instrumen yang membantu komunikator untuk mengetahui dan memahami karakteristik ataupun kepribadian komunikan. Komunikasi interpersonal tidak bisa berlangsung secara efektif untuk mencapai tujuan komunikator ketika dalam proses interaksi dengan komunikan tidak menggunakan ilmu psikologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi psikologi dalam perspektif komunikasi interpersonal dan teori-teori psikologi komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan, sedangkan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi yakni mengambil data dari berbagai buku, jurnal dan laporan riset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa urgensi psikologi dalam perspektif komunikasi interpersonal akan menjadi efektif dan berdampak secara signifikan ketika dikolaborasikan dengan psikologi, karena tanpa adanya psikologi proses komunikasi interpersonal akan terhampat bahkan sulit untuk mencapai tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh seorang komunikator. Teori psikologi komunikasi interpersonal terdiri dari teori interaksi simbolik, teori manajemen koordinasi makna, teori pelanggaran harapan, dan teori keterlibatan interaksi. Abstract The urgency of psychology in the science of interpersonal communication is one of the instruments that helps communicators to know and understand the characteristics or personality of communicants. Interpersonal communication cannot take place effectively to achieve the communicator's goals when in the process of interaction with communicants do not use psychology. This study aims to analyze the urgency of psychology in the perspective of interpersonal communication and psychological theories of interpersonal communication. This research uses qualitative research with a literature approach, while the type of data used is secondary data. The data collection technique uses documentation, namely taking data from various books, journals and research reports. The results showed that the urgency of psychology in the perspective of interpersonal communication will be effective and have a significant impact when collaborated with psychology, because without psychology the interpersonal communication process will be hampered and even difficult to achieve the desired goals of a communicator. The psychological theory of interpersonal communication consists of symbolic interaction theory, meaning coordination management theory, expectation violation theory, and interaction involvement theory.

Abstract

The success of companies engaged in the field of distributors is not only from good and smart human resources, but how ready the company's way to provide tools or programs supporting the work of employees. Some of the problems are the administration system between the company's internal divisions, so there are restrictions on the processing of input data, processes, outputs that are still manual. Web Application is made to facilitate employees to conduct administrative activities with the access role of each user admin division, for example inventory data, creation of sales invoices, road letters, procurement forms and bookkeeping. In addition, The Web View application is already responsive in this sense can adjust the device PC / Tablet / Mobile, then for visualization of data calculation already using cart / data graphics in real time, and there is also a feature preview, download and print JPEG, PNG, PDF, Barcode and QR code. Web Testing This application with black box method and shows it is running well and no error method, so it can be declared passed. Web Creation This application involves the LTE 2.0 Admin Template with bootstrap CSS, for programmer frameworks using MVC model view controllers that exist in the Code Igniter 3.0 framework so that it is faster and easier to implement or developed in other field companies or in the manufacturing industry. Tests using lighthouse for perform by 94% showed that the application designed to have a good performance for display results, and its access value of 60%, indicating that the process related to responsiveness between users is appropriate both using PC / Tablet / Mobile

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kurikulum sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan. kurikulum adalah bagian penting untuk mendapatkan atau memperoleh target pembelajaran yang diharapkan. untuk mengendaalikan kegiatan proses pendidikan diperlukan suatu tindakan strategis yaitu kurikulum. Prosedur kualitatif, seperti pengumpulan data, pemrosesan, dan analisis, digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Beragam pendekatan digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, termasuk: Pengembangan kurikulum yang meliputi metode pengajaran dan keseluruhan sistem pembelajaran, Penyediaan buku pelajaran inti bagi para siswa, Penyediaan alat peraga dan berbagai peralatan pendidikan yang lain untuk tingkat laboratorium sains untuk sekolah dasar, taman kanak-kanak, dan sekolah khusus tingkat SMP dan SMA, serta fasilitas dan peralatan untuk praktik di sekolah-kejuruan dan teknik, Penyediaan buku-buku berkualitas yang diperoleh melalui pustaka sekolah. Seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan pendidikan ditujukan untuk menjalankan proses pengajaran secara efektif dan efisien yang dikenal sebagai administrasi pengajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to Manage Multi-Stakeholder Relationships in Strategic Management. The type of research used is literature study, data collection with documentation, data analysis with content analysis. In management strategy, management relationships with various stakeholders are crucial aspects that include the formation of strong networks and unity, understanding the dual roles carried out by various parties, and determining special roles in management. Networks and functions to create synergy and strategic alliances in achieving organizational goals, while dual roles require managerial abilities to handle conflicting interests wisely. On the other hand, special management roles are needed to facilitate communication, maintain trust, and create added value for all stakeholders. By managing these three aspects effectively, organizations can increase legitimacy, strengthen strategic positions, and ensure continuity in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Abstract

Education must be able to produce graduates who think globally and act locally, and are grounded in noble morals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of teaching staff management on the quality of graduates at SDN 006 Batu Belah, Siantan Timur District, Anambas Islands Regency. The type of research is quantitative. The results of the study found that the teaching staff management variable has an influence on the quality of graduates at SDN 006 Batu Belah by 42%, this means that teaching staff management can be used as a tool to predict the quality of graduates. The better the teaching staff management, the better the quality of graduates. 2) The results of the study found that the teaching staff management variable has an influence on the quality of graduates at SDN 006 Batu Belah by 42%. This means that there is a significant influence of teaching staff management and the quality of graduates at SDN 006 Batu Belah.
