Abstract

This study uses the theory put forward by Kotler and Keller regarding the marketing mix, which is divided into the 7 Ps (product, promotion, price, place, people, process, and physical evidence), to discuss the marketing strategy for Umrah products at Travel Smart Umrah Lampung. This study aims to reveal the marketing strategy used by Travel Smarts Umrah to increase the number of pilgrims. This research is qualitative descriptive research, or field research, which uses primary and secondary data sources. The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research conducted, Travel Smarts Umrah Lampung's marketing strategy to increase the number of pilgrims uses two methods: placing advertisements on all social media, going directly to prospective pilgrims, and distributing flyers through official Travel Smarts Umrah partners. In addition, through the ta'lim assembly, partnering with agencies, offering a bailout payment system, and prioritizing services for pilgrims.

Abstract

Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) is the fear of being left behind by new and interesting things that exist. Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) is not dangerous, but if handled properly, it can affect a person's emotional well-being or make individuals feel depressed, anxious, and dissatisfied with their lives, thus triggering stress and anxiety that can interfere with mental health. The research method used is quantitative, while the data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires to correspondents. Subjects or samples in this study amounted to 37 (thirty-seven) teenagers in Surabaya. This study uses a descriptive analysis method to determine the anxiety that occurs in adolescents due to Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). The questionnaire showed that adolescents who experienced FoMO were 8% of the total number of correspondents because they did not believe in their abilities and always saw others as better than themselves.

Abstract

Remote work has become increasingly popular in recent years, particularly following the global shift in work dynamics due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Such situations lead to new challenges in maintaining social connections and productivity among workers. Therefore, this study examines how hybrid coworking spaces, including cafés and Discord channels, function as community hubs for remote workers. Using a qualitative approach, the researcher conducted digital ethnography over six months (June-November 2023) on a coworking community for remote workers in Surabaya, Indonesia. In-depth interviews with eleven remote workers were also conducted. The findings show that cafés provide a social and productive environment as it gives remote workers a balance of focus and casual interaction. Discord channels further support this by creating a virtual coworking space that facilitates continuous communication, collaboration, and emotional support. The hybrid coworking spaces then creates a unified community hub that help reduce loneliness and build social connections among remote workers. This approach not only increases workers’ productivity but also enhances emotional well-being. It provides remote workers with both social energy and flexibility. The study concludes that the integration of physical and digital spaces can form a sense of community which supports remote workers in maintaining motivation and connection.

Abstract

Masalah utama yang dialami kelas 5 di SDN Margomulyo 1 Ngawi adalah rendahnya hasil belajar pada materi kubus dan balok. Penyebabnya adalah minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik, sehingga siswa cenderung pasif dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pencapaian belajar dengan menerapkan model Discovery Learning dengan media Pop Up Book sebagai alat bantu visual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa, dengan rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 54,28 pada pra siklus menjadi 85,81 pada siklus kedua. Penggunaan model Discovery Learning dengan Pop Up Book terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep kubus dan balok, serta memotivasi siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

Bank Sampah Cantik Resik Kelurahan Jati Kramat adalah organisasi swadaya masyarakat yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan pengelolaan sampah.Permasalahan internal pada proses pengelolaan data bank sampah, petugas akan mencatat setiap kali adai pengambilan sampah dan mencatat informasi tabungan sehingga sering terjadinya kerangkapan pencatatan data sampah nasabah hal ini menyebabkan kekeliruan dalam catatan nasabah. Sistem informasi Bank Sampah terbagi menjadi tiga hak akses login: admin, nasabah, dan ketua admin..Login Nasabah dapat mengakses menu untuk melihat jadwal penyetoran sampah, memilih booking jadwal penyetoran sampah yang akan datang dan menu transaksi untuk melihat riwayat transaksi penyetoran sampah, serta melihat informasi total invoice dari hasil penyetoran sampah. Akses login Admin dapat mengakses menu mengelola data nasabah, mengelola data sampah, memproses jadwal baru penyetoran sampah, melihat list booking jadwal nasabah, mengelolah transaksi sampah, memproses pembayaran invoice serta melihat riwayat data keselurahan invoice penyetoran sampah, admin juga dapat mencetak laporan. Akses login Ketua Admin dapat mengakses menu Transaksi untuk melihat dan mengelola data laporan Invoice keselurahan penyetoran sampah. Penggunaan sistem informasi bank sampah pada BS cantik resik dapat meningkatkan layanan nasabah dan mempercepat proses pengolahan data sampah nasabah, dan meningkatkan kinerja operasional bank sampah BS cantik resik. Abstract

The company's kitchen set ordering system still uses a manual system, so when a customer wants to order a kitchen set, the customer has to come to the company. Another problem that arises is when the customer is selecting a sample photo of the kitchen set he wants to order, this information is not available. This research produces a website-based system with the Item Based Collaborative Filtering method that is used for the process of calculating recommendations for kitchen set photo examples, where the system can recommend kitchen set photo examples to customers. Making this system aims to make it easier for customers and admins when making an order process, and can make the order process anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Abstrak Perencanaan produksi merupakan faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dan profitabilitas suatu perusahaan dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar. Untuk produksi yang optimal, perusahaan perlu merencanakan shift dan perencanaan produksi yang optimal. Hal ini termasuk membuat jadwal produksi yang optimal dan memastikan kualitas produksi yang optimal. Sistem penjadwalan produksi pada PT. Bogasari Flour Mills masih melakukan penjadwalan dengan menggunakan lembaran excel yang berisi rencana target produksi lalu dibagikan kepada tim operator Mill. Pembuatan jadwal dengan cara ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan sering ditemukan ketidaksesuaian. Pada saat proses produksinya, sering ditemukan masalah pada mesin penggiling yang membuat produksi harus stop sementara untuk dilakukan maintenance. Sehingga hasil produksi tidak sesuai dengan jadwal rencana produksi. Perubahan dilakukan hanya dengan menambahkan keterangan pada lembaran excel. Pada saat terjadinya perubahan jadwal produksi tidak dapat dilakukan secara cepat, mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam menjaga konsistensi dan ketepatan jadwal produksi. Alternatif solusinya adalah dengan membangun sistem informasi yang menghubungkan perencanaan produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi PPIC dan Operator Mill dalam operasional sehari-hari. Sistem ini terdiri dari sistem penjadwalan produksi yang meliputi jadwal produksi, operator, dan laporan produksi harian. Sistem menggunakan diagram use case untuk mengidentifikasi interaksi antara proses dan informasi dari masing-masing aktor. Metode Early Due Date (EDD) digunakan dalam aplikasi untuk meminimalkan biaya tenaga kerja dengan menghitung tanggal jatuh tempo. Kata kunci: Miller; Penjadwalan; Produksi. Abstract Production planning is a key factor that influences the success and profitability of a company in meeting market demand. For optimal production, companies need to plan shifts and optimal production planning. This includes creating an optimal production schedule and ensuring optimal production quality. Production scheduling system at PT. Bogasari Flour Mills is still scheduling using an excel sheet containing the production target plan which is then distributed to the mill operator team. Making schedules in this way takes a long time and discrepancies are often found. During the production process, problems are often found with the grinding machine which means production has to be stopped temporarily for maintenance. So, the production results do not match the production plan schedule. Changes are made by simply adding information to the excel sheet. When changes to the production schedule occur, they cannot be made quickly, resulting in difficulties in maintaining consistency and accuracy in the production schedule. An alternative solution is to build an information system that connects production planning to increase the efficiency of PPIC and Mill Operators in daily operations. This system consists of a production scheduling system which includes production schedules, operators, and daily production reports. The system uses use case diagrams to identify interactions between processes and information from each actor. The Early Due Date (EDD) method is used in the application to minimize labor costs by calculating the due date. Keywords: Miller, Production, Schedulling.

Abstract

In today's digital age, information technology (IT) plays a vital role in supporting and improving a company's business performance. This article measures the degree of IT governance maturity in PT. Triple “A” Securities using the Weill and Ross IT Governance model as well as the COBIT 4.1 framework. The scope of the research includes the analysis of the plan and organize process in COBIT 4.1 and the measurement of the maturity rate using the COBIT 4.1 Maturity Model. The results of the study show that some IT processes in PT are at the initial (initial) and repeatable (repeatable) maturity levels, with an average maturity rating of 1.85, indicating that the company is between level 1 (ad hoc) and level 2 (repetable). Further analysis is done on IT decisions, business strategy, IT strategy, and process control. The conclusions of this study provide insight into the IT governance patterns that exist in the PT. Triple “A” Securities and suggest areas of improvement to improve the maturity of IT governance in the future. This research is also expected to be a benchmark for companies in managing IT more effectively and efficiently, as well as identifying obstacles and encouraging the implementation of good IT governance.

Abstract

Rasyaf Collection Clothing Store offers a wide variety of women's clothing, including dresses, pants, accessories, shoes, jackets, and more. Currently, Rasyaf Collection Boutique's marketing system relies on social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. However, the boutique owner has not yet implemented effective marketing strategies, making it difficult to reach customers, as they have to visit the boutique in person to purchase clothing, which limits the marketing reach. One of the challenges hindering the development of this business is the lack of product information available to potential customers, such as difficulties in identifying the types of products being sold and managing product inventory. The development of this system implements a prototyping model and is carried out in stages or linearly. It involves analyzing customer behavior from specific groups using market analysis methods. When specific patterns are unknown, market basket analysis is typically used as a starting point to gather information about transaction data. Data sources for market basket analysis include credit card transactions, discount coupons, lottery tickets, and customer complaint calls. The results of this research indicate that the developed e-commerce website application can assist the boutique owner in selling various types of clothing and managing product inventory. Additionally, this application will make it easier for customers to access information about the products being sold and allow them to choose clothing from Rasyaf Collection Boutique.

Abstract Bank Sampah Cantik Resik Jati Kramat Village is a non-governmental organization that operates in the field of waste management utilization.Internal problems in the waste bank data management process, officers still have to record every transaction, such as waste input and savings detail recording, which often leads to duplicate recording of customer waste data, causing errors in customer records. The Waste Bank information system is divided into three login access rights:customer access rights, admin access rights, and chief admin access rights.Login Customers can access the menu to view the waste deposit schedule, select bookings for upcoming waste deposit schedules, and the transaction menu to view the history of waste deposit transactions, as well as view the total invoice information from the waste deposit results. Admin login access can manage customer data, manage waste data, process new waste deposit schedules, view the list of customer booking schedules, manage waste transactions, process invoice payments, and view the overall history of waste deposit invoices. Admin can also print reports. Login access The Admin Chair can access the Transaction menu to view and manage the overall Invoice report data for waste deposits. The use of the waste bank information system at BS Cantik Resik can improve customer service, expedite the processing of customer waste data, and enhance the operational performance of the BS Cantik Resik waste bank.
