Abstract

Sektor hortikultura berperan penting dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan dan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat. Permintaan terhadap sayuran sehat seperti selada romaine semakin meningkat karena kandungan gizinya yang tinggi. Kelompok Tani Budi Rahayu di Desa Cibodas, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, menjadi salah satu penghasil selada romaine yang dikelola secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas on farm dan pascapanen selada romaine serta menggambarkan aliran barang, informasi, dan uang dalam rantai pasoknya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses budidaya dilakukan secara sistematis, mulai dari pengolahan lahan hingga panen. Sementara itu, pascapanen mencakup sortasi, grading , pengemasan, dan distribusi. Tiga aliran utama dalam rantai pasok berjalan secara terintegrasi dan dua arah. Aliran barang bergerak dari input hingga produk akhir ke pasar, aliran informasi untuk menyelaraskan produksi dan permintaan, sedangkan aliran uang bergerak dari hasil penjualan petani dan penyedia input. Keterpaduan ini mendukung efisiensi dan kehausan produksi. Disarankan agar kelompok tani terus meningkatkan efisiensi produksi melalui pemanfaatan teknologi sederhana serta memperkuat branding produk untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya saing di pasar.

Abstract

Perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat mendorong indsutri untuk cepat beradaptasi terhadap preferensi konsumen. Termasuk pada industri minuman khususnya teh. Teh Walini sebagai salah satu produk teh lokal dari PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 2 menghadapi tantangan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen di tengaj persaingan produk-produk impor yang lebih inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen Teh Walini berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, dan perilaku konsumsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 120 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria responden dari penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang telah membeli atau mengonsumsi Teh Walini dalam enam bulan terakhir. Data yang telah terkumpul lalu dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas konsumen Teh Walini adalah perempuan berusia 21–30 tahun dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir SMA dan berprofesi sebagai karyawan swasta. Sebagian besar konsumen memiliki pengeluaran kurang dari Rp50.000 per bulan untuk membeli teh, dan frekuensi pembelian dalam satu bulan umumnya hanya satu kali. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak perusahaan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat sasaran dan mempertimbangkan inovasi produk yang bertujuan untuk menjaga loyalitas konsumen di pasar minuman teh.

Abstract

Local food plays a role in enhancing economic, social, and environmental sustainability. However, maximizing the utilization of local food faces various challenges. This study aims to identify publication trends and synthesize knowledge in the context of local food in Indonesia.     This study employed the PRISMA diagram for a systematic literature review and Vosviewer for bibliometric analysis. The data used in this research consisted of articles on local food in Indonesia from the Scopus database. Publications on local food in Indonesia have increased from 1994 to the present. The journal with the most scientific articles is the Journal of Biodiversity. Based on bibliometric analysis, words related to local food in Indonesia can be clustered into 5 clusters. Future research in the context of local food in Indonesia can be linked to small and medium enterprises, farmers, nutritional status, health, and traditional food.

Abstract

Komunikoffie is a pioneer industrial garden coffeeshop in Cirebon City that focuses on selling various types of Arabica coffee beans from local agricultural products. However, in the last 3 months (October-December 2023) period, Komunikoffie experienced a 5.3% decline in revenue and a stagnation in the number of customer per month. Electronic Word of Mouth or e-WOM is a consumer statement about a company or product through the Internet, possibly being a major factor in the revenue decline and customer stagnation during that period. This study aims to determine the characteristics and influence of e-WOM on Komunikoffie consumer purchasing decisions. The research employs a survey, quantitative research, and verification design with a sample size of 118 people taken using systematic random sampling. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research findings, Komunikoffie consumers are predominantly males in the late adolescent age group, 17 to 25 years old, with higher education, students/college students with an average income ranging from Rp.1,000,000.00 to Rp.4,999,999.00, unmarried, and following Komunikoffie's Instagram. Simultaneously, the intensity, positive valence, negative valence, and content variables have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Partially, the intensity, positive valence, and content variables have a positive and significant impact on Komunikoffie consumer purchasing decisions, while the negative valence variable partially has a negative but not significant effect on Komunikoffie consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Traditional markets are experiencing a threat to their existence in the eyes of consumers due to changes in lifestyle and the large role of access to information in changing people's behavior. Changes in prices, consumer habits and quality standards are the causes of changes in people's habits from shopping at traditional markets to other places. Ujung Berung District has 1 market that needs attention in terms of infrastructure, namely Ujung Berung Market. The problem of inadequate infrastructure and environmental conditions puts Ujung Berung Market in a worrying position in terms of competition. This research was conducted by the author to understand the characteristics of respondents and examine the characteristics of consumers of rice food so that Ujung Berung Market and its traders can know how to develop the right strategy to survive. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The result is that Ujung Berung Market consumers are dominated by women, with an age distribution of 17 – 25 years, with the majority of income <Rp. 1,500,000 and >Rp. 3,500,001, the majority live 1 - 5 kilometers from the Traditional Market, and the majority have a history of Modern Market. <5 kilometers near his house.

Abstract

The Bank Indonesia Social Program is here to carry out community development, one of its targets is Agronative. The aim of the research is to describe the characteristics of farmers in implementing PSBI, determine the impact of development on the welfare of farming communities, and determine the effectiveness of implementing PSBI in Agronative. The research method uses quantitative methods with an explanatory survey. 28 samples were taken using a saturated sample census. The author uses descriptive analysis and simple regression as data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that most of the farmers are aged 36-45 years, have 3 family members, with primary school education, have 10 years of farming experience where the source of information comes from relatives, manage 2,250 m² of land with land tenant status with a middle income . The R2value obtained is 0.185, meaning that the influence of PSBI on farmer welfare can be explained by the community development variable of 18.5%. Even though there is still a shortage of human resources, this program has been effective in improving the welfare of its members.

Abstract

Lettuce is a plant that can be grown well with the hydroponic method and is widely developed by small or large scale hydroponic farmers because it has a relatively large market potential. PT ABC is an agribusiness company that produces baby romaine lettuce and distributes it to many consumers. However, the supply quantity of baby romaine lettuce produced by the company is always erratic. This can raise risks that can occur in the baby romaine lettuce supply chain at PT ABC. This study aims to identify the risks that arise in the supply chain of baby romaine lettuce. The research method used is a qualitative method using descriptive analysis. The results showed that there were 16 risk events that occurred in the baby romaine lettuce supply chain at PT ABC.

Abstract

Lettuce is one of the horticultural products that has high economic value and potential to be developed. This vegetable is in great demand by hotels, restaurants, and for export abroad. The high demand for lettuce is not matched by a high supply, so Indonesia must continue to import lettuce. In fact, according to the General Manager of PT XYZ, this product provides considerable profits for the company. At PT XYZ, one of the most popular products is baby romaine lettuce. This vegetable is grown organically using NFT hydroponic technology. This product is offered to modern retailers, hotels, restaurants, cafes, and end users with a price range of Rp15,000-Rp60,000 depending on the packaging. The purpose of this study was to determine the value chain of baby romaine lettuce commodities at PT XYZ for modern retail. The research design used is a qualitative approach with a literature study research method. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the company carried out value activities, especially the main activities and supporting activities. The constraints faced in the baby romaine lettuce value chain are unstable production, demand that tends to fluctuate, and product returns by consumers because the quality and quantity of products do not match consumer demand. The most crucial constraint is the unstable production because it makes it impossible for the company to fulfill consumer demand. In addition, the company still cannot find a solution to this problem.

Abstract

This study explains the model of learning development and evaluation in Indonesian subjects at MTs Miftahul Khoir. The main objective of this study is to explore the learning development and evaluation model as an effort to improve the quality of students in understanding Indonesian lessons. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods involve interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through three stages: reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) the Indonesian learning development model in MTs Miftahul Khoir involves reading, listening/listening, writing, and dialogue/speaking models, 2) Evaluation of the learning model is carried out with daily tests, midterm tests, quick quizzes, and through the results of discussions and questions and answers to students. The headmaster engages in class visits and reports on learning outcomes at the end of the semester as part of the learning evaluation, in an effort to improve students' abilities and achievements in Indonesian.

Abstract

Toko Sumber Rezeki Agro Tama merupakan tempat usaha yang bergerak di bidang pertanian, dimana dalam menetapkan harga jual per produknya hanya berdasarkan asumsi atau perkiraan saja, akibatnya harga jual produk yang ditetapkan seringkali tidak optimal sehingga profitabilitas usaha akan menurun. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku usaha yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengetahui harga jual produk mereka dan mengajarkan mereka bagaimana cara menentukan harga jual yang kompetitif sehingga dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas bisnis yang dijalankan. Melalui metode purposive sampling, pengabdian ini melibatkan proses wawancara yang mendalam dan pengamatan secara langsung dengan pemilik usaha dan karyawan Toko Sumber Rezeki Agro Tama di Desa Purwoadi 19A. Selanjutnya, data yang dikumpulkan digunakan untuk membuat materi pendampingan yang meliputi perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi untuk menentukan harga jual. Program pendampingan ini mencakup berbagai kegiatan seperti sosialisasai dan pendampingan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi dalam menetapkan harga jual. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan pelaku usaha yang mulai memahami konsep perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi, komponen biaya yang termasuk di dalamnya, dan cara menghitungnya secara tepat. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini, pelaku usaha dapat menetapkan harga jual produknya secara optimal dan sesuai dengan harga di pasaran.
