Abstract

Rasyaf Collection Clothing Store offers a wide variety of women's clothing, including dresses, pants, accessories, shoes, jackets, and more. Currently, Rasyaf Collection Boutique's marketing system relies on social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. However, the boutique owner has not yet implemented effective marketing strategies, making it difficult to reach customers, as they have to visit the boutique in person to purchase clothing, which limits the marketing reach. One of the challenges hindering the development of this business is the lack of product information available to potential customers, such as difficulties in identifying the types of products being sold and managing product inventory. The development of this system implements a prototyping model and is carried out in stages or linearly. It involves analyzing customer behavior from specific groups using market analysis methods. When specific patterns are unknown, market basket analysis is typically used as a starting point to gather information about transaction data. Data sources for market basket analysis include credit card transactions, discount coupons, lottery tickets, and customer complaint calls. The results of this research indicate that the developed e-commerce website application can assist the boutique owner in selling various types of clothing and managing product inventory. Additionally, this application will make it easier for customers to access information about the products being sold and allow them to choose clothing from Rasyaf Collection Boutique.

Abstract

Abstrak Bank Sampah Cantik Resik Kelurahan Jati Kramat adalah organisasi swadaya masyarakat yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan pengelolaan sampah.Permasalahan internal pada proses pengelolaan data bank sampah, petugas akan mencatat setiap kali adai pengambilan sampah dan mencatat informasi tabungan sehingga sering terjadinya kerangkapan pencatatan data sampah nasabah hal ini menyebabkan kekeliruan dalam catatan nasabah. Sistem informasi Bank Sampah terbagi menjadi tiga hak akses login: admin, nasabah, dan ketua admin..Login Nasabah dapat mengakses menu untuk melihat jadwal penyetoran sampah, memilih booking jadwal penyetoran sampah yang akan datang dan menu transaksi untuk melihat riwayat transaksi penyetoran sampah, serta melihat informasi total invoice dari hasil penyetoran sampah. Akses login Admin dapat mengakses menu mengelola data nasabah, mengelola data sampah, memproses jadwal baru penyetoran sampah, melihat list booking jadwal nasabah, mengelolah transaksi sampah, memproses pembayaran invoice serta melihat riwayat data keselurahan invoice penyetoran sampah, admin juga dapat mencetak laporan. Akses login Ketua Admin dapat mengakses menu Transaksi untuk melihat dan mengelola data laporan Invoice keselurahan penyetoran sampah. Penggunaan sistem informasi bank sampah pada BS cantik resik dapat meningkatkan layanan nasabah dan mempercepat proses pengolahan data sampah nasabah, dan meningkatkan kinerja operasional bank sampah BS cantik resik. Kata kunci: Bank Sampah, pencatatan sampah, penyetoran sampah. Abstract Bank Sampah Cantik Resik Jati Kramat Village is a non-governmental organization that operates in the field of waste management utilization.Internal problems in the waste bank data management process, officers still have to record every transaction, such as waste input and savings detail recording, which often leads to duplicate recording of customer waste data, causing errors in customer records. The Waste Bank information system is divided into three login access rights:customer access rights, admin access rights, and chief admin access rights.Login Customers can access the menu to view the waste deposit schedule, select bookings for upcoming waste deposit schedules, and the transaction menu to view the history of waste deposit transactions, as well as view the total invoice information from the waste deposit results. Admin login access can manage customer data, manage waste data, process new waste deposit schedules, view the list of customer booking schedules, manage waste transactions, process invoice payments, and view the overall history of waste deposit invoices. Admin can also print reports. Login access The Admin Chair can access the Transaction menu to view and manage the overall Invoice report data for waste deposits. The use of the waste bank information system at BS Cantik Resik can improve customer service, expedite the processing of customer waste data, and enhance the operational performance of the BS Cantik Resik waste bank. Abstract

Abstract. The formal opening of women’s access to practical politics in Indonesia reflects the government’s commitment to fostering gender-sensitive public policy. However, women’s representation in parliament remains significantly below the expected threshold. In Cirebon Regency, only 13 out of 50 seats (26%) were held by women in the 2014 local election, increasing slightly to 28% in 2019, but declining to 12% in 2024. This study aims to explore women’s political representation in the Cirebon elections through the lens of social relations and Islamic perspectives. This research employs a literature study method, utilizing data from reputable national and international journals, books, media sources, and statistics from the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency. Keywords include: Gender, Women’s Politics, National Legislation, Women’s Electability, Social and Islamic Relations.The findings indicate that the limited representation of women is rooted in two main factors: patriarchal social norms and religious interpretations of leadership. To address these challenges, the study proposes five strategic alternatives: (1) fostering women’s political awareness through direct service actions such as social assistance; (2) promoting political education via religious platforms; (3) transforming patriarchal mindsets through basic leadership training in schools and madrasahs; (4) strengthening female leadership in youth and civic organizations; and (5) embedding religious study groups (jamíyah) as a social subculture to foster public trust in female leadership. These strategies are designed to enhance women’s political electability while harmonizing Islamic values with inclusive democratic practices.Abstrak. Representasi perempuan dalam politik praktis secara formal telah dibuka dan diatur oleh pemerintah untuk mendorong pengambilan kebijakan publik yang sensitif gender. Namun, realitas menunjukkan bahwa keterwakilan perempuan di parlemen masih jauh dari harapan. Di Kabupaten Cirebon, hanya 13 dari 50 kursi (26%) ditempati perempuan pada Pilkada 2014, meningkat menjadi 28% pada 2019, namun turun drastis menjadi 12% pada 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterwakilan politik perempuan dalam Pilkada Cirebon melalui tinjauan relasi sosial dan nilai-nilai keislaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan sumber dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, media massa, dan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Cirebon. Kata kunci mencakup: Gender, Politik Perempuan, Legislasi Nasional, Elektabilitas, serta Relasi Sosial dan Keislaman.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya keterwakilan perempuan dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor utama: norma sosial yang mengakar dan pemahaman keislaman tentang kepemimpinan. Untuk mengatasinya, peneliti menawarkan lima alternatif strategis: (1) Membangkitkan kesadaran politik melalui layanan nyata seperti bantuan sosial; (2) Menguatkan pendidikan politik melalui forum keagamaan; (3) Mengubah pola pikir patriarkal lewat pelatihan dasar kepemimpinan di sekolah dan madrasah; (4) Mendorong kepemimpinan perempuan dalam organisasi pemuda dan masyarakat; dan (5) Membumikan pengajian sebagai subkultur sosial untuk membangun kepercayaan publik terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan. Strategi ini bertujuan memperkuat legitimasi dan elektabilitas politik perempuan secara berkelanjutan dalam bingkai nilai-nilai Islam

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) sangat penting bagi perekonomian karena mereka memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian nasional dan menjadi lapangan kerja utama bagi sebagian besar masyarakat di Indonesia. Artikel ini menguraikan tentang kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat UMKM sektor usaha homestay di Desa wisata Cikolelet, Serang. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan bimbingan teori mengenai pembuatan website dan akun media sosial, serta pengembangan dasar periklanan untuk tujuan pemasaran. Selain itu, pelatihan praktis diberikan mengenai teknik promosi dan pemasaran homestay. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada seluruh anggota usaha homestay di desa wisata Cikolelet mengenai pemanfaatan pemasaran digital sebagai sarana mempromosikan layanan homestay mereka, khususnya melalui penerapan service-learning. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan 85% peserta berhasil memahami materi yang disampaikan. dan 75% peserta mampu melakukan promosi secara mandiri di platform media sosial seperti Blogspot dan Instagram.

Abstract

The increasing number of brute force cyberattacks targeting SSH services highlights the urgent need for effective early detection and mitigation systems. This study aims to analyze brute force attack patterns using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm based on log data generated by the Cowrie Honeypot. A simulated virtual environment was developed to emulate attack scenarios and generate authentic SSH log data while preserving real server confidentiality. The system architecture follows the CRISP-DM framework, including data preprocessing, model development, evaluation, and deployment. Evaluation using confusion matrix metrics showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm successfully distinguished brute force attempts from normal traffic with high accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The findings confirm the potential of combining Cowrie honeypot data with machine learning classifiers as an early warning tool for intrusion detection in enterprise network infrastructures.

Abstract

Islamic bank products to raise public funds can be in the form of demand deposits (wadiah), savings (mudharabah), and deposits (mudharabah). One of the profit-sharing rates in Islamic banks comes from internal factors, namely Return on Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, and Operational Expenses Operating Costs. This study will examine the effect of bank internal factors on mudharabah deposits of Islamic commercial banks using an econometric model, namely the error correction model. Findings. The results showed that the bank's internal variables had a significant effect on mudharabah deposits both in the short and long term. Variables Return on Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Operational Expenses Operational costs both short and long term have a negative effect on mudharabah deposits.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine the relationship between the HDI and unemployment rates, and the GDP growth rate in Lampung Province from 2020 to 2024. This quantitative study integrates cross-sectional data from 15 cities and districts in Lampung Province with time-series data spanning five years. The CBS (Central Bureau of Statistics) was consulted for the data retrieval. The Fixed Effect Model (FEM) was chosen as the best estimating model after the Chow and Hausman tests proved its appropriateness. The results indicate that the Human Development Index has a positive impact on regional economic growth. In contrast, unemployment has little bearing on Lampung Province's economic growth. The findings suggest that healthcare and education reforms have the potential to increase productivity and drive regional economic growth. Additionally, although it is not the primary factor, the combined effect of the Human Development Index and unemployment rates has a significant influence on the economic growth of Lampung Province.

Abstract

Retail serves as a crucial element in connecting product to end-customer. Accordingly, product assortment and placement are key factors in enhancing a store’s attractiveness and promote convenience shopping. Therefore, customizing retail store layout must abide with customer behaviour. Market basket analysis (MBA) and association rule is the common framework to understand customer behaviour through historical transaction data. Yet, it can be extended to inform store layout improvement based on buying patterns. The current study aims to unveil customer buying pattern through MBA and association rules, then, use the collected insights to propose a new store layout design. We employed the Apriori algorithm to extract itemset relationships from the historical transaction data of a local convenience store brand. Furthermore, we integrate leverage metric to strengthen rule validation, offering more reliable interpretation compared to prior studies. Our findings suggest five solid rules that became the foundation of the proposed store layout, including a notably strong relationship between snack and drink products. The proposed framework can be adopted by retail businesses to improve store layout design tailored to their customer buying pattern.

Abstract

Sintesa Farm faces challenges in meeting the demand for pakcoy from distributors, as well as difficulties in maintaining product conformity to the specified standards. These problems are caused by various risks in production activities. This study aims to identify risk agent in pakcoy production at Sintesa Farm. This research uses a qualitative method with case study approach and the House of Risk (HoR) analysis. The results reveal that 12 out of 24 risk agent are classified as priority risk agent and contribute 80.9% to the overall identified risks. The risk source with the highest Aggregate Risk Potential value is attacked by root gall disease. The discrepancy in work procedures with the pakcoy production standard at Sintesa Farm was caused by the suboptimal implementation of the controlling function, which led to various risks caused by human resources.

Abstract

The course seeks to enhance educators' competencies in creating customized learning experiences with digital interactive technologies, namely platforms like Wordwall and Quizizz. The event occurred on February 11, 2025, in the Bekasi region, involving high school and vocational school educators. The training materials encompassed the concept of diversified learning, an introduction to the Wordwall and Quizizz platforms, and exercises for developing interactive media that align with suitable teaching methodologies. The activity's outcomes demonstrated a notable enhancement in instructors' competencies in the creative and contextual utilization of digital media, alongside heightened understanding of the need of adaptive learning services tailored to student needs. This initiative enhances the transformation of digital education at the secondary school level.
