Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of visual and audiovisual interaction of Instagram content on visitor interest in Kuliner Kupie Thamrin Cafe. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires from 96 respondents who had interacted with the cafe's Instagram content. Outer Model Analysis was carried out to analyze the validity and reliability of the instrument and Inner Model Analysis was carried out to analyze the structural model and then hypothesis testing and simultaneous tests were carried out. The results showed that audiovisual interaction significantly influenced visitor interest but there was no significant influence between visual interaction and visitor interest. However, simultaneously visual and audiovisual variables have a significant effect on visitor interest with a calculated F value of 59.042 which is greater than Ftable (3.09) at α = 0.05.

Abstract

The cosmetics industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, with Wardah as one of the local brands that has managed to attract the attention of consumers, especially students, through the concept of halal and high quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, beauty vlogger reviews, and brand image on the interest in buying Wardah cosmetic products among students in Tebing Tinggi. This research uses a survey-based quantitative approach, involving a sample size population using the cochran formula so that a sample of 96 respondents was selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyses carried out, namely instrument test, validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. In the classical assumption test, the normality test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test were carried out and the multiple linear regression analysis test and the hypothesis test were carried out using the T & F test with SPSS software. The results of the study show that social media has a significant effect on buying interest, beauty vlogger reviews do not have a significant effect on buying interest, and brand image has a significant effect on buying interest. Simultaneously, these three variables contributed 48.4% to buying interest. These findings are expected to support the development of more effective digital marketing strategies in the cosmetics industry. Abstrak - Industri kosmetik di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, dengan wardah sebagai salah satu merek lokal yang berhasil menarik perhatian konsumen, khususnya mahasiswa, melalui konsep halal dan kualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, review beauty vlogger, dan brand image terhadap minat beli produk kosmetik Wardah di kalangan mahasiswa di Tebing Tinggi. Peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis survei, melibatkan populasi ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus cochran sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebesar 96 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan analisis yang dilakukan yaitu uji instrumen, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik. Dalam uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas lalu melakukan uji analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T & uji F dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, review beauty vlogger tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 48,4% terhadap minat beli. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif di industri kosmetik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an effective strategy for improving the economy of coastal families in Serdang Bedagai Regency. Serdang Bedagai Regency has great potential in coastal natural resources, but many coastal families still face economic constraints with monthly incomes below 2.5 million rupiah. Many of them even have to work outside the area to meet their daily needs. An ecopreneurship-based economic improvement strategy is a relevant solution to overcome this challenge. This includes education, training and development of sustainable, ecologically based businesses. Collaboration with related agencies, non-governmental organizations, NGOs and educational institutions is also needed to support the implementation of this strategy. Through this ecopreneurship approach, it is hoped that coastal families in Serdang Bedagai Regency can increase their income while preserving natural resources that are important for their lives and those of future generations, as well as encouraging sustainable economic growth in the region.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload, work placement and career development on employee job satisfaction (case study at Pt. Sinergi Inti Deksa Kuala Tanjung). The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00, which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to PT employees. Deksa Kuala Tanjung Core Synergy as many as 67 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption tests are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing namely T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this research are that the incentive variable (X1) has an effect on the workload variable which has an effect on job satisfaction, meaning that work placement has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has no effect on job satisfaction, workload, work placement and career development have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pasar modal menawarkan banyak pilihan investasi alternatif. Sayangnya, masyarakat umum masih asing dengan pilihan investasi ini. Pasar modal jarang dipertimbangkan oleh investor tradisional karena dianggap rumit dan sulit dipahami. Oleh karena itu, Financial Services Otoritas (OJK) bersama Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan pelaku pasar modal akan menyelenggarakan kegiatan edukasi dan inklusi keuangan di sektor pasar modal dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Desa Dolok Manampang Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi khususnya pengabdian kepada masyarakat, menjalin kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan antara lingkungan akademik dengan masyarakat, mengembangkan potensi masyarakat Desa Dolok Manampang,Kabupatenserdang bedagai, dengan meningkatkan investasi keuangan, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat melalui program internet dan aplikasi untuk pengembangan usaha. Pelatihan diberikan melalui metode ceramah, khususnya melalui strategi presentasi, dilanjutkan dengan latihan dan sesi tanya jawab sebagai kegiatan workshop. Untuk masing-masing tahapan kegiatan, data dari setiap tahapan dikumpulkan dan dianalisis untuk tujuan evaluasi. Dedikasi ini untuk mengedukasi warga Desa Dolok Manampang Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai tentang investasi pasar modal yang dapat menyebabkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap investasi keuangan, khususnya pasar modal, serta mendorong masyarakat untuk mulai berinvestasi di pasar modal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of gold and crude oil prices on LQ45 using the ARDL approach. In the research carried out, researchers used the variables Gold Price and Oil Price. The data used is secondary data sourced from the websites www.yahoo.co.id and investing.com. Using purposive sampling technique and the research sample obtained was 240 time series data. The results of this research show that gold prices have a negative effect and crude oil prices have a positive effect in the long term on LQ45. The results of this research can be a reference material for investors in developing investment strategies, especially during a crisis.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah penggerak perekonomian terbesar di Indonesia. Namun banyak pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pemasaran masih secara konvensional sehingga omset dan keuntungan tidak maksimal. Kelurahan Mekar Sentosa Kecamatan Rambutan Kota Tebing Tinggi memiliki potensi pengembangan usaha UMKM, namun banyak dari usaha tersebut mengalami kendala terutama dalam melakukan pemasaran produknya yakni menggunkan cara-cara konvensional sehingga jangkauan pasar sasaran masih sempit. Oleh karena itulah perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai pentingnya pengembangan  usaha dengan cara pengenalan produk, perbaikan produksi dan cara pengolahan  melalui pembuatan logo/stiker nama pada kemasan serta upaya pemasaran produk dalam menjangkau pangsa pasar yang lebih luas. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya packaging sebagai salah satu strategi penjualan dan pentingnya pemanfaatan media digital sebagai media promosi dan transaksi jual-beli untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. diikuti oleh beberapa pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Mekar Sentosa. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya perbaikan packaging dan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah akun digital sebagai media pemasaran produk dan kemasan produk yang menarik.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry is among the economic sectors that achieved positive growth, despite Indonesia facing a contraction in the second quarter of 2020. This growth is evident from several pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which saw an increase in profits in 2020.The aim of this research is to determine the value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The growth of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia is driven by the country's increasing population and government efforts to improve public health. Through the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. This research uses a sample of 8 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative descriptive methodology and panel data regression techniques for research analysis. The research results show that the profitability of pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has a fairly large influence on overall company value. The existence of liquidity and capital structure does not affect the assessment of pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Companies in the technology sector tend to experience fluctuations in their financial performance. This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability on the occurrence of financial distress in technology sector companies from 2019 to 2022. This research uses quantitative research methodology and uses purposive sampling in taking samples. The testing methodology used is panel data regression, using a dataset consisting of 64 data points and carried out through the use of the E-Views 10 program. Research findings show that variables such as liquidity, leverage, and profitability do not have any influence on the likelihood of a financial disaster. There are other influencing factors such as government policies during the Covid 19 pandemic in the form of WFH and the macroeconomic situation such as interest rate hikes.

Abstract

There are fluctuations in stock returns in transportation and logistics subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2022 period. This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock returns of transportation and logistics companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. This study uses secondary data obtained from the IDX's official website and the company's financial statements. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling technique, resulting in 13 companies as a sample. Data analysis was performed by panel data regression using EViews 10 software. The results show that ROE, EPS, and DER do not have a significant influence on stock returns, either partially or simultaneously. Financial performance measured through ROE, EPS, and DER did not affect the return on shares of transportation and logistics companies listed on the IDX in the study period. There are other factors that also affect such as macroeconomics and political risks that have a greater effect on the performance of stocks in this subsector.
