Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial, keterampilan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha yang dimediasi oleh inovasi pada pelaku UMKM bidang kuliner kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Cluster Sampling yang tersebar di 5 Kecamatan di Kota Tebing Tinggi. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan software Statistical Program of Social Science (SPSS) version 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial, keterampilan kewirausahaan, dan inovasi berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha, media sosial dan keterampilan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap inovasi pada pelaku UMKM bidang kuliner di kota Tebing Tinggi. Sedangkan inovasi dapat memediasi hubungan antara media sosial dan keterampilan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM bidang kuliner. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan Sebagai masukan kepada wirausaha terkait pengembangan usaha kuliner dengan penggunaan media sosial, meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan, dan inovasi secara berkala agar dapat bersaing dengan para pelaku UMKM lainnya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem akuntansi penjualan dan penerimaan kas pada UD. Istana Mobil. Fokus penelitian terletak pada evaluasi efektivitas penerapan sistem serta kelemahan yang ada dalam pengendalian internal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UD. Istana Mobil telah menerapkan sistem akuntansi penjualan dan penerimaan kas menggunakan Power Pro System, sebuah aplikasi yang disewa untuk membantu pencatatan keuangan secara lebih baik. Sistem ini memberikan manfaat dalam penyajian informasi bagi pimpinan perusahaan. Namun, sistem tersebut belum sepenuhnya efektif karena masih terdapat kelemahan dalam pengendalian internal, terutama terkait pengawasan dan pencatatan manual dalam proses operasional. Keywords : Sistem Akuntansi, Akuntansi Penjualan

Abstract

This article analyzes the legal protections afforded to consumers within property credit agreements, emphasizing the critical role of justice in ensuring equitable outcomes. Employing a qualitative research methodology, this study explores the existing legal framework, its practical application, and the challenges faced by consumers in navigating the complexities of property credit. The analysis incorporates scholarly perspectives and recent legal developments to advocate for enhanced consumer protection measures that align with principles of fairness and transparency. Findings reveal significant gaps in the current legal framework, particularly in addressing power imbalances between lenders and borrowers, as well as in providing accessible remedies for consumers facing unfair practices. The study highlights the need for clearer disclosure requirements, stronger enforcement mechanisms, and improved financial literacy programs to empower consumers. By synthesizing theoretical insights with empirical observations, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on consumer rights and proposes actionable reforms to strengthen the legal safeguards within property credit agreements. Ultimately, the article underscores the importance of a justice-oriented approach in fostering a more equitable and transparent credit market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini punya tujuan dalam mengetahui Pengaruh Fasilitas Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PTPN IV Pabatu. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi berjumlah 60 orang responden karyawan PTPN IV Pabatu. Jenis penelitian mempergunakan deskriptif yang memakai analisis di software Smart PLS 4.1.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji Hipotesis (Uji t) dan Indirect Effect (Pengaruh Tidak Langsung) untuk menguji variabel Intervening, peneliti menggunakan Path Coefficients  untuk pengujian hipotesis secara langsung dengan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis  1  ditolak  yang  artinya fasilitas tidak memberi pengaruh pada motivasi,  hipotesis  2  diterima  yang  artinya pelatihan member pengaruh pada motivasi, hipotesis 3 diterima yang artinya failitas memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, hipotesis 4 diterima yang artinya pelatiha nmemberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan,  hipotesis  5  ditolak  yang artinya motivasi tidak memberi pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, kemudian  uji  Indirect  Effect  (Pengaruh Tidak Langsung)  dimana hipotesis  6  ditolak  yang artinya motivasi tidak bisa menjadi mediasi hubungan fasilitas terhadap kinerja karyawan,  hipotesis  7  ditolak bisa diartikan kalau motivasi tidak dapat menjadi mediasi keterkaitan pelatihan pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to forecast fluctuations in the price of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil within the potential threat of World War III by utilizing the Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH) method. Using daily closing price data of WTI crude oil from January 2022 to March 2025, consisting of 850 observations, this study employs the ARIMA-GARCH model to capture the patterns and volatility of the time series data. Based on the conducted analysis, it is concluded that the ARIMA (2,1,2) and GARCH (1,1) models demonstrate optimal performance, with a MAPE value of 13.71%, indicating a good prediction accuracy level. The forecast for the next two years shows a trend of price increases starting from Q2 2025 through Q4 2027. This research demonstrates how geopolitical tensions, particularly the Russia-Ukraine war and Middle Eastern Conflicts, can affect global oil price volatility while highlighting the GARCH model’s effectiveness in capturing heteroskedasticity in highly fluctuating financial data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing (X1) and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) at Ayra Chips UMKM in Tebing Tinggi City. The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires filled out by 96 respondents selected using accidental sampling techniques in the period December 2024 to January 2025. The results of the analysis show that both X variables have a positive and significant effect on Y variables, where content marketing and E-WOM are able to increase purchasing decisions at Ayra Chips. Validity and reliability tests state that the questionnaire instrument used has a good level of validity and reliability. The coefficient of determination test shows that both X variables are able to contribute 55.6% to the Y variable. The results of the study are consistent with the theory that states that content marketing (X1) and E-WOM (X2) are important factors that influence purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the influence of leadership style and communication on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable among employees of Aroma Bakery. The number of respondents in this study was 35 individuals. The sampling technique used was total sampling. This research is a causal-explanatory study, which explains the position of the variables studied as well as the influence between one variable and another. The data analysis used in this study is quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results of the study show that: Leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation. Communication has no effect on employee performance. Communication has no effect on work motivation. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has no effect on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. Communication has no effect on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of Training and Development on Employee Performance with Motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 1 Kebun Gunung Monako. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, with criteria being field employees who have participated in training and development programs, specifically harvesters, totaling 30 individuals. Primary data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale (1–5) to measure the variables of Training, Development, Motivation, and Employee Performance. Secondary data was obtained from the company's internal documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Inner Model test in the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the SMART PLS software to examine the relationships among latent variables in the structural model, aiming to test the relationships and measure the strength and significance of the existing paths. The data analysis in this research is quantitative. The results show that: Training does not affect Employee Performance; Training does not affect Motivation; Development does not affect Employee Performance; Development does not affect Motivation; Motivation does not significantly affect Employee Performance; Training does not affect Employee Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable; and Development does not affect Employee Performance through Motivation as an intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Social Media Marketing on Purchasing Decisions with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Rumah Tandatangan. The analysis method used in this study is using an instrument test, namely validity and reliability tests. Classic assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis (R2), hypothesis tests, namely T Test and Path Analysis. The results of the study indicate that Social Media Marketing Affects Consumer Satisfaction at Rumah Tandatangan, Social Media Marketing Affects Purchasing Decisions at Rumah Tandatangan, Consumer Satisfaction Does Not Affect Purchasing Decisions at Rumah Tandatangan, Social Media Marketing Does Not Affect Purchasing Decisions with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Rumah Tandatangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Content Marketing on Purchasing Decisions Through Customer Engagement at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi. The research method used is a quantitative method using Smart PLS version 3.0. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study is the measurement model (outer model), namely the validity test, reliability test, then the structural model (inner model) including: coefficient of determination/r-square (r2) and hypothesis testing with t-statistics and indirect effect tests. The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this study are that Content Marketing has an effect on Customer Engagement at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi, Content Marketing has an effect on Purchasing Decisions at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi, Customer Engagement has no effect on Purchasing Decisions at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi, Content Marketing has no effect on Purchasing Decisions mediated by Customer Engagement at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi.
