Abstract

The banking sector in recent years has rapid development. It is caused every kind of banking companies compete to retain customers who already owned, or add new prospective customers. Customer loyalty can be created through a strategy of improving the quality of services, products and increase customer satisfaction by companies to customers. The problem in this research is "The factors that influence loyalty of BCA Bizz KCU Semarang’s customers". This research examined two independent variables, quality service and quality products with customer mediation satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of service and product quality to customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. This research was conducted by questionnaire to 100 customers of the total population of the BCA Bizz KCU Semarang’s customers as many as 1,316 customers using purposive sampling method. Then analysis to the obtained data using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes the validity and reliability testing, test the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, hypothesis test (T test), and path analysis. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of data obtained in the research and the results of data processing that has been carried out by giving a description and explanation. The results of this research indicate that all independent variables tested has significant and positive influence on customer loyalty through F test and T test, whereas the number R of 0.897 means 89.7% variation loyalty of BCA Bizz KCU Semarang’s customers which could be explained by the quality of service, product quality as well as customer satisfaction, and the remaining 10.3% is influenced by factors outside of this research. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect job satisfaction, psychological capital and organizational commitment to Turnover Intention the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KCP. Bangkong Semarang at the Credit Colletion& Recovery. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KCP. Bangkong Semarang at the Credit Colletion& Recovery.. Models built on the theoretical framework to describe the variables mediating / intervening then to test 5 (five) hipotesis has been developed to use multiple regression analysis with the model intervening (mediating) analysis. Hypothesis testing results show that job satisfaction is a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, then the capital of psychology also shows significant results and positive impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction besides significant and indicates a negative value on turnover intentions, but the results different shown different results where psychological capital and organizational commitment not show significant and positive impact to turnover intentions. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to test the influence of the leadership of the principal against the competency of teachers, influence the work environment against the competency of teachers, and the influence of the teachers Performance against the Leadership, the influence of the environment on performance of teachers, and pengarug on performance Competence of teachers. Later expected to increase quality of work for kindergarten teachers in the Regency of Rembang. The population in this research is a kindergarten teacher in Rembang amounted to 114 people. Researchers use the data in this study by using primary data.  that is the data that researchers obtain directly from the source through the questionnaire. While secondary data is data which support or supplement the primary data. As for the method of data collection used in this study with a questionnaire that is the collection of data by means of the grant of the questions. There are two types of questionnaires, namely the open and the closed questionnaire questionnaire. Open questionnaire is a questionnaire that is presented in a simple to charge appropriate circumstances include: (1) gender, (2) educational level, (3) age, (4) the working period, (5) Position. The closed questionnaire is a questionnaire that is used to obtain data research variables. Data collection of Principal Leadership variable (X 1) work environment (X 2), competence of teachers (Y1) and (x 2) Teacher Performance using primary data. Results of the study prove that hypothesis to the leadership of the principal does not affect the competence, working environment and significant negative effect against the Leadership competence, positive and significant effect on performance, the working environment has no effect on performance, positive and influential teacher Competence significantly to performance. Abstract

Smartphone market is saturated and more competitive level of competition, making it difficult for companies to apply superior strategy than its competitors. Smartphone Smartfren brand was first marketed in June 2013, and was already able to occupy the second rank and the only local vendor in the top five for smartphone sales in Indonesia in the Year 2013 to Quarter IV. Smartfren use strategies in order to create sustainable competitive advantage of customer loyalty. This strategy involves creating a product that can deliver superior customer value and low price. Research on the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and its impact on customer loyalty is still relatively limited and inconsistent results. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and customer loyalty The research sample set of 100 people Smartfren brand smartphone customers in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data obtained by using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that superior customer value and price perceptions directly influence customer loyalty. Superior customer value and price perceptions indirect effect on customer loyalty through sustainable competitive advantage. Sustainable competitive advantage influence on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Leadership and Discipline of Work on employee performance with mediating variables of Organizational Commitment. The study was conducted at the village office se Pekalongan. The population of this study were all employees of the village in Pekalongan. Data collected through direct surveys with the help of a questionnaire given to employees of the village. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Mediation effect was tested by comparing the regression coefficients of direct and indirect relationships of variables. The results showed that leadership and discipline of work and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that the better leadership and discipline will be the higher employee commitment to the organization that have an impact on the higher performance of employees villages in Pekalongan. While the test showed that the mediating effect of organizational commitment did not mediate the relationship variables of leadership and discipline to employee performance village in Pekalongan. Abstract

The purpose of this study to develop and test the effect of the image, price perception, and promotion influencing satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty in order to win the competition supermarkets in Semarang. The total sample of 112 respondents at Carrefour Supermarket Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The results showed that image, price perception, and promotion. Thus, image, price perception, promotion, and customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Mediating effect of customer satisfaction does not apply to the effect of image on customer loyalty , the effect of price perception on customer loyalty, and influence on customer loyalty promotion . Means that customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the image, the effect of price perception , and influence on customer loyalty promotion . This research incorporates Resources Based Theory. The limitation and implication for the future study and the managerial implication are also discussed in this study.Keywords: image, price perception, promotion, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze and describe the effect of explorative, transformative, and exploitative learning on business performance improvement through innovation. The population in the study was the owners/ managers of batik SMEs in Pekalongan City based on batik superior industry in Central Java Province which was is in mature condition with the the samples of 80 respondents. The results of the study show that explorative, transformative, and exploitative learning have a positive significant effect on innovation. Explorative learning has the greatest effect compared to transformative and exploitative learning. Furthermore, innovation has a positive significant effect on business performance. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of Social benefits, Special Services benefits, Trust benefits in customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction to the next customer commitment, and how it impacts the customers commitment to positive WoM communication and Customer Loyalty. This study focused on the customers credit in the Great Prosperous Rural Semarang, which has been a customer for over a year. Purposive sampling technique was taken on the grounds that: the respondents had sufficient experience with a relationship bank, so it can answer the questions posed. The number of respondents that can be processed in this study amounted to 121 people. Processing the data using SPSS for Windows Ver.16. The results showed that there are two hypotheses are rejected, the hypothesis of the impact of the benefits of dedicated service to the customer satisfaction (h2) and the impact of positive WOM communication to Loyalty (H7). As for hypothesis: Social Benefits, and Trust in customer satisfaction (h1, h3) proved significant; Effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Commitment (h4) also proved significant, and commitment to positive WOM communication (h5) and Loyalty (h6) also proved significant. Each of influence between these variables showed a positive direction. So the results of this study prove that loyalty and positive WoM communication can be built from the Customer Commitment, and Customer Commitment can be achieved if customers are satisfied and is essentially a relational benefits, namely: social benefits and trust benefits perceived by customers.Keywords: Relational Benefits, Satisfaction, Commitment, Communication WOM, and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence company’s image and satisfaction with trust andits impact to clients loyalty on Prudentials insurance Pru Vision Pati. Total sample are 100 respondents, by using purposive sampling method with criteria that clients have become customers of at least 3 years. Analysis of the data in this study using regression analyzing. Hypothesis testing is used t calculated at the level of significance (α) 5%. Where mediation test using path analysis. Result of regression analysis in this study resulted in the coefficient of determination for 0,941 or in other words the changes in loyalty can be affected by the company’s image, satisfaction and trust of 4,1%. The results of this study show that company’s image positive and significant impact on clients trust, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients trust, company’s image positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, trust positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, and trust does not mediate the influence of company’s image and satisfaction of the clients loyalty.Keyword: Company’s image, Satisfaction, Trust, Loyalty
