Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to examine the effect of Subjective Norms,Perceived Behavioral control Interest to Loan Products Micro KUR in Pati ( Studies to pati customers ) This study included in the quantitative research using survey method through descriptive analysis approach.This study uses census techniques where the of population is 150 persons prospective customers BRI, while the data is processed as many as 121 candidates nasbah. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. Normality Test (Sample 1-KS) Classical Assumption Test (test heterokedastisitas) The test model used is the coefficient of determination (R2) and the F test (Goodness of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) subjective norm does not affect the intention, (ii) Perceived Behavioral Control positive and significant effect on the Intention.Keywords: NORMA SUBJECTIVE, PERCEIVED BEHAVIORAL CONTROL, INTENTION LOANS KUR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, promosi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kapur barus "BAGUS" (Studi pada konsumen Giant BSB Semarang).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja di Giant BSB Semarang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diolah menjadi data penelitian sebanyak seratus responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dari produk kapur barus "BAGUS". Sedangkan persepsi harga dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Teknik melipat kain dengan tritik untuk menghasilkan motif di selembar kain diperoleh dengan melipatkain sehingga membentuk bahan kain tekstil menjadi geometris. Bahan kain yang sudah menjadi lipatandirangkapkan atau disusun menjadi suatu motif tertentu sehingga membentuk suatu obyek yang memiliki nilaiestitetis, nilai fungsional dan nilai jual yang tinggi.Teknik Ikat/lipat Tritik memiliki pengertian menghias kain dengan cara dilipat/diikat dengan tali, karetatau dijepit dengan kayu/stik sampai kedap air, lalu dicelup dengan pewarna batik. Teknik ini banyakdikembangkan karena kemudahan dan variasi motif yang beragam. Penggunaan pewarna alami pada tekniklipat/ikat ini memberikan nilai artistik pada kain batik yang dihasilkan selain juga ramah lingkungan. Pewarnaanalami yang digunakan berasal dari tanaman Nila (Indigofera) yang menghasilkan efek biru yang diambil dari daunyang difermentasikan sehingga menjadi pasta indigo.Tanaman Indigofera tikctoria merupakan tanaman penghasil warna biru dan merupakan salah satutanaman penghasil warna alam yang khas. Dari hasil fermentasi yang berupa pasta indigo kemudian digunakanuntuk mewarnai kain.Gabungan beberapa teknik dalam menghasilkan motif pada kain dengan teknik lipat tritik denganpewarna alam biru Indigofera memberikan banyak alternatif motif bagi perkembangan batik yang diharapkanmemiliki ciri khas kedaerahan yang ramah lingkungan dan berbasis kemampuan lokal wilayah.Scraf dalam bahasa Indonesia berarti syal itu sepotong kain yang dikenakan pada atau dekat kepala ataudi sekitar leher untuk mempercantik penampian di sekitar leher.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze and describe the effect of explorative, transformative, and exploitative learning on business performance improvement through innovation. The population in the study was the owners/ managers of batik SMEs in Pekalongan City based on batik superior industry in Central Java Province which was is in mature condition with the the samples of 80 respondents. The results of the study show that explorative, transformative, and exploitative learning have a positive significant effect on innovation. Explorative learning has the greatest effect compared to transformative and exploitative learning. Furthermore, innovation has a positive significant effect on business performance. Abstract

Smartphone market is saturated and more competitive level of competition, making it difficult for companies to apply superior strategy than its competitors. Smartphone Smartfren brand was first marketed in June 2013, and was already able to occupy the second rank and the only local vendor in the top five for smartphone sales in Indonesia in the Year 2013 to Quarter IV. Smartfren use strategies in order to create sustainable competitive advantage of customer loyalty. This strategy involves creating a product that can deliver superior customer value and low price. Research on the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and its impact on customer loyalty is still relatively limited and inconsistent results. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and customer loyalty The research sample set of 100 people Smartfren brand smartphone customers in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data obtained by using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that superior customer value and price perceptions directly influence customer loyalty. Superior customer value and price perceptions indirect effect on customer loyalty through sustainable competitive advantage. Sustainable competitive advantage influence on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Leadership and Discipline of Work on employee performance with mediating variables of Organizational Commitment. The study was conducted at the village office se Pekalongan. The population of this study were all employees of the village in Pekalongan. Data collected through direct surveys with the help of a questionnaire given to employees of the village. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Mediation effect was tested by comparing the regression coefficients of direct and indirect relationships of variables. The results showed that leadership and discipline of work and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that the better leadership and discipline will be the higher employee commitment to the organization that have an impact on the higher performance of employees villages in Pekalongan. While the test showed that the mediating effect of organizational commitment did not mediate the relationship variables of leadership and discipline to employee performance village in Pekalongan. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of bank image and service quality to satisfaction and their impacts on customer loyalty. The object of this research was Bima saving customers at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah, Klaten Branch. In this study the population used was limited to the customers of the Bima Savings at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah, Klaten Branch. The sample was 97 respondents with the sampling technique of Purposive.The samples were carefully selected so that they were relevant to the study. The results of the research indicate that: bank image has positive significant effect on satisfaction; service quality has positive significant effect on satisfaction; bank image has positive significant effect on loyalty; service quality has positive significant effect on loyalty and satisfaction has positive significant effect on loyalty. The results of mediation effect show that bank image and service quality more effectively influence directly on customer loyalty than through customer satisfaction. Satisfaction is significantly capable as a mediator in the association.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Product Quality, Price and Location on Customer Satisfaction at Semarang Tire Anugrah Store. The dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. Independent variable are Product Quality, Price and Location. The population in this study was all the customers at Semarang Tire Anugrah Store in 2016. The sample of this study is 100 respondents. This study used purposive sampling method.The analysis used in this reseacrh are multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the testing of hypotheses partial evaluation shows that Product Quality and Price have positive and significant effect to Customer Satisfaction, while Location has positive and insignificant effect to Customer Satisfaction.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Location, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is describing and analyzing the effect of Service Quality, Perceptions of Price of customer satisfaction, and the effect of customer satisfaction of customer loyalty. The population of this study is the customer of Susan Executive Club Semarang. The method of taking sampling is used purposive sampling method, and got 100 respondent sampling. The analysis method is used doubled linier regression. Based on the analysis can be concluded that there is significant effect of service quality variable to customer satisfaction, and significant affect of sevice quality variable to customer loyalty. There is significant effect of perceptions of price variable of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Mulberry’s effect of service quality variable and perceptions of price to customer satisfaction amount 53,001%, and the effect of service quality, perceptions of price, and customer satisfaction of customer loyalty is amount of 55,433%.Key word : service quality, perceptions of price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perceptions, promotion and location to the purchase decisions of the product "BAGUS" camphor (Study on the consumer Giant BSB Semarang ). The population in this study are all consumers who shop at Giant BSB Semarang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples processed into research data as much as 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of research that has been done shows the quality of products and locations have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions of the product "Bagus" camphor .
