Abstract

This study aims to analyze existing literature and approaches to educational methodology and curriculum design. A qualitative research approach was employed, employing a comprehensive literature review methodology. This involved gathering initial information to formulate research questions, followed by a systematic literature search across various databases for relevant scholarly literature. The selected literature was then analyzed based on emerging themes such as teaching strategies and curriculum change, evaluating relevance and quality to support the research framework. Rapid advances in various fields require continuous adaptation in educational and vocational training to meet evolving demands. Understanding the current landscape and identifying effective strategies for curriculum development and skills enhancement is crucial for preparing individuals for future challenges. Key findings demonstrate a diverse range of methods and approaches to addressing educational and vocational challenges. Key conclusions highlight the importance of adaptable research designs and methodologies in understanding complex educational phenomena. This study contributes to the field by providing a structured overview of research methods applicable to the study of education and curriculum development. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur dan pendekatan yang ada untuk metodologi pendidikan dan desain kurikulum. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan, menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif. Ini melibatkan pengumpulan informasi awal untuk merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian, diikuti dengan pencarian literatur sistematis di berbagai database untuk literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Literatur yang dipilih kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan tema yang muncul seperti strategi pengajaran dan perubahan kurikulum, mengevaluasi relevansi dan kualitas untuk mendukung kerangka penelitian. Kemajuan pesat di berbagai bidang memerlukan adaptasi berkelanjutan dalam pelatihan pendidikan dan kejuruan untuk memenuhi tuntutan yang berkembang. Memahami lanskap saat ini dan mengidentifikasi strategi yang efektif untuk pengembangan kurikulum dan peningkatan keterampilan sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan individu menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Hasil utama menunjukkan beragam metode dan pendekatan dalam mengatasi tantangan pendidikan dan kejuruan. Kesimpulan utama menyoroti pentingnya desain dan metodologi penelitian yang dapat disesuaikan dalam memahami fenomena pendidikan yang kompleks. Studi ini berkontribusi pada lapangan dengan memberikan gambaran terstruktur tentang metode penelitian yang berlaku untuk studi pendidikan dan pengembangan kurikulum.

Abstract

Research in educational and organizational contexts frequently engages with complex, contextualized, and meaning-laden realities that cannot be adequately captured through standardized quantitative instruments alone. Phenomena such as learning dynamics, institutional interactions, and organizational change processes require methodological approaches capable of exploring lived experiences, perceptions, and constructed meanings. Accordingly, this study aims to systematically examine existing research in order to identify patterns, trends, and conceptual relationships within a particular field of inquiry. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a systematic review design. The research process is organized into four main stages: (1) defining the scope and context of the study, (2) collecting and extracting relevant information from scholarly sources, (3) conducting in-depth thematic analysis to categorize and characterize key findings, and (4) synthesizing and disseminating the results. Data sources were obtained from reputable academic databases, including Scopus and Web of Science, with selection criteria focused on primary research articles that demonstrate clear methodological structures and explicit references. The findings indicate that a well-structured qualitative approach is effective in capturing the complex dynamics of educational and organizational environments, particularly in relation to strategic decision-making and institutional development. This study produces a conceptual framework that can serve as a reference for developing replicable and context-sensitive research strategies, especially for educational institutions in the health sector. Overall, the study contributes to the advancement of qualitative research practices by offering a systematic synthesis model that supports strategic planning and knowledge development in academic settings. ABSTRAKPenelitian di bidang pendidikan dan organisasi sering berhadapan dengan realitas yang kompleks, kontekstual, dan sarat makna, sehingga tidak selalu dapat dipahami secara memadai melalui pendekatan kuantitatif semata. Fenomena seperti dinamika pembelajaran, interaksi kelembagaan, dan proses perubahan organisasi menuntut metode yang mampu menggali pengalaman, persepsi, serta makna yang dibangun oleh para pelaku di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun dan menganalisis secara sistematis hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu guna mengidentifikasi pola, kecenderungan, serta hubungan konseptual yang relevan dalam suatu bidang kajian tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain kajian sistematis. Proses penelitian dilakukan melalui empat tahapan utama, yaitu: (1) penentuan konteks dan ruang lingkup kajian, (2) pengumpulan dan ekstraksi informasi dari sumber ilmiah yang relevan, (3) analisis mendalam untuk mengelompokkan tema dan karakteristik temuan, serta (4) penyusunan sintesis dan diseminasi hasil analisis. Sumber data diperoleh dari basis data bereputasi, seperti Scopus dan Web of Science, dengan kriteria seleksi pada artikel penelitian primer yang memiliki struktur metodologis dan rujukan yang jelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kualitatif yang dirancang secara sistematis mampu memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap dinamika pendidikan dan organisasi, khususnya dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan strategis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kerangka konseptual yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam menyusun rencana penelitian strategis yang adaptif dan aplikatif, terutama bagi institusi pendidikan di sektor kesehatan. Dengan demikian, studi ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya praktik penelitian kualitatif melalui penyediaan model sintesis yang terstruktur dan mudah direplikasi dalam konteks akademik.

Abstract

The home-scale poultry farming sector in rural areas still faces challenges due to manual management that causes instability in the cage environment, waste of feed, and high poultry mortality rates. This condition hinders productivity and is contrary to the vision of the Food Independence Program which encourages village-based food sovereignty. This service activity aims to increase the efficiency and productivity of home-scale poultry farming through the implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automation system in Mlilir Village, Grobogan Regency. The participatory action research approach is applied through six stages: preparation, socialization, installation of IoT prototypes, technical training, intensive mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation during the trial period. The developed IoT system consists of temperature, humidity, and light sensors, feed and drinking water automation mechanisms, as well as a mobile interface based on ESP32 and Bardi Smart devices. The implementation has succeeded in stabilizing the cage environment, saving feed by up to 12%, reducing poultry mortality by 15%, and increasing the independence of farmers in operating technology. This activity proves that IoT-based appropriate technology can be an effective solution for the modernization of micro farms. The main contribution of the activity is the integration of digital technology with the national policy of Mandiri Pangan, as well as strengthening the digital literacy-based empowerment model at the village level. ABSTRAKSektor peternakan unggas skala rumahan di pedesaan masih menghadapi tantangan akibat pengelolaan manual yang menyebabkan ketidakstabilan lingkungan kandang, pemborosan pakan, dan tingginya angka kematian unggas. Kondisi ini menghambat produktivitas dan bertentangan dengan visi Program Mandiri Pangan yang mendorong kedaulatan pangan berbasis desa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas peternakan unggas skala rumahan melalui implementasi sistem otomasi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) di Desa Mlilir, Kabupaten Grobogan. Pendekatan participatory action research diterapkan melalui enam tahap: persiapan, sosialisasi, instalasi prototipe IoT, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan intensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi selama periode uji coba. Sistem IoT yang dikembangkan terdiri atas sensor suhu, kelembaban, dan cahaya, mekanisme otomatisasi pakan dan air minum, serta antarmuka mobile berbasis ESP32 dan perangkat Bardi Smart. Implementasi berhasil menstabilkan lingkungan kandang, menghemat pakan hingga 12%, menurunkan angka kematian unggas sebesar 15%, dan meningkatkan kemandirian peternak dalam mengoperasikan teknologi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi tepat guna berbasis IoT dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk modernisasi peternakan mikro. Kontribusi utama kegiatan adalah integrasi teknologi digital dengan kebijakan nasional Mandiri Pangan, sekaligus memperkuat model pemberdayaan berbasis literasi digital di tingkat desa.

Abstract

The transformation of the 21st-century education landscape has become increasingly evident following the COVID-19 pandemic, which resulted in significant learning loss across educational levels. This situation prompted governments to undertake comprehensive evaluations and formulate adaptive policies aimed at learning recovery. Within this context, innovative approaches to teaching and curriculum development are essential, particularly in alignment with the Freedom of Learning policy and the accelerated integration of educational technology, which emphasizes activity-based learning. This study aims to examine and identify forms of top-down curriculum innovation implemented in educational institutions. A descriptive analytical method was employed to portray the characteristics, conditions, and dynamics of curriculum implementation based on the collected data. The research was conducted through a literature review involving books and scholarly journal articles, complemented by data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal several implementation aspects that warrant further exploration; however, the study also encountered limitations, including teachers’ limited willingness to participate as respondents and uneven curriculum implementation across regions in Indonesia, which constrained the availability of empirical literature. This study contributes to a conceptual understanding of curriculum innovation and its implementation, particularly in the context of post-pandemic educational recovery and as a critical reflection on centrally driven education policies. ABSTRAKPerubahan lanskap pendidikan abad ke-21 semakin menguat setelah terjadinya pandemi COVID-19 yang berdampak pada melemahnya capaian belajar peserta didik di berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Kondisi tersebut mendorong pemerintah untuk melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh sekaligus merumuskan kebijakan pemulihan pembelajaran yang adaptif. Dalam konteks ini, dibutuhkan inovasi pembelajaran dan kurikulum yang mampu menjawab tantangan learning loss, sejalan dengan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar dan percepatan pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan yang mengarah pada pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk inovasi kurikulum yang bersifat top-down yang diimplementasikan pada satuan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan fokus pada pemaparan karakteristik, kondisi, dan dinamika implementasi kurikulum berdasarkan data yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui studi literatur dengan menelaah berbagai sumber berupa buku dan artikel jurnal ilmiah, serta didukung oleh teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan adanya sejumlah aspek implementasi kurikulum yang relevan untuk dikaji lebih lanjut, meskipun penelitian ini menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan partisipasi responden guru serta ketimpangan implementasi kurikulum di berbagai wilayah Indonesia yang berdampak pada keterbatasan sumber literatur empiris. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi konseptual dalam memahami inovasi kurikulum dan dinamika implementasinya, khususnya dalam upaya pemulihan pendidikan pascapandemi dan sebagai refleksi atas kebijakan pendidikan nasional yang bersifat sentralistik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of adding capacitors and variations in spark plugs on the Exhaust Gas Emission content of the Honda Supra X 100cc motorbike. This research method uses an experimental method with descriptive statistics. The object used in this research is a 100cc Supra The place of research was carried out at the PVTMO Ivet Semarang Automotive Workshop. The technique used in collecting data is conducting experiments by testing the objects to be studied and recording the necessary data. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive statistics, namely describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without making general conclusions or generalizations. The resulting data includes the amount of CO, HC, CO2, O2, lambda, and AFR. The research results showed that the highest CO gas content was produced by Spark Plug Racing using additional capacitors with an average value of 6.80%. Meanwhile, the lowest CO gas content is created by original or standard spark plugs without using additional capacitors with an average value of 5.93%. Meanwhile, the highest HC was produced by Racing Spark Plugs using additional capacitors with an average value of 485 ppm, almost the same as that produced by original spark plugs with the addition of capacitors. Meanwhile, the lowest HC gas content is produced by original or standard spark plugs without using additional capacitors with an average value of 378 ppm.

Abstract

Pre-vocational learning is an effort made on children from an early age so that children are able to know and recognize the world of work as a direction for their future. The purpose of this study is to increase knowledge about the world of vocations in students through the implementation of pre-vocational learning which is carried out in collaboration with the subject teacher of Guidance and Counseling (BK) at Trimulya Junior High School, Semarang City. The data collection technique used in this study is to use instruments that are tested for validity in the form of pre – test and post – test. Subjects used in this study were students at Trimulya Junior High School Semarang. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge about the vocational world in students at Trimulya Junior High School in Semarang City after the implementation of pre-vocational learning at Trimulya Junior High School in Semarang City.

Abstract

Globalization and digital transformation have changed the structure of the global value chain, demanding vocational education to produce graduates with adaptive competencies facing the complexities of Industry 4.0 and sustainability principles. The inequality between the acceleration of technological change and the ability of institutions to update the curriculum creates an urgency for the systematic mapping of knowledge fragmentation in the academic literature. This study maps the evolution of the global literature on the competence and readiness of vocational education to face global value chain challenges. Data was obtained from the Dimensions AI platform for the period 2000–2025 with a focus on English-language documents related to vocational education and SDG 4. Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer 1.6.18 maps the country-institution collaboration network, thematic trends through keyword co-ocurence, as well as publication density and timeline visualization with a minimum parameter of three keyword occurrences and two institution-state entity collaborations. The results identified three dominant thematic clusters: continuing education, digital transformation, and link-and-match policies, with the dominance of publications from the United States (830) and the United Kingdom (620) and a significant increase of 33.9% by 2025. The research reveals geographical biases in knowledge production and the shift in research focus from conventional curricular aspects towards the integration of digital competencies and sustainability in response to global value chain dynamics. The findings provide an evidence-based intellectual map to identify critical research gaps and design vocational education policies that are inclusive and responsive to the demands of a sustainable global economy.

Abstract

Electric vehicles (EVs) have emerged as a sustainable transportation alternative to reduce fossil fuel dependence and carbon emissions. However, EV performance is strongly influenced by battery efficiency and control system configuration, particularly controller selection. This study analyzes how controller variation and battery efficiency affect the performance of the Viar EV1 1000W electric motor. An experimental approach compared Bosch and QS Motor controllers on a 1000W BLDC motor, with torque, power, speed, voltage, and battery efficiency systematically measured using a dynamometer and digital multimeter. Results demonstrate that the QS Motor controller significantly outperforms Bosch across all parameters delivering higher torque, power, speed, voltage stability, and battery efficiency. The study concludes that QS Motor controller implementation enhances performance and efficiency in light EVs such as the Viar EV1 1000W. This research contributes practical insights for the automotive industry on selecting optimal controllers to improve energy efficiency and system reliability in electric vehicles.

Abstract

Siswa mengalami kesulitan memahami pelajaran, minat mengikuti pelajaran teori kejuruan yang masih kurang selain itu kurang tepatnya model dan media pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar, sehingga hasil belajar siswa rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui hasil dari proses pembelajaran. (2) Mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media audio video pembelajaran kompetensi dasar tune-up mesin EFI kelas XII TKR. (3) Mengetahui seberapa besar keaktifan siswa setelah menggunakan media audio video pada kompetensi dasar tune-up mesin EFI siswa kelas XII TKR. (4) Mengetahui hasil observasi guru sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media audio video. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian PTK, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh keaktifan, hasil belajar siswa dan kinerja guru. Sample yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas XII TKR SMK Islam Pemalang sebanyak 30 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan nilai. Hasil keaktifan siswa siklus I kategori aktif (20%<75%). Pada siklus II keaktifan siswa kategori aktif (83.33% >75%). Hasil belajar siswa siklus I tuntas (33.33%), belum tuntas (66.67%). Pada siklus II siswa tuntas (83.33%), belum tuntas (16.67%). Kemudian hasil observasi guru yaitu siklus I sebesar (67.05%). kinerja guru sebesar (67.83%). Meningkat pada siklus II menjadi (83.53%) dan kinerja guru meningkat menjadi (83.48%) lebih dari klasikal yang ditetapkan yaitu 80%. Kata kunci: implementasi video pembelajaran, peningkatan keaktifan siswa, peningkatan hasil belajar

Abstract

Inclusive education has emerged as a global priority in the pursuit of equitable, quality education for all students, regardless of their background or abilities. However, implementation in Indonesia faces significant challenges due to its decentralized governance structure, leading to regional variations and a narrow policy perspective in practice. This research aims to analyze Indonesia's inclusive education policy, focusing specifically on how the object (target) is defined, the decentralized policy process, and its urgency toward achieving national educational justice. The study employed a qualitative library research method, utilizing a content and analytic review approach. Data collection involved the critical and systematic review of officially documented policies (such as Permendiknas No. 70/2009) and relevant secondary literature. Data analysis utilized thematic and content analysis, involving data reduction, thematic categorization, and deep interpretation to construct a cohesive scientific narrative. Principal results reveal that the policy's narrow, disability centric definition of the inclusion object and significant systemic gaps in teacher preparedness and resource distribution compromise the effectiveness of implementation methods. The study concludes that proper inclusive education requires a transition from mere physical placement to comprehensive systemic reform, supported by continuous investment and fundamental attitudinal change. This research contributes to the discourse on educational equity by highlighting the need to combine centralized guidance with decentralized flexibility to ensure national policy coherence and practical implementation across diverse contexts. ABSTRAK Pendidikan inklusif telah muncul sebagai prioritas global untuk memastikan pendidikan yang adil dan berkualitas bagi semua peserta didik. Namun, implementasi kebijakan di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan karena pendekatan desentralisasi dan perspektif sempit yang sering menyamakan inklusi dengan akomodasi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) saja, mengabaikan kelompok rentan lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada obyek sasaran, proses kebijakan yang terdesentralisasi, dan urgensinya terhadap keadilan pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data melibatkan penelaahan kritis dan sistematis terhadap sumber-sumber tertulis yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis tematik yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis isi, melibatkan tahapan reduksi, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi kritis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa fokus kebijakan yang sempit (ABK sentris) dan kesenjangan kapasitas sistemik dalam implementasi (seperti kurangnya pelatihan guru dan sumber daya) menghambat efektivitas metode inklusif yang signifikan. Disimpulkan bahwa inklusi yang sesungguhnya membutuhkan transisi dari sekadar penempatan fisik menuju reformasi struktural, didukung oleh investasi berkelanjutan dan perubahan sikap budaya, untuk mencapai keadilan pendidikan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada diskursus ekuitas pendidikan regional dengan memperkuat pentingnya koherensi sistemik dan strategi implementasi yang sensitif terhadap konteks sosio-kultural.
