Abstract

School Health Business Management (UKS) to improve a healthy lifestyle at SDN Jakarta, has not run optimally in its implementation, so that many UKS programs have not been realized as they should. If there is no solution, it is feared that UKS activities will not run. The specific purpose of this study is to get an overview of UKS management in improving a healthy lifestyle at SDN Jakarta. The general objectives are: a. To find out the UKS management plan in improving a healthy lifestyle at SDN Jakarta, b. To find out the organization of UKS management in improving a healthy lifestyle at SDN Jakarta, c. To find out the implementation of UKS management in improving a healthy lifestyle at SDN Jakarta, d. To find out the assessment of UKS management in improving a healthy lifestyle at SDN Jakarta. e. To find out the problems of UKS management in improving a healthy lifestyle at SDN Jakarta f. To find out UKS management solutions to improve a healthy lifestyle at SDN Jakarta. The philosophical basis of this research is the philosophy of constructivism, while the theoretical basis used is the management theory by GR Terry (2009), the theory by UKS Notoatmodjo, et al (2012) and the theory of healthy lifestyles by Kus Irianto (2004). qualitative. Data collection is done through: Documentation studies, observations, interviews, and triangulation. The results of the research include: planning, organizing, implementing, assessing, problems and solutions for UKS management to improve a healthy lifestyle at SDN Jakarta, requires visionary leadership, responsibility, and upgrading human resources with all supporting facilities so as to produce graduates who care about healthy lifestyles, healthy lifestyles, both in terms of input, process, output and outcome. Conclusion; UKS management to improve healthy lifestyles for SD Negeri DKI Jakarta students which has a positive impact on increasing healthy living behaviors both at school and in their environment

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of West Jakarta Senior High School teachers, (2) the influence of organizational culture on the performance of West Jakarta State Senior High School teachers, (3) the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of West Jakarta State Senior High School teachers, (4 ) the influence of teacher competence on teacher performance at SMAN West Jakarta, and (5) the influence of principal leadership, organizational culture, organizational commitment and teacher competence on teacher performance at SMAN West Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all teachers at SMAN West Jakarta, totaling 727 teachers, while the sample consisted of 100 teachers from 4 SMAN West Jakarta selected randomly. The research instrument used a Likert scale which was modified into 9 choices, consisting of 49 statement items spread over five research variables. The results of the analysis show (1) the principal's leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a fairly strong level of influence (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a fairly strong level of influence (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. significant effect on teacher performance, with a strong level of influence (4) teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a strong level of influence and (5) principal leadership, organizational culture commitment and teacher competence together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a strong level of influence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the quality of education in Indonesia which is still static, especially in terms of the performance aspect of teachers as educators. The principal's leadership style is believed to be able to improve the performance of teachers who are considered less than optimal in improving the performance of junior high school teachers to be better and more focused according to transformational leadership indicators including programs, charisma, individual sensitivity, intellectual stimulation, and inspiration for principals in improving teacher performance at SMPN 167 and SMPN 234 Jakarta. In addition, the analysis is specifically aimed at finding out the obstacles and solutions for the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a philosophical foundation of progressivism. The results of the study found that:(1) The principal program of SMPN 167 Jakarta in improving teacher performance refers to the main competencies, namely: pedagogic, personality, social, and professional. Meanwhile, the principal of SMPN 234 Jakarta added managerial competence to the program; (2) The transformational leadership charisma of principals at SMPN 167 and SMPN 234 Jakarta can be seen from the principal who is able to become a teacher figure, respects others, is an inspiration and is capable of making teachers prioritize common interests over personal interests; (3) The individual sensitivity of the principal can be seen in terms of being able to observe, appreciate and motivate teachers, such as some teachers being able to participate in the driving teacher program. (4) The principal's intellectual stimulus is found in the wide space in expressing opinions, updating the way of making rules and agreements, and modeling an innovative, hard working and professional attitude; (5) The principal's inspiration can be found when expressing the school's vision and mission; (6) In addition, the obstacles faced by school principals in improving teacher performance are weak human resources and inadequate infrastructure. SMPN 167 Jakarta also has obstacles regarding financing, there are still facilities that are not covered in the RKAS (7) The solution that can be given is that the principal can provide opportunities for teachers to attend certain workshops and training to support better teacher performance and better learning facilities. more comfortable for school residents, especially teachers. Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of TQN remembrance coaching in fostering student piety, due to the lack of student piety coaching through the remembrance method in schools or madrasas providing education. schools and madrasas. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of TQN remembrance in fostering student piety in two schools that provide general education and religious education in finding actual profiles through a management theory approach. Specifically, this study describes and analyzes (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation and (4) Follow-up on the development of TQN remembrance by using the quality theory from Daming and the developmental theory from Huvinggurst. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies as well as validation of research results. The results of the study indicate that in general the implementation of TQN remembrance in fostering student piety carried out in general education providers, namely SMA and religion-based education providers, namely MA (Madrasah Aliyah) has been carried out objectively and measurably. In this case, basically the principles of TQN remembrance development starting from planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up in the field have been carried out in accordance with management theories, concepts and principles, although in its implementation there are several obstacles that hinder optimal management due to the incompatibility between reality and the demands of the institution's wishes in this case as a determinant of internal policy makers. directed and appropriate. This is done so that the desired quality can be achieved and meet applicable standards. In addition, in the planning stage of this strategy, it is also necessary to analyze the needs of consumers or customers in order to help increase customer satisfaction with the products and services produced.
