Abstract

This study aims to examine the importance of environment and social interaction in supporting early childhood language development. The research was conducted on Jalan Perjuangan, Dalan Lidang Subdistrict, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving children aged 4–6 years, teachers, and parents. The findings reveal that a linguistically rich environment and active, positive social interactions both at home and in educational settings have a significant impact on children's language skills. Children raised in supportive environments and frequently engaged in conversations, cooperative play, and storytelling activities show better vocabulary growth, sentence structure development, and communication abilities. In conclusion, environment and social interaction play a vital role in shaping early childhood language competence and should be given serious attention by parents, educators, and the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study explores the epistemological transformation in Islamic educational philosophy by examining the trajectory from conservative theological frameworks to rational-spiritual and transformative-pragmatic paradigms. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach through in-depth library research, this article analyzes the conceptual contributions of key figures such as al-Ghazali, Ikhwan al-Shafa, and Ibn Khaldun. The findings indicate that the conservative stream upholds hierarchical classifications of knowledge grounded in scriptural absolutism, whereas the rationalist-religious school advances epistemic potential through the actualization of reason and intellect. Meanwhile, the pragmatic approach advocated by Ibn Khaldun offers a functionalist view of education aligned with sociological needs and empirical realities. Through thematic content analysis, this research affirms the dynamic adaptability of Islamic educational philosophy in addressing the complexities of contemporary civilization. It concludes that an integrative synthesis of ontology, epistemology, and axiology across these philosophical streams can foster a holistic educational model that is both faithful to Islamic tradition and responsive to global intellectual challenges.

Abstract

Hemorrhage is one of the health issues that can be life-threatening, especially in children. This community service research aims to provide training and education to health cadres in the Rancawiru Village on the management of hemorrhage in children as the first response in handling emergencies. Interactive education methods are used to enhance the knowledge and skills of the cadres in managing hemorrhage in children. The results indicate an improvement in the knowledge and skills of the cadres, which is expected to enhance the prompt response to cases of hemorrhage in children in the community

Abstract

This study investigates how compensation and organizational culture impact employee performance at Mastin Education Center (MEC). Employee performance is critical to achieving organizational goals, especially in the era of globalization and increasing competition. Therefore, this study is based on this understanding. This study used a quantitative method with a survey design, and used a saturated sampling technique for every ten MEC workers. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistic 26. The t-test results showed that compensation (significance value 0.235) did not significantly affect employee performance. In contrast, organizational culture (significance value 0.001) had a positive impact. The F test results show that compensation and organizational culture simultaneously affect employee performance (significance value 0.005). An Adjusted R Square value of 0.800 indicates that these two factors can explain 80 percent of the variation in employee performance. Other factors not included in this study influence the remaining variation. These findings suggest that improving organizational culture and updating the compensation system are critical to improving employee performance.

Abstract

Hypertension is a very serious problem and must be watched out for because this disease is one of the diseases that causes death. Lack of level of knowledge and family support as well as the ability to care for the family will influence care that is not optimal. Family is one of the environmental factors that influences the development of disease. Therefore, the family plays an important role in maintaining and caring for family members who suffer from hypertension. Knowing that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and family support and the ability to care for families with hypertension at Rt 003/Rw 006 Tugu Cimanggis, Depok City. This research uses a descriptive correlation research design with a cross-sectional research design. The population of this study was 42 respondents at Rt 003/Rw 006 Tugu Cimanggis, Depok City. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total of 42 respondents. The Spaerman Rank correlation test obtained strong significant values, namely P-Value 0.027 and 0.026 (< 0.05), which means there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and family support and the ability to care for families with hypertension at Rt 003/Rw 006 Tugu Cimanggis, Depok City. Abstract

The elderly are an age group of humans who have entered the final stage of their life phase. With increasing age, physiological functions decrease due to the aging process so many non-communicable diseases appear in the elderly, one of the diseases that often occurs in the elderly community is hypertension. Hypertension is a vascular disorder characterized by systolic blood pressure equal to or above 140 mmHg, and or diastolic blood pressure equal to or above 90 mmHg. Community nursing is the practice of maintaining and improving public health by using knowledge from nursing science. In this community service, one way to maintain and improve public health is by providing hypertension health education and hypertension gymnastics that aim to control blood pressure.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia sering dihadapkan pada tantangan kurangnya relevansi materi dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa, sehingga kurang bermakna bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar kontekstual sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Integrasi pendekatan kontekstual dan pembelajaran mendalam diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran melalui personalisasi dan adaptasi materi yang bermakna bagi siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) Borg-Gall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan sampai mengasilkan buku ajar. Subjek penelitian siswa SMP Aisyiah Muhamadiyah 3 Malang. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi angket kebutuhan, pedoman wawancara, lembar validasi, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan buku ajar interaktif yang relevan dengan pengalaman dan kebutuhan. Hasil validasi oleh ahli bahasa sebesar 98%; oleh ahli pembelajaran 98%; dan oleh ahli penilaian 98%. Penilaian oleh responden sekolah mitra pada tahap one-to-one adalah 99,8%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi buku ini memiliki relevansi, efektivitas, dan kebermaknaan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Pengembangan buku ajar ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap inovasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di jenjang SMP

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the implementation and success of the WAFA method in the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mohammad Hatta Islamic Elementary School, Malang. The WAFA method is an innovation in Qur'anic learning based on right-brain optimization, utilizing the TANDUR strategy and a multisensory approach. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies during the period of October–December 2021. The results showed that the implementation of the WAFA method was effective, carried out through five structured stages (5P) with an emphasis on the Hijaz rhythm and meaningful movements. Approximately 78.3% of fifth and sixth-grade students successfully memorized the entire juz 30, indicating a significant improvement compared to the previous method. This success is influenced by factors such as teacher creativity, a conducive learning environment, and systemic school support. The findings provide a theoretical contribution to the development of neuroscience-based Qur'anic learning methods and practical implications for managers of Islamic educational institutions. It is recommended that teacher training modules be developed and technology integrated into the implementation of the WAFA method.

Abstract

The problem in this research is: what are the implications of philanthropic attitudes related to character education in Indonesian literature (novels)?. The aim is to find out the picture of generosity contained in Indonesian literary works related to character education. The benefits of the results of this research are as reading material or additional knowledge in studying and understanding literary works, especially events related to the generosity of figures in Indonesian literature. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach and the data of this research are in the form of words, phrases, sentences, dialogues of characters in Indonesian literary novels. The research data includes: items of philanthropy theory and character education as well as data sources, namely the text of Indonesian literary novels. The results of this study are expected to be used as an additional basic reference concept for researchers who are interested in further deepening literary research, especially the disciplines of philanthropy and character education. This writing produces kindness to the poor, kindness in prescribing medicine, not being arrogant, caring for abandoned babies, caring for others, helping sick people, helping children whose fathers are in prison.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi model collaborative learning dan implikasinya terhadap mata pelajaran fiqih di Ma’had Tahfidzul Qur’an Annisa Malang. Penelitian dilakukan di Ma’had Tahfidzul Qur’an Annisa Malang pada santriwati KMA al-wustha II setara kelas VIII SMP sebanyak 22 orang, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Model collaborative learning diterapkan agar pembelajaran tidak terasa monoton dan para santriwati menjadi aktif dengan saling berdiskusi untuk mencapai pemahaman yang mendalam. Data terkumpul melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model collaborative learning melalui tiga tahapan: 1. Perencanaan; 2. Pelaksanaan, melalui 5 tahapan (Orientasi siswa, pembentukan kelompok, pengaturan tugas belajar, memfasilitasi kolaborasi siswa, memberikan nilai dan mengevaluasi); 3. Evaluasi. Implikasi dari implementasi model ini adalah peningkatan hasil belajar yang ditinjau dari 3 aspek yaitu aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik.
