Abstract

In the current era of Society 5.0, more and more unique culinary places have emerged as destinations to enjoy food and drinks known as cafes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of product diversity, facilities, and E-WOM in influencing consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions at Cafe Fortuna. The population in this study were Cafe Fortuna consumers. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Last Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, facilities have a negative but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, E-Wom has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity has a positive but significant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a negative but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, product diversity has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, facilities have a negative but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, E-Wom has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The beauty salon industry has experienced rapid growth in this modern era. Grooming and appearance are a primary focus for many individuals, and salons are becoming trendy places to ful fill these needs. Apart from being a plac to care for the body, beauty salons are also considered ideal places to relax and care for. This research aims to analyze the influence of Brand image, Location, and Promotion on consumer Loyalty through Repurchase interest as an intervening variable at the Beautybarku Salon in Situbondo. The number of samples used in this research was 89 Beautybarku respondents in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The resultsof the direct influence hypothe test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Brand image has a significant positive effect on Repurcha seinterest, Location has a significantly postive effecton Repurchase interest, Promotion has a positive significant effect on Repurchase interest, Brand image has a positive but not significant effecton Loyalty. Consumers, Location has a positive but not significant effect on consumer Loyalty, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on consumer Loyalty, Repurchase intention has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty. The indirect influence hypothesis test results show that Brand image has a significant positive effecton consumer Loyalty through Repurchase nterest, Location has a positive effect on consumer Loyalty through Repurchase interest, and Promotion has a significant positive effect on consumer Loyalty through Repurchase interest.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Influence of Competence, Work Ethics and Organizational Climate on the Performance of MAN 3 Banyuwangi Teachers with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 45 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Abstract

Financial management is all activities related to financial management decisions and financial assets. The main objective of financial management is to obtain maximum profit through owned financial resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of the Effect of Earning Per Share and Debt To Equity Ratio on Stock Returns with Dividend Policy as Intervening Variables in Companies Listed in the Index LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2017-2021. The target population in this study were companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021, totaling 45 companies, which were then reduced based on the criteria to become 7 companies. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Earning Pershare has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Debt To Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Earning Pershare has a significant positive effect on Stock Returns, Debt To Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns, dividend policy has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis show that the Earning Pershare variable has a positive but not significant effect on Stock Return through Dividend Policy, Debt To Equity Ratio on Stock Return through Dividend Policy has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies are one of the business sectors that continue to experience growth. Food and beverage companies are also in great demand by investors because they are a sector that can survive in the midst of Indonesia's economic conditions. Food and beverage companies have an important role, namely to meet consumer needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The population of this study were 33 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the asset structure has a positive but not significant effect on the capital structure, the asset structure has a significant negative effect on firm value, and the capital structure has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the asset structure variable has a positive but not significant effect on firm value through capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure and dividend policy on company value through stock returns as an intervening variable in companies listed on the LQ-45 Index for the 2018-2021 periods. The populations in this study are all companies listed in the LQ-45 Index totaling 45 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling so that 9 samples were obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the hypothesis test for direct and indirect effects using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the direct effect hypothesis test shows that capital structure and dividend policy have a negative but not significant effect on stock returns, capital structure has a negative but not significant effect on company value, dividend policy has a positive effect but not significant to company value, stock return has a positive and significant effect on company value. The results of the indirect effect test show that capital structure has a negative but not significant effect on firm value through stock returns. Dividend policy has a negative but not significant effect on company value through stock returns.

Abstract

LQ45 is a type of index used to measure the price performance of stocks that have high liquidity and large market capitalization and are supported by good company fundamentals. There are 45 preferred stocks in the LQ45 stock index which are selected every 6 months. The stocks that occupy the LQ45 index are stocks that have high liquidity and market capitalization from the total number of shares on the IDX. This study aims to test whether liquidity has an effect on dividend policy by using profitability as an intervening variable. The sample in this study is LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016-2020 period, as many as 30 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Liquidity has a positive but significant effect on Profitability, Liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Profitability has a positive but significant effect on Dividend Policy, Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Dividend Policy through Profitability.

Abstract

The Department of Education and Culture is a government agency that is responsible for all matters relating to education. In charge of carrying out the government affairs of Situbondo Regency in the field of education based on the principle of autonomy and assistance tasks, as well as carrying out other tasks related to education given by the Mayor / Regent in accordance with their field of duty. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of state civil servants through job satisfaction at the Education and Culture Office of Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on performance, work motivation has no significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance . The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that work discipline on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

PLN Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Situbondo serves customers directly. Thus, the human resources involved can develop better interpersonal and communication skills, and increase sensitivity to customer needs and expectations. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT PLN Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Situbondo. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLN Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Situbondo. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach and the sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on performance, and work motivation had a significant effect on performance. The results of the hypothesis test using compensation as a moderating variable showed that the transformational leadership variable had a positive effect but not significant on performance, and work motivation variable moderated by compensation showed a positive effect on performance but not significant.

Abstract

Students as agents of change in dealing with social problems before finally joining the community. One of them is having good financial behavior in managing personal finances. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of financial technology on financial behavior with financial literacy as an intervening variable. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdurachman Saleh University, Situbondo. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that financial technology has a significant effect on financial literacy, financial technology has a significant effect on financial behavior, financial literacy has a significant effect on financial behavior. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that financial technology on financial behavior through financial literacy has a significant positive effect.
