Abstract

Stunting menurut World Health Organization (WHO) ialah suatu kondisi di mana anak mengalami keterlambatan pertumbuhan akibat pola makan yang buruk atau infeksi berulang. Air Susu Ibu eksklusif merupakan faktor protektor penting yang dapat menurunkan risiko terjadinya stunting. Metode: observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh balita usia 24-59 bulan yang datang ke posyandu pada wilayah kerja Puskesmas Singkil. Besar sampel 89 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah adalah simpel random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah rekam medik yang dianalisa secara univariat & bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian di dapatkan mayoritas balita stunting berumur 24-35 bulan, berjenis kelamin laki-laki (55,8%), status gizi kurang (51,2%). Sebanyak (47,3%) balita tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif . Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05) dengan OR=85.086 yang berarti balita yang tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif berisiko 85.086 mengalami stunting dibandingkan balita yang mendapat ASI eksklusif. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ASI eksklusif memberikan nutrisi yang optimal dan dapat membantu pertumbuhan serta perkembangan anak, sehingga mengurangi risiko stunting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the forms of bureaucratic pathology that occur in public services in Indonesia, as well as to analyze their impact on service quality and formulate strategies for overcoming them. This study uses a literature study method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained from various relevant scientific articles, books, and research reports, especially those published between 2021 and 2024. The results of the study show that bureaucratic pathology in Indonesia is still systemic and complex, including corrupt practices, slow and discriminatory services, complicated procedures, and low transparency and accountability. Bureaucratic pathology has a significant impact on the declining quality of public services and public trust in the government. To overcome this, comprehensive bureaucratic reform is needed through simplifying procedures, increasing the capacity of the apparatus, transforming organizational culture, and consistently implementing the principles of good governance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of technological innovation on public satisfaction in public service delivery through a literature review approach. In the digital era, the use of technologies such as e-government and e-services has become a key strategy to enhance efficiency, transparency, and service quality. Based on the analysis of five relevant journal articles, three showed effective implementation of digital technology, resulting in improved public satisfaction. However, two journals revealed suboptimal outcomes due to obstacles such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and insufficient socialization. These findings suggest that the success of technological innovation in public services highly depends on technical readiness, policy support, and the public’s ability to utilize digital services.

Abstract

Tehnology has played as a significant role in teaching and learning. As an aspect of technology,E-learning has been believed to be an effective learning media of higher educational in institution.Pandemic Covid’19 is really having huge impact for people around the world unexpected ineducational field. In this era, the activity of teaching and learning process was changed to be anonline term. Thus, the objective of this research is to explore the effect of E learning towardstudents learning interest in Covid’19 era especially in rural area. The researcher conducted inAkademi Kebidanan Wahana Husada Bandar Jaya Central Lampung. The population of thisresearch is the students in AKBID Wahana Husada Bandar Jaya at the first semester in academicyear 2020/2021. The data collecting technique is using questionnaire, and to analysis the data, theresearcher used T-test. The finding of this research, the students more interest to join the classmeeting by E-learning. It saw by their result in fulfill the questionnaire. The result showed that Elearning is having positive effect toward students learning interest in Covid’19 era. The studentsfelt enjoy with this kind of learning.

Abstract

This paper presents the findings of qualitative study aimed at exploring teachingmethod used by the English teachers to teach speaking. Speaking has always been as one ofchallenging skill for most students. The teachers have their own characteristic on applyingmethod to teach their students speaking skill which also suit with their students need. Thesample was the English teachers and students of SMA International Budi Mulia Dua at gradeXI. The data were collected from interviewing three English teachers and six students, as wellobserving the teaching process of speaking class. This result of this study revealed theteachers and students preference on the method which is applied during speaking class. Basedon the interview and classroom observation, there are some teaching methods that were usedby the teacher to teach the student speaking.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of Canva as a learning tool to enhance the English speaking skills of midwifery students, focusing on the students’ perspectives regarding the implementation of this application in the classroom. Speaking is a vital skill for academic and professional communication, yet many students struggle due to low confidence and limited practice opportunities. The research aims to evaluate students' opinions on using Canva to improve their speaking abilities. A qualitative approach was used, with data collected through a questionnaire, and analyzed using descriptive statistics to summarize the students' responses. The findings reveal that Canva’s interactive features significantly increased students' speaking confidence and engagement in EFL classrooms. Additionally, the study suggests that Canva’s flexibility allows students to practice speaking anytime and anywhere, making it an effective tool for enhancing speaking proficiency. The integration of Canva into English language teaching holds potential for improving language skills while fostering creativity and self-expression. Based on the results, it is recommended that Canva be incorporated into language learning curricula to maximize students’ speaking potential and motivation.
