Abstract

Background: Adolescence is a period that is vulnerable to risky sexual behavior. This study aimed to describe the reproductive health knowledge and attitudes of students at the faculty of health and non-health faculties.Methods: It is research with quantitative methods using a cross-sectional design. The variables of this study are the level of knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health—data collection techniques with online surveys. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and bivariate analysis (Mann-Whitney test).Results: Respondents with a good level of knowledge and attitudes about sexual reproductive health at the health faculties were higher than respondents at the non-health faculties (78 Vs. 61 people and 68 Vs. 42 people). The knowledge and attitudes of respondents in the health and non-health faculties were significantly different (?=19; p = 0.009 and ?=27.95; p = 0.001).Conclusion: Health promotion is needed for students, especially non-health students, to increase knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health to prevent risky sexual behavior among students

Abstract

Perilaku keuangan yang baik dapat didukung dengan literasi keuangan yang baik karena mereka akan lebih siap untuk menghadapi isu keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari literasi keuangan dan lifestyle hedonis terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa di Jawa Tengah. Data yang digunakan ialah data primer yang didapat melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan google form dimana didapati sebanyak 194 responden. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakana regresi linier berganda, determinasi korelasi, uji t dan uji f dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan lifestyle hedonis memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Literasi keuangan dan lifestyle hedonis secara simultan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Kata-kata Kunci : Financial literacy, lifestyle hedonic, financial behavior

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variabel yang mempengaruhi PBV yaitu ROA, DER, QR, dan EVA pada sektor konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2021. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 11 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian regresi data panel, uji t, uji f dan uji determinasi mendapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa secara parsial DER dan EVA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV sedangkan ROA dan QR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV. Secara simultan ROE, DER, QR dan EVA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV

Abstract

 This study aims to examine theories regarding the influence of electronic word of mouth, perceived risk, mobile apps quality on Tokopedia user satisfaction in Semarang and its effect on electtronic loyalty. The object of research is students who use Tokopedia throughout Indonesia with a minimum age limit of 18-26 years and have used Tokopedia at least 3 times. Respondents were processed as many as 157 individuals with analysis techniques (Structural Equation Model), which were operated using the Smart PLS program. Based on the five variables taken, all five have positive and significant impact. As for the final conclusion, electronic loyalty can be achieved by increasing electronic word of mouth, perceived risk, mobile apps quality with a satisfaction.

Abstract

Pasar saham Indonesia merupakan pilar ekonomi yang vital, memfasilitasi perolehan modal bagi perusahaan serta menawarkan peluang investasi bagi individu hingga korporasi besar. Keberhasilan investasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan memahami faktor-faktor yang menentukan pergerakan harga saham. Teknologi dan analisis data, khususnya melalui algoritma Decision Tree, dapat membantu memprediksi pergerakan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), sehingga mendukung keputusan investasi yang lebih baik. Pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk "Optimasi Investasi di Pasar Saham Indonesia" dirancang untuk meningkatkan literasi investasi di kalangan mahasiswa, pengusaha dan pemegang saham, melalui pengembangan system analisis berbasis Decision Tree untuk prediksi IHSG. Program ini mencakup penelitian awal, pengembangan dan validasi model prediksi, pelatihan dan edukasi, implementasi, serta evaluasi dan penyempurnaan berbasis MOS, dengan tujuan akhir meningkatkan keberhasilan investasi di pasar saham Indonesia, seraya mengintegrasikan pengetahuan di bidang komputer, AI, dan keuangan. Materi pelatihan mencakup dasar analisis teknikal dan fundamental, analisis Decision Tree, optimasi portofolio, dan strategi manajemen risiko, dilengkapi dengan alat machine learning. Evaluasi pasca pelatihan menggunakan metode Mean Opinion Score (MOS) menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi dengan skor 97.08% untuk Fungsionalitas, 96.09% untuk Keandalan, dan 98.09% untuk Kegunaan, menekankan efektivitas algoritma Decision Tree dalam memprediksi IHSG dan meningkatkan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Faced with fierce competition, coffee shops need to stay in tune with evolving customer preferences. This research was conducted the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, specifically the House of Quality (HoQ) tool, to analyze feedback from subject consist of 100 customers of Skenario Kopi Cafe. The HoQ is a structured approach that translates customer desires (Voice of Customer or VoC) into actionable technical improvements. The sampling technique is based on purposive sampling technique. Analysis of Validity Test and Reliability Test data using SPSS 24 software. The research identified 15 key customer needs, categorized by their level of importance. They then compared these needs to 5 potential technical responses that Skenario Kopi Cafe could implement. Based on this analysis, the result showed such as prioritizing communication training for staff, followed by facility upgrades, and lastly, implementing regular performance evaluations. By analyzing the relationships between these factors, the researchers were able to prioritize the actions that would have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Digital literacy training for women entrepreneurs Aisyiyah at the Surakarta Residency provides a series of activities in winning business competition during the pandemic. The purpose of this training to increase digital literacy, to provide knowledge and skills about basic concepts in product planning and marketing, including pricing, product life cycle, utilization of marketing channels and integrated marketing efficiency. The methods used in this training include in-depth interviews, discussions, practicals, and interactive counseling. This training provides by creating an online store and understanding the concept and understanding of building a competitive business and marketing. It is hoped that The Aisyiyah Entrepreneurial School can add insight, ideas, and business opportunities effectively and overcome the obstacles and faced in running a business during the Covid-19 pandemic and also can develop their business so that they can increase their income and welfare and be able to become a sustainable business in the future.

Abstract

Profit growth is important for businesses as it can be used to forecast future business plans. Earnings growth is difficult to separate from the company's financial performance as measured by financial ratios. This study aims to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover ratio, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and inventory turnover on profit growth. This study has a population of 17 companies over three years (per quarter), and a sample of 204 collected through purposive sampling method, and this study uses data analysis methods, namely multiple regression analysis and panel data with Eviews 12 software. The analysis shows that ITR has a positive and significant effect on earnings growth (Ln), while RTR, CR, and DER have no effect on earnings growth (Ln). All independent variables, namely RTR, CR, DER, and ITR, affect earnings growth (Ln) simultaneously. Earnings growth (Ln) is influenced by the four independent variables by 9%. This shows the capability of financial ratios in anticipating profit increases and can influence investor investment decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, capital structure and solvency on the value of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period with covid-19 as a control variable. The data used is secondary data from the company's financial statements. This study applied purposive sampling technique in sampling, obtained a sample of 8 telecommunications companies with 128 financial reports. This study applies quantitative methods using data analysis techniques, namely panal data regression analysis and using eviews 12 for data processing. From this study, the results obtained based on the t statistical test, firm value does not get a partially significant positive effect from profitability, liquidity, and firm value does not get a partially significant negative effect from solvency, but firm value gets a partially significant negative effect from capital structure and covid-19. Based on the f statistical test, the company value gets a significant effect simultaneously from profitability, liquidity, capital structure, solvency and covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of compensation, work discipline, work environment, and leadership style on employee productivity at PT. Sarana Bangun Busaka. This research method is quantitative. In this study, the population used was the productivity of employees of PT. Sarana Bangun Pusaka. This research uses non-probability sampling. The sample was taken by purposive method. This study used a sample of 70 respondents. The data needed in this study is Primary Data. The data analysis technique is with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study are Employee productivity gets a significant effect partially from compensation. Employee productivity has a significant effect partially on work discipline. Employee productivity gets a significant effect partially from the work environment. Employee productivity does not get a significant effect partially from leadership style. Simultaneously the value of employee productivity is influenced by compensation, work discipline, work environment, and leadership style.
