Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the level of religiosity, organizational culture, and Islamic leadership style on the performance of student organization officials at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, Surakarta. The independent variables in this study are religiosity, organizational culture, and Islamic leadership style. The performance of student organization officials is the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research, with a population of student organization management groups at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Samples were taken randomly with a minimum number of respondents of 100 students from all student organization administrators at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The sampling technique uses the theory of Hair which says that the minimum number of samples is 5 times the number of variables to be studied and analyzed. For analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires conducted online via Googleform. Based on the results of data processing assisted by the SPSS software, the results of the study were obtained through the t test, with the result that the religiosity variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the student organization committee of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Organizational culture variables have a positive and significant impact on the performance of student organization management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. As well as the Islamic leadership style variable does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of student organization management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of empowering leadership and compensation systems mediated by Employee Intrinsic Motivation on Turnover Intention at PT. Industrial Morowali Industry Park Bahadopi Regency, Central Sulawesi, while the research method used is quantitative correlation analysis using SMART PLS 3 with 166 employee samples as a result of removing outliers. The results of this study indicate that Empowering leadership, Compensation system, and Employee intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Empowering Leadership, Compensation system has a positive and significant effect on Employee intrinsic motivation then Empowering leadership, Compensation system has a positive and significant effect on Turnover intention mediated by Employe intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention and its effect on employee performance in the context of PT. JJ Gloves Indo is a manufacturing company. No previous research has studied this relationship at PT JJ Gloves Indo. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 staff members working in the production department. Data was collected through a proportional sampling technique. Structural Equation Model (SEM) from the Partial Least Square (PLS) program package was used to analyze the data to determine whether there is a relationship between the research variables. The results of this study show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant direct effect on turnover intention and employee performance. However, turnover intention does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance and cannot mediate the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance, this states that any change in turnover intention either in the condition of direct influence or as a mediator will not reduce or increase employee performance. This suggests that maintaining job satisfaction and organizational commitment can help reduce turnover intention and improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work-family conflict and work stress on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable using quantitative research methods and SMART PLS analysis tools. 4 of the population in this study are female nurses working shifts in the ward and emergency room using a purposive sampling approach. with a sample size of 89 according to the criteria. The results of this study show that work-family conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on performance, work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on performance, work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction. work has a positive and significant effect on performance, work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect which is mediated by job satisfaction and work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on performance which is mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose — This study aims to analyze the effects of ethical leadership and adhocratic culture on company performance, with innovative work behavior serving as a mediating factor.Method — This study employed a quantitative approach, with permanent employees from the Social Security Agency on Health (BPJS) company as survey respondents, constituting 70% of the sample. The sampling technique utilized purposeful saturation sampling. Validity and dependability of the outer model were evaluated using SmartPLS. The hypotheses were tested using the output of the SmartPLS inner model.Result — We found that ethical leadership and innovative work behavior have a significant influence on company performance. However, our analysis suggests that adhocratic culture does not exert a significant impact on company performance. In terms of the relationship between ethical leadership, adhocratic culture, and innovative work behavior, we observed that both ethical leadership and adhocratic culture play an important role in shaping innovative work behavior. However, our findings indicate that innovative work behavior does not serve as a positive and substantial mediator between ethical leadership and company performance. Similarly, we found that innovative work behavior does not act as a positive and substantial mediator between adhocratic culture and company performance.Contribution — This study makes an academic contribution by revealing the specific impacts of ethical leadership and adhocratic culture on company performance, highlighting the importance of ethical leadership and innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi ialah suatu pendidikan tertinggi yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menyedikan sumber daya manusia di Negara Indonesia yang memiliki kemampuan dan keprabadian yang baik dan didukung dengan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (Karim, 2020). Seiring perkembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi ditandai dengan Revolusi 4.0 dimana era tersebut terdapat perubahan perilaku manusia yaitu setiap aktivas manuasi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi.  Karim, (2020) mengungkapkan bahwa selama tahun 2018-2019 telah banyak kajian seminar di Perguruan Tinggi terdapat berbagai perubahan yang berdampak pada pengelolaan Peindidikan di Indonesia. Beberapa tantangan dinataranya harus mengkobinasikan teknologi cyber otomasi. Dengan demikian, teknologi 4.0 Perguruan tinggi perlu di fokuskan pada penyediaan kebutuhan yang ditunjang dengan IOT (Internet Of Things), Big Data dan Cyber Security. Artinya bahwa kemajuan teknologi informasi berbasis internet supercepat yang dapat dijadikan sebagai penunjang Perguruan Tinggi dalam menyelengarakan pendidikan. Hal tersebut sudah dilakukan oleh Perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan karyawan dan saat ini telah monerahkan berbagai hasil positif baik dibidang akademik maupun administratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh tacit knowledge dan technological capability dengan mediasi innovation behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan Perguruan tinggi. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perguruang tinggi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta berjumlah berjumlah 186 karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian ini tacit knowledge berpengaruh positif terhadap innovation behavior, technological capability berpengaruh positif terhadap innovation behavior, tacit knowledge berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karaywan. Innovation behavior memberikan pengaruh positif dalam memediasi tacit knowledge terhadap kinerja karyawan. sedangkan innovation behavior memberikan pengaruh positif dalam memediasi technological capability terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarnkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sebaiknya Perguruan tinggi perlu meningkatkan tacit knowledge karyawan melalui kegiatan diskusi seacara rutin anatara pimpinan dan karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan technological capability, sebaiknya Perguruan tinggi perlu mengadakan pelatihan dibidang teknologi.   Higher education is the highest education that has the responsibility to provide human resources in the State of Indonesia that have good abilities and personalities and are supported by mastery of science and technology (Karim, 2020). Along with the development of technology and information systems marked by Revolution 4.0 where this era there are changes in human behavior, namely every human activity can be carried out using technology.  Karim, (2020) revealed that during 2018-2019 there have been many seminar studies in Higher Education there are various changes that have an impact on the management of Education in Indonesia. Some of the challenges include having to combine automation cyber technology. Thus, technology 4.0 Higher Education needs to focus on providing needs supported by IOT (Internet Of Things), Big Data and Cyber Security. This means that the advancement of super-fast internet-based information technology can be used as a support for universities in organizing education. This has been done by universities in improving employees and currently has monerahkan various positive results both in the academic and administrative fields. This study aims to determine the effect of tacit knowledge and technological capability with mediation of innovation behavior on the performance of higher education employees. The object of this research is the employees of Perguruang Tinggi Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University and Muhammadiyah Surakarta University totaling 186 employees. From the results of this study, tacit knowledge has a positive effect on innovation behavior, technological capability has a positive effect on innovation behavior, tacit knowledge has a positive effect on employee performance. Innovation behavior has a positive influence in mediating tacit knowledge on employee performance. while innovation behavior has a positive influence in mediating technological capability on employee performance. From the results of this study, it is suggested that to improve employee performance, universities should increase employee tacit knowledge through regular discussions between leaders and employees. To improve technological capability, universities should conduct training in the field of technology.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk peran kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi pada pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap retensi karyawan pada Lazismu Solo Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawan Lazismu Solo Raya sebagai populasi penelitian. Metode mengambil sampel dipenelitian berikut menggunakan non probability dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini 150 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui studi lapangan berupa kuesioner online secara personal Dalam teknik analisis data pada penelitian berikut bermetode SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa kompensasi, pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Kompensasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh reward intrinsik dan ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Tirta Investama, sebuah perusahaan di Klaten, Indonesia, dengan sampel 60 operator produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik reward intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan motivasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa reward intrinsik, seperti pengakuan dan apresiasi, meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kinerja. Demikian pula, reward ekstrinsik, seperti bonus dan promosi, juga meningkatkan motivasi dan meningkatkan kinerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan menyediakan kombinasi reward intrinsik dan ekstrinsik yang memotivasi karyawan untuk mencapai yang terbaik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur yang ada tentang sistem reward dan motivasi karyawan, serta menyajikan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan pelanggan sebagai pemediasi pada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada pelanggan Dz Billiard. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi penelitian ini ialah setiap masyarakat yang pernah bermain billiard di DZ Billiard Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive. Perhitungan sampel penelitian ini dengan perhitungan Malhottra. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini ialah 110 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berperan dalam memediasi kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan perilaku keanggotaan organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Puskesmas di Temanggung, Jawa Tengah. Jenis data penelitian ini ialah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini ialah menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini ialah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 karyawan Puskesmas di Temanggung Jawa Tengah. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.1. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional memengaruhi perilaku keanggotaan organisasi. perilaku keanggotaan organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta perilaku keanggotaan organisasi tidak memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan.
