Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage and managerial support on work productivity, with employee performance as a mediating variable, focusing on administrative staff at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, using purposive sampling of 100 respondents from a population of 300 employees. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Sobel test to assess mediation effects. The results indicate that AI usage has a positive and significant effect on work productivity but is not significant in improving employee performance. In contrast, managerial support has a significant effect on both productivity and performance. However, employee performance does not significantly mediate the relationship between AI usage and managerial support on productivity. The study concludes that managerial support plays a crucial role in enhancing both productivity and performance, while AI contributes more directly to work efficiency. These findings offer valuable implications for HR policy development and the implementation of technology in the workplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Leadership and Teamwork on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as a mediator. The type of research used is quantitative research with a questionnaire distribution method through a questionnaire. The population of this study were all employees of PT Primayudha Mandirijaya. The sample used in this study amounted to one hundred and sixty respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership on Employee Performance at PT Primayudha Mandirijaya (H1). There is a positive and significant influence between Teamwork on Employee Performance at PT Primayudha Mandirijaya (H2) There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership on Organizational Commitment at PT Primayudha Mandirijaya (H3) There is a positive and significant influence between Teamwork on Organizational Commitment at PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya (H4) There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership on Employee Performance of PT. Abstract

In an effort to achieve quality human resources, organizational management needs to provide various supporting aspects that include policies related to employee turnover. So that through this study the company can get results from the influence of job satisfaction and employee engagement on turnover intentions with organizational commitment as a mediator, the distribution was carried out using quantitative methods and purposive sampling then obtained a total of 105 respondents with all of them being employees of the Dr. Ario Wirawan Lung Hospital (RSPAW) in Salatiga. Furthermore, the findings obtained in the form of Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction cannot provide a significant influence on Turnover Intention. while other values stated that job satisfaction and employee engagement can provide a significant influence on organizational commitment. However, the mediation provided by organizational commitment has an insignificant influence on job satisfaction and employee engagement on turnover intentions

Abstract

Kepemimpinan berperan besar dalam membentuk suasana kerja, memengaruhi perilaku, dan menentukan hasil kerja karyawan.penelitian ini menjadikan pentingnya mengetahui tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan menilai pengaruh leadership dan kedisiplinan dengan dimediasi oleh work motivation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling, menyasar karayawan PT. JS Corp Boyolali yang berusia diatas 18 tahun serta berdomisili di Boyolali. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui Google Form menggunakan skala Likert. Mengacu pada Hair et al. (2019), jumlah sampel minimal ditentukan lima kali jumlah indikator, yaitu 100 responden dari 20 indikator. Dalam pelaksanaannya, diperoleh 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS yang kemudian menghasilkan temuan bahwa leadership berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedisiplinan juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan work motivation, sedangkan kedisiplinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work motivation. Selanjutnya, work motivation terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam hubungan mediasi, work motivation mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, work motivation tidak memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The findings of this study imply that organizations, specifically PT. Legenda Bintang Bola—can strengthen Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by enhancing organizational commitment and emotional intelligence among employees. Since both variables also increase work motivation, and motivation itself positively influences OCB, the company should focus on programs that nurture employees’ emotional awareness, loyalty, sense of belonging, and overall engagement at work. In practical terms, the organization may benefit from implementing training related to emotional regulation, team-building activities to deepen commitment, and supportive policies that boost internal motivation. Strengthening these areas can help create a more collaborative, proactive, and productive workforce, ultimately improving organizational performance and stability.

Abstract

This study employed a survey method with an explanatory approach to quantitatively capture the attitudes and opinions of a defined population while examining how one variable influences another to test the proposed hypotheses. The population consisted of all employees of PT. Legenda Bintang Bola in Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, and a sample of 96 respondents was selected through probability sampling using a simple random technique, which is recommended for relatively large populations. The analysis revealed significant, positive relationships among the studied variables, indicating that each variable plays an essential role in shaping employee attitudes, motivation, and work-related behavior. These findings suggest that reinforcing variables proven to have a strong influence can enhance employee performance, improve workplace effectiveness, and guide organizational leaders in designing more targeted, evidence-based human resource policies that support long-term company development.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of workforce capability enhancement and competitive remuneration incentives on employee commitment, with work engagement functioning as a mediating variable within the staff of CV. Ayo Usaha. A quantitative research methodology utilizing a causal design was adopted. Primary data were gathered via a questionnaire survey targeting 120 permanent employees and were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that workforce capability enhancement and competitive remuneration incentives significantly and positively impact work engagement and employee commitment. Additionally, work engagement serves as a significant mediator in the relationship between both independent variables and workplace commitment. These findings underscore the critical role of employee capability enhancement and equitable compensation structures in promoting work engagement and reinforcing organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, salary satisfaction, and career development on turnover intention among Generation Z employees at PT Sunwoo Garment Indonesia. The study adopts a quantitative research design and applies a survey technique by administering structured questionnaires to 150 participants who were chosen based on purposive sampling criteria. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, and instrument testing. Hypothesis testing was conducted using F-tests and t-tests with a significance level of 0.05, supported by the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that career development has a negative but insignificant effect on turnover intention, suggesting that this factor is not a primary consideration for Generation Z employees in deciding whether to remain with or leave the company. In contrast, salary satisfaction has a significant and negative effect on turnover intention, indicating that higher salary satisfaction reduces employees’ intention to leave. In addition, workload has a significant effect on turnover intention, where a higher workload tends to increase employees’ intention to leave the organization. Overall, salary satisfaction and workload are more dominant factors influencing turnover intention among Generation Z employees than career development.

Abstract

Studi ini menelaah pengaruh kompensasi dan durasi kerja terhadap performa pegawai, dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi, di sektor manufaktur Kabupaten Sragen. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan pada seluruh populasi staf, dengan sampel purposive. Instrumen berupa kuesioner Likert lima skala mengukur kompensasi, jam kerja (independen), performa pegawai (dependen), dan komitmen organisasi (mediator). Analisis melibatkan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, serta mediasi via SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan: kompensasi tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap performa, sementara jam kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan; kompensasi signifikan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi, sedangkan jam kerja tidak; komitmen organisasi terbukti mendorong performa pegawai secara signifikan. Temuan menekankan urgensi pengelolaan jam kerja yang efisien dan skema kompensasi yang adil untuk memaksimalkan kinerja melalui penguatan komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi dinamika Efek work stress dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention, dengan organizational commitment berperan sebagai mediator kognitif pada karyawan permanen yang aktif minimal satu tahun. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan melalui distribusi kuesioner daring/onsite menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan skala Likert lima poin yang diadaptasi dari literatur empiris terdahulu. Analisis data meliputi deskriptif, validitas-reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi, serta uji mediasi menggunakan SmartPLS dan SPSS untuk mengestimasi koefisien jalur dan inferensi kausal. Hasil empiris mengindikasikan bahwa work stress dan job insecurity secara signifikan mendorong turnover intention, sedangkan work stress juga memengaruhi organizational commitment secara positif, namun job insecurity tidak menunjukkan dampak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, demikian pula organizational commitment gagal memediasi turnover intention. Temuan ini menekankan kompleksitas interaksi psikososial dalam konteks retensi tenaga kerja, di mana faktor stres dan ketidakpastian pekerjaan lebih dominan dibanding mekanisme afektif organisasi dalam membentuk niat keluar karyawan.
