Abstract

The need of  improvement in learning process, especially in higher education environment, has already begun a dilemma for many lecturers. Many experts has already agreed that one of the success factor in learning process improvement is creating collaboration among students. This pre-eliminary action research tried to implement collaborative learning from small groups using simple task and escalating into large group with more complicated collaborative framework. Although there is no quantification result in this research, the questionnaire result has already proven that collaborative learning is feasible in higher education environment. However, further research in term of collaborative learning can be done easier using the result from this research.

Abstract

Scope of online learning in higher education now more widely assumed to be a repository of teaching materials for both teachers and students. Nevertheless there are still many things that can still be developed and studied with an experimental model for online learning can be more participatory in the learning context given that the scope of the college is more directed to andragogik. One innovation that leads to this is to make the application of model-based learning wiki adopting crowdsourcing. This paper explores theoretical study attempted as a first step in the research development of wiki-based online learning model. The results of this study should be the basis for experiments to be conducted in order to adapt contextually in real state.

Abstract

The book of Managing Millennials as a whole is not arranged like a textbook that is heavy to read and study. The sentences arranged in it seem straightforward and effective and encourage readers persuasively to be able to understand millennials from a different point of view. The adaptation tips and recipes presented also have the impression of being very practical and easy to implement in a corporate and organizational environment.In the present, this book is still very relevant because millennials still dominate the employment today. In addition, the generation after millennials, namely those born above 2000, the way of handling is also still relatively the same as millennials themselves. So that managers and leaders of the organization are still recommended to read this book.The author of this book who is a military veteran but has an MBA education background, and has experience as a consultant in various companies in which there are elements of the millennial generation, tends to choose sentences with a predominance of command words that arouse the spirit of the reader. So for readers who come from among practitioners, this book is very suitable and light enough to be read repeatedly before being practiced to the real world. But for readers from academics, this book can be a short and concise reference alternative for teaching or for students who are doing research.

Abstract

Sistem entri nilai akademik sebuah perguruan tinggi melibatkan proses berbasis kertas yang seringkali mengakibatkan keterlambatan proses, bahkan hingga ke resiko kehilangan berkas yang seharusnya menjadi sebuah proses yang terjaga kerahasiannya. Dengan adanya konsep disconnected application dalam .NET Framework, dengan memanfaatkan obyek Dataset serta optimalisasi XML Web Service yang diinjeksikan ke dalam sebuah dokumen Microsoft Excel (sebagai basis entri nilai yang paling sering digunakan), maka diharapkan akan terjadi sebuah sistem entri nilai akademik paperless yang dapat mempermudah proses entri, baik dalam lingkup intranet ataupun internet. Diharapkan pula, dengan menggunakan XML Web Service, maka sistem paperless yang ditawarkan dapat langsung diimplementasikan terhadap sistem basis desktop yang sudah berjalan, tanpa memperdulikan lagi bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dalam aplikasi tersebut.Kata kunci: Paperless, Disconnected Application, XML Web Service

Abstract

Abstract. Logistics activities have a big role in a company because it is the core of the company’s activities. The utilization of e-logistics is essential as it will make the company more efficient. PT. XYZ is one of glass tube manufacturer with the production reaching up to 90,000 units of each day that causes the manufacturer takes a lot of components or raw materials, in which the raw materials required by the company are obtained from many suppliers. The process of procurement of supplies is carried out by the purchase order process. Information in the form of purchase order is submitted to the supplier, where the supplier is a partner of the companies involved in the flow of the materials. Logistic does not stop at booking, but includes the logistics flow of demand information of raw materials, as well as the process and stock storage of finished product and raw materials, and to the point where finished goods are shipped to the consumers. With the application of e-logistics, companies are expected to be able to collect and process the flow of information in the process of getting the raw materials and products in the production process, to create and maintain the cooperation between enterprises and suppliers in inventory control so that the process can be carried out efficiently.Keywords: logistic, supply chain management, e-logisticAbstrak. Kegiatan logistik berperan besar di dalam sebuah perusahaan karena merupakan pusat operasional dari perusahaan. Pemanfaatan e-logistik sangat berguna, karena akan membuat perusahaan semakin efisien. Demikian pula halnya pada PT. XYZ salah satu perusahaan glasstube dengan produksi mencapai 90.000 satuan setiap harinya di mana pembuatan glasstube membutuhkan banyak komponen/ bahan baku, di mana bahan baku yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan didapatkan dari banyak supplier dan perusahaan pemasok lain. Informasi berupa order pembelian akan disampaikan kepada supplier, di mana supplier merupakan mitra perusahaan yang terlibat dalam aliran material. Tidak hanya berhenti pada proses pemesanan, namun logistik juga meliputi aliran informasi permintaan bahan baku, serta proses penyimpanan stok produk jadi maupun bahan baku, hingga barang jadi dikirimkan kepada konsumen. Dengan penerapan e-logistik diharapkan perusahaan mampu memproses aliran informasi dalam proses pemenuhan bahan baku dan produk dalam proses produksinya, membentuk kerjasama antara perusahaan dan supplier dalam pengendalian persediaan sehingga proses tersebut dapat dilakukan secara efisien.Kata Kunci:logistik, supply chain management, e-logistik

Abstract

PT. Sang Hyang Seri sebagai penerima tugas pelaksanaan program GP3K atau Gerakan Peningkatan Produksi Pangan Berbasis Korporasi bertugas untuk membantu petani dalam wilayah kerjanya agar dapat menghasilkan produk pertanian dengan maksimal. Dalam hal ini PT. Sang Hyang Seri berperan sebagai perusahaan yang menjual produk-produk pendukung pertanian harus dapat menyediakan layanan penjualan yang maksimal baik penjualan secara tunai maupun kredit. Namun pada faktanya, proses ini masih memiliki banyak kekurangan karena prosesnya yang bersifat manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk membangun sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi yang dapat mendukung proses operasional penjualan secara tunai maupun kredit sehingga dapat lebih cepat dan tepat dalam fungsi pelayanannya. Dengan adanya sistem ini, maka proses pengajuan dan persetujuan kredit, pelaporan dan transparansi proses pengajuan kredit dapat diakses dengan mudah melalui internet. Selain itu proses pencatatan data transaksi juga menjadi lebih mudah dan teratur.

Abstract

The pandemic period caused learning to take place online, so the delivery of character building (CB) in accordance with the school's mission, especially at SMPK Santa Maria I became more difficult for teachers. So that the community service team, with the support of the school principal, organized a CB delivery activity which included a mentoring process for teachers to create CB modules and webinar activities for all students which were divided per class 7, 8 and 9. After the activity was completed, an evaluation was carried out by a team of teachers appointed and it was reported that the level of student discipline in online learning had increased, and the motivation to learn and also the level of student motivation also experienced the same. However, the evaluation that is not well documented has become an obstacle in the implementation of the evaluation.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan segala tingkatan temasuk pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) membutuhkan sistem informasi akademik yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan. Terlebih lembaga PAUD memiliki instrumen dan cara pengajaran serta penilaian yang unik. Perbedaan inilah yang membuat pengembangan sistem informasi akademik pada tingkatan PAUD menjadi jarang dan sulit sekali ditemukan. Hal ini juga yang dialami oleh PAUD Omah Bocah Annaafi’. Kegiatan akademik yang ada di lembaga ini masih dijalankan manual. Berdasarkan uraian masalah diatas, penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sebuah sistem informasi akademik pada PAUD Omah Bocah Annaafi’ berbasis web yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kegiatan akademik pada lembaga tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara kepada kepala sekolah dan pegawai tata usaha. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model pendekatan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle).. Hasil penelitian sistem informasi akademik ini telah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan akademik yang ada. Pada proses implementasi lebih lanjut, sistem ini masih dapat dikembangkan dengan menambahkan sistem berbasis mobile.

Abstract

CV. Cahaya Mustika is a company works in procurement industry sells many varied product with different categories. Each product marketed and sold by this company has lots of variation from different aspects needed by customer and differed by many brands.  This is the company’s competitive advantage from having diverse product, however this also means company should manage supplier list from different product categories and different product specification. Based on the problem faced by CV. Cahaya Mustika which is to decide from which supplier should they buy the products so they could sell the products with more profit and on time based on customer demand, the writer propose a decision support system using Multiple Objective Decision Making (MODM) to help them giving a solution and advise in taking decision of choosing supplier using Technique Others Reference By Similiarity To Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS). This technique is based on the concept where the chosen alternative not only has the nearest distance with the positive ideal solution, but also has the furthest distance from negative ideal solution.
